beliefs that filter,

as right or wrong,
let go of judgments
and comparisons,
at the soul level,
you sing as One.

Be a part of This 
cosmic shift,
a sweet return to 
flow from the heart,
as you extend Love 
beyond all borders,
you open the door 
to the Love You Are!

Peel off the layers
one by one,
with Gratitude,
thank every one,
it matters not why 
they are there,
look upon them now 
with loving care.

What defenses do you 
think you need,
protection goes with 
the ego’s creed,
release the armor
you built when young,
has it not obscured 
your view of You 
as One?

Be gentle,
Be kind,
with you my dear,
you need do no-thing – 
Love is always Here,
rest and release into 
Love’s sweet arms,
dear child,
see You as 
the Love You Are!

With Humility

Humility is of 
the angels,
They know Who 
They Are as Love,
no more, 
no less,
only simply This – 
You Are This below
as You Are above.

Life’s hierarchy is 
of the ego,
wishing you to 
question and doubt,
beyond knowledge 
is understanding,
there is no-thing 
you need to figure
out.

Humility is your 
acceptance of 
All You Are 
through Eternity,
live this life,
Be your Truth – 
know You as Love 
with Humility!

Like Water

Life unfolds in 
myriad ways,
some things you choose,
some you wish to change,
the egoic mind sees only
cause and effect,
it wants control and
rules to beat the 
game.

The world revolves around 
this or that,
like a pinball it bounces
from here to there,
Be like water as 
the Flow of Love,
moving around obstacles
life puts everywhere.

In This Flow find 
forgiveness dear,
in life you do the 
very best you can,
there may be things
that you would wish
to change,
with self-compassion 
allow Love to flow
again.

Life is not a test 
to pass or complete,
in This Moment is 
All you need to know,
Be kind to you and 
send Love to All,
Be as water,
saying Yes to Flow!

 

Loving Flow

Be loving, today.

Be in this space,
you need not be 
perfect,
but keep this intention
close at hand,
add loving flavor 
to the soup of life –
may your doing
Be loving, today.

Life brings its 
challenges and 
ups and downs,
requiring you to 
navigate what to 
do,
when in doubt or 
to find the flow – 
may your doing 
Be loving, today.

Hand over the reins
when you are holding 
too tight on what 
you think you must
do,
to find the sweet spot in
what life can bring – 
may your living 
Be loving, today!

Every One

Be gentle and kind
to the body here,
it walks you down 
every earthly road,
when it asks for help,
listen with your heart,
together soul and body
are one amazing mold.

It is easy to judge bodies
in this life,
it is the first thing 
that you compare,
why not delight in 
these differences,
One Mind is playing 
infinite roles here.

May your compassion 
begin with you,
connect with body 
so you may in life
share,
every cell and atom 
attunes to This Love,
Be kind to Every body 
Everywhere!

You Simply Are

return to breath,
you realign
when you breathe.

Set aside your mind,
don’t figure it out –
focus on breath 
to return 
to Peace. 

The body at times
can be prickly 
and rough,
but trust the 
body now.

Breathe in,
breathe out,
This Bridge of 
your Soul,
will take care 
of the how.

When overwhelmed,
return to breath,
realign with 
your Truth.

You simply Are,
with breath 
now Be – 
This Peace 
that Is always 
Here with You!

With Ease

can suspend time,
as you tune in to
your innate Peace,
as you shift from 
your egoic thoughts,
Here You Are
ready to flow 
with ease.

You need not quiet the
very noisy brain,
simply turn your focus
to what is always Here,
creative expressions or
present moments 
with Gratitude,
are but a few ways 
to center and Be 
clear.

May this day Be 
a moment unfolding,
does not your Presence 
create this shift in you,
no matter the lists
that ego wishes you 
to complete,
Be Grace and ease 
as Love and Peace
flow through!

When you feel 
you need to fix
everything or 
everyone,
take a breath and 
pause to reflect –
let Love Be.

Yes stand up for what
you believe in,
life is not meant 
to be still,
but check your 
expectations,
judgments – 
let Love Be.

Be present for what
comes up before you,
this includes you 
and what you need,
make a space for 
Love to flourish – 
let Love Be.

In this surrender 
You Are empowered,
able to be a vessel
clear,
the chaotic world craves
Love undaunted – 
let Love Be.

This Love is what 
flows through you
naturally,
You Are This Love 
right now,
say yes to Love 
with a full heart –
and let Love Be!
