this often,
but You as Soul know
Love is All.
Peel away the bulky
layers
of the past that
you recreate,
Be Creation in
This Moment,
Love is Here
right now –
you need not

This connection is
You always,
it knows not future
or past,
Be You Love
in This Moment,
Here You as Peace
forever lasts!

State of Awareness,
let This inform
All that you do,
use This Strength
that flows within
to ignite the spark
of Light in you.
As This Light of
a thousand stars,
may Courage accompany
you throughout your
life,
sometimes as human
Courage is needed
to continue forward
when darkness dims
the light.
It only takes a
Spark of Light
to dispel shadows
that seem so real,
with the Strength
of Joy and compassion,
may these ripples expand
so Love is what All
feel.
Tap into Love’s Strength,
it is Here for you,
you embody This
in a thousand ways,
This Power of Love
is your innate Force –
say yes to Love and
truly be amazed!

You need not think
about your breath
for Source to breathe
life into you,
but when you
join breath with
your presence,
This Present Moment
helps you sense You.
You need not experience
any realization,
no-thing may change
or be revealed,
but You as the changeless,
eternal Presence
is within each breath,
timeless and Real.
In life spend time
in this timeless Truth,
sometimes it seems
it is out of reach,
but as you join breath
on the inhale,
Here You Are,
present and wholly
free!

and sky above,
You Are All of This
and more,
receive the wisdom
of This Moment,
Peace flows as you
open all doors.
Your expansiveness
is constant,
you get small glimpses
as human here,
you can experience This
more often,
when you see You
in the Everywhere.
Behold This Peace,
embrace Awareness,
there is no-thing that
you must do,
as This Truth expands
Love and Peace flow
freely throughout
the Whole of You!

at parsing data,
but you are so much
more than this,
information as energy
flows freely,
your expanded senses
know what mind
may miss.
How are you tuning
in your frequency
at any moment
of any day,
you are the captain
of This Vessel and
can direct attention
within or away.
You need not use energy
convincing ego on
how to think or
what to do,
your innate awareness
flows constantly,
bring This to the forefront
for a focus true.
Let ego handle the
earthly pitfalls that
appear upon life’s
rocky road,
in your Present Moments
Be Here –
as This is where your
truths unfold.
You may feel split
as awareness builds,
but have no doubt
All of This is One,
your I Am presence
is eternally Here,

Be a Wave of Love
that washes over
the shore willing
to share,
water and sand mix
together,
a new creation for
earth to wear.
There are a multitude
of patterns
that come together
in perspectives
of life,
but those woven with
strands of Love shine
with the Strength
of eternal Light.
Shine your Light,
it knows where
to go,
may it fill in where
there is a need,
You Are One with
Everything,
the sand,
the shore,
the wave,
the sea!

change of seasons,
every leaf you see
You Are,
though the sun casts
longer shadows,
its Light is You
both near and far.
Birdsong may change
as birds begin
to travel paths
that call within,
you have heard
Love’s call and know
This Path of Love
has no beginning
or end.
Cycles of the world
paint contrasting pictures,
but You as Soul know
what is true,
life is a changing
kaleidoscope,
but all shapes and colors
are All of You!

this State of Peace,
you sense its vastness
beyond your mind,
this experience can
feel so fleeting,
as your perception
is of space and time.
But You Are more than
a unique being,
your Awareness is
This Peace,
there are no borders
or boundaries Here,
your I Am presence
is Grace and ease.
Invite This Peace
to walk with you,
is has already taken
This Step,
you seek and search
for All That Is,
Oneness is Here –
you have already met!

in your Truth
as Love,
you need not defend
or justify,
release the shoulds –
let them dissolve,
what lifts you up
to feel alive.
You in This Truth
are Everything,
One with the trees,
the sky,
the birds,
all consciousness
is of One Source,
your connections
with This are
beyond words.
Be you grounded in
This State of Be-ing,
you travel not to
find This Truth,
sense your Strength
that is always ready
to help you soar
in all that you do!

are observing,
only Peace and Love
Are Here,
your human experiences
may bring distraction,
but You, Awareness
are always clear.
You need not convince
your human mind,
that is the ego’s
point of view,
You as Awareness
see This Truth,
Your I Am presence
knows This as True.
Awareness is not
a part of you,
it is All of You
at once,
when you contemplate
I Am,
there is no explanation –
only You as Love!
