You always belong Here.

Here is always your 
True Home,
you may slip and slide 
a bit on earth,
if any doubt makes
you forget –
you always belong Here.

But Here is not something 
far away,
Here exists here also 
in life,
lean into the comfort 
of This Truth – 
you always belong Here.

Let this acceptance 
sink in deeply,
challenges in life are
what duality brings,
even when the roads 
you walk are rocky – 
you always belong Here.

May This Truth bring 
Strength and Courage,
so you may Be You – 
your authentic Self,
Love is Everywhere 
that You Are – 
Here You Are beloved,
always Here.

Being Love

Be Love one step 
at a time.

As human you process 
the linear world –
you plan,
you list needs to 
be done,
use a calendar to 
plan your day,
but Be Love one step 
at a time.

As soul you know 
your presence is 
always Now,
but your mind asks 
what to do,
as an integrated Be-ing
on earth – 
Be Love one step 
at a time.

Past and future 
muddy waters 
that you prefer to
be clear and calm,
return to your Source 
that knows how to 
Be Love one step 
at a time.

This is not magic,
it is awareness 
of You as a soul 
here in this life,
walk the linear path,
but know you 
can fly – 
Be-ing Love
One Moment
beyond time!

Be-ing Possibility

You need not wait 
for possibility,
it is not constrained
by time or place,
possibility exists in
the Eternal,
as do you dear one,
beyond all space.

As All is possible –
so Are You,
This Moment of
presence holds
All of Truth,
do not place yourself 
in a box,
All possibility is 
within You.

As human you wish 
for future seen,
but allow life to unfold
as it may,
your heart,
your Light,
will guide you dear one,
Be-ing possibility rising,
This now,
This way!

Love’s Call

Do the best that
you can do
in any endeavor
in this life,
set aside criticism 
and judgment,
see any experience as
neither wrong or right.

Be of service,
Be kind of heart,
listen wholly with 
your whole Self,
Be Love’s flow 
so another can feel
their inherent goodness
that is heaven-sent.

Be Love’s message,
let It speak through 
you,
this is the bond 
that connects you
All,
what you give freely
may you then receive –
listen with your heart,
answering Love’s Call!

Your Presence

As life is linear
you dance with 
time,
but you need not always 
let time lead,
be aware,
make your plans,
but release time pressure
and pause to Be.

Relish the moments
when time stands still,
is it not Your Presence 
that makes This so,
a walk in nature,
a creative expression,
conversation with spirit
taps into this flow.

When you sense the 
pressure of time,
do what you need 
but release the rest,
there are many forces 
that press upon you,
as you push harder
to do your best.

You have control 
of what you can
release,
a relief valve is 
your sacred breath,
return to your expanded,
eternal Self,
now flowing free in
Love’s infinite dance!

See your Self in 
those around you,
begin this small
and then expand,
you need not jump 
from you to the world,
try this on for size – 
do what you can.

Might you choose 
compassion over 
judgment, 
begin with you,
yes this may feel 
hard,
does this not assist
in your life’s purpose – 
to fully remember 
Who You Are.

Oneness is so hard 
to understand
in a world that 
separates,
begin with you,
look in the mirror –
send Love to This One
and reciprocate!

A Natural Harmony

Love is the song of 
your True Nature,
much like the wind 
that flows through
trees,
awakening birds join 
in this chorus,
All are a part of 
Love’s harmony.

The canvas of sky 
is ever-changing,
but you adapt to 
how weather flows,
accept each moment 
that life brings you,
then Be the change aligning
with your soul.

Life on earth may 
not be easy,
but are there not 
moments that draw
you in,
take a page from 
mother nature,
on a new day dawning,
This Moment begins!

Knowing This

You may not know 
the why or how,
the ways that spirit 
shows up for you,
it may be a more 
than gentle nudge,
or seeing the past 
with a different 
view.

Ego analyzes with 
what it knows,
a bigger picture 
may be unseen,
might there be comfort
in being okay with 
knowing you don’t 
know everything.

But know this 
dear precious child,
you are never alone 
with spirit by your side,
your soul is always 
a part of this Team,
Here for every moment 
in your experience 
of life!

Teaming Up

Take a breath,
relax your shoulders,
life brings much to 
make you tense,
this may trigger 
fight or flight and
in some cases 
paralysis.

Scan your body,
this sacred temple,
what is asking 
to be freed,
noticing, loving 
all parts of you
is a way to heal 
what is in need.

Be aware of external
pressure,
but notice internal 
pressure, too,
what beliefs must 
you live up to,
what is driving 
this human you.

Why not today –
let spirit drive,
to assist throughout 
this day,
you and soul are 
a dynamic Team
that works together 
in every way.

Yes as human it 
may be hard to 
“give up” perceived
control,
why not “give in” to
your True Nature,
to Love, to You –
a Master of Flow!

This Perspective

Reclaim your power –
it has never left,
though persistent ego
wants you to doubt,
call upon your Strength 
and Courage,
This is what your soul
is all about.

Deep within is your
remembrance,
you need not struggle 
to know This Truth,
your analytical mind
is full of questions,
your soul says allow the
answers to flow through.

This is a shift in your
perspective,
your ego is not what 
takes you Here,
believe and trust 
You Are always present,
at Home and loved 
with tender care.

As you open doors 
to This Perspective,
your willingness is 
all that you need,
might you discover 
Here You Are – 
always at Home
and forever free!
