beauty that you
create,
to see your vibrant colors
look with the Eyes of Love
and truly be amazed.

Your I Am presence
is always You,
no matter the tapestry
you wear,
Be compassionate,
Be forgiving,

be patient as you
listen dear,
let go of timelines,
with no rush,
may insight bubble
up so clear.

Instead of waiting
for an answer
to a question
your mind has,
Be receiving,
see what formulates
to help you on
your path.

There may be a
new direction
or modification of
one now,
Divine Timing will help
clarify the timing
and the how.

Soften your focus,
heart and mind open,
your vessel of service
knows how to Be,
in any moment,
Be your Light shining –
You Are Love’s
possibility!

Grounded and Clear

Human reaction and
emotion
are part of life’s
merry-go-round ride,
allow these to come
and move through you,
once they pass now
you have a quiet mind.

And in this stillness,
this clarity,
without trying – solutions
drop in,
This is You connected
to spirit,
to the flow of Love
that is Here within.

This is not to admonish
reaction,
but is this not usually
a reaction to fear,
believe and trust in
your intuition,
has this not guided you
so many times, dear?

Do not suppress or
repress emotion,
allow it to move through –
it need not stay,
now You in grounded
and clearing resonance
will handle all that
comes your way!

The Patience of Peace

allow space for them
to Be,
tend to your tender
heart,
observe, allow,
accept and breathe.

Life is an intense
emotional journey,
but You Are not only
of this world,
when the ups and downs
get to you,
return to Love,
to Peace,
to You.

as you take care
of the body that
lives life too,
find your Peace in you
remembering –
beyond body is the
Soul of You!

Change routine,
try something new,
weed and release
what becomes dense,
new growth flourishes
from the unexpected,
do not overthink –
does not Love
know best?

Become more comfortable
with not knowing,
does not possibility live
in this open space,
remember You Are
a creator,
with intention bring
Love to any place.

Give yourself time,
refuel with breath,
Be present with what
unfolds in life,
Behold your growth,
it is on-going,
the Universe sees always
your shining Light!

Your Body of Light

In life,
relationship with body
can be a roller-coaster
ride,
when it is well you
feel at Peace,
illness, emotion
can send you low
or high.

In Truth,
you know you are
more than body,
but you need not
turn away from it,
is it not a miraculous
being –
your earthly ride
to experience This.

Yes the ups and downs
may be exhausting,
but give some Love to
your carriage here,
a showering of Love
will fill its tank,
does it not work to
heal you, my dear?

Might you Love this body
as it ages,
you are intertwined
throughout this life,
are you not a miracle
of Source experiencing
All of This in your
body of Light!

Be so present,
your awareness is
the way to This.

There is no time in
This experience,
it need not be something
you plan,
in truth, a plan is
what may happen,
This present moment
is always –
I Am.

moment,
This is You –
always Love’s Truth,
your human side may
count the minutes,
but timeless is
the Soul of You!

Deeper Water

Sense the hum of
Love’s Vibration,
it is not something
you can hold,
it is the Essence of
your nature,
it is beyond anything
you’re told.

Life as well carries
vibrations
that can distract,
disturb This Peace,
as You Are grounded in
your Essence,
might life then
pass through with
greater ease.

On the surface of
the ocean,
you may be tossed
about my dear,
but as you dive to
deeper water,
sense the Rhythm of Love
that surrounds you Here!

You may have expectations
on what you wish
to see,
but does not acceptance
allow all things
to be?

Be the Grace

may the You of this
Eternal,
be the Voice you

of your soul,

to rest,

the Cycle of You,

what next to do,
but if not all aligns,
be flexibility too,
you know how to pivot
when weather changes,
adjust to the rhythm
of your soul.

Do something for you,
be open to receive,
reacquaint with your Self,
trust and believe,
breathe in deeply –
Here You Are,
