is your Peace
in a world turned 
upside down,
Peace is not attached 
to anything that can 
twist or turn around.

You may wish for 
calmer waters,
life is not meant 
to make sense,
but This Peace that 
passes understanding
can certainly help you
navigate this.

Life’s tumult cannot 
take away This Peace 
that flows innately 
through,
call upon This super-power
that will support 
and assist you.

Yes you wish for
smoother sailing,
this is not too much 
to ask,
but This You of deeper waters
knows how to steady 
any mast.

Deepen your breath today 
and marvel at what 
your soul knows 
is True,
always at your Center 
of Be-ing,
is always Peace 
forever with You!

Collective Rising

Life’s tumultuous waves
can feel overwhelming,
as you work to keep 
your head afloat,
waves of change are 
slower coming,
as you wish for a much
more stable boat.

As life is not a sprint – 
do pace yourself and 
know that help is Here,
grab your life preserver,
help a friend,
as a Collective rise 
above fear.

Speak with One Voice 
of Love 
and know you do not 
do this alone,
connections to your 
brothers and sisters 
will help you All 
find your way Home.

Yes the drama in the
ocean of life
can make you wonder 
where you might 
feel safe,
hand in hand you create
a Web of Love that 
supports you in any 
time or space.

At times you feel like
a drop in the ocean,
but you are never 
powerless or small,
my dear, You Are 
the waves, 
the ocean vast, 
as One –
made up of 
the All!

Be Light

Be Light.

It is that simple.
Is this not stating
Who You Are?

You may hear – 
Be a Light or 
the Light –
yet you shine 
beyond the stars.

Here on earth 
you present as 
human,
but human-ness cannot
hide This Truth.

Love is a language 
not always spoken,
its Essence is Light 
and This is You.

In life there are a 
multitude of choices,
sometimes you know 
not what to do.

Align your focus with 
Love’s Light shining,
Be Light to return 
to You!

A Natural Harmony

Love is the song of 
your True Nature,
much like the wind 
that flows through
trees,
awakening birds join 
in this chorus,
All are a part of 
Love’s harmony.

The canvas of sky 
is ever-changing,
but you adapt to 
how weather flows,
accept each moment 
that life brings you,
then Be the change aligning
with your soul.

Life on earth may 
not be easy,
but are there not 
moments that draw
you in,
take a page from 
mother nature,
on a new day dawning,
This Moment begins!

Who I Am

May you soar with
wings of Love,
this is a natural 
thing to do,
your True Nature
is free and fearless,
you are supported
through and through.

Yes you as human 
walk upon the earth,
sometimes a challenging 
place to be,
but even in life 
you are connected 
with All you Love 
infinitely.

Take Love’s hand
that beckons gently,
live your life as 
best you can,
you have purpose,
this life needs you,
as you Awaken to 
this – I Am.

Sense Love lifting
you with tenderness,
constriction melts
away,
“who am I,” you ask
with new-born eyes,
Love answers – 
let’s find out today!

In Truth

Truth in the world may 
shift and scatter,
truth as belief may
evolve and change,
Truth that you seek 
may not be found in 
what you hear or read
on a page.

Does not compassion 
open the doors
to what Truth is 
all about,
looking out for one 
another – is a way 
to Be One within,
without.

The world may say empathy 
is a  weakness,
but is this not a  
limiting view,
do you not sense the 
Strength of Love
when heart to heart,
kindness shines through.

You need not agree 
with everyone’s beliefs,
Truth is not about 
who is wrong or right,
as human you stand up 
for your convictions,
as Soul in Truth –
for All You shine your Light!

Your Authentic Purpose

You may long for
creative connection,
is this not a way to 
be heard or seen,
the human experience 
is sometimes fulfilling,
but are there not times
you wish to fit in.

Is there not a calling 
for All Lights,
the world now needs 
to hear your Voice,
you need not have a
bully pulpit – 
Be-ing you authentic 
is a perfect choice.

Begin by connecting 
with your soul,
what lights you up,
what fills your tank,
a creative endeavor pulls 
in imagination,
which is key to the 
You that says, 
yes I can!

Sharing experience helps
others see themselves
and feel they are not
alone,
Be You wholly,
simply,
authentically – 
you are the purpose 
of your soul!

This Song of Love

Sense Love’s hum that 
connects you All,
trees and flowers
sing along,
sun and stars keep 
their Lights burning – 
lighting the earth from 
realms beyond.

In the face of 
life’s challenges,
be they big or 
sometimes small,
with Grace, compassion 
and soulful purpose,
Love connects the 
Strength of All.

Life often presents 
so upside-down,
but You see with the
Eyes of the Soul,
join with bird-song,
sway with trees,
This Song of Love  is
One that you know!

A Stitch Beyond Time

Life is a tapestry woven 
with all of the threads 
and fabric that find 
you,
there are patterns you 
may wish to change,
as well as some gaps 
that need tending to.

In a linear world you
may have some regrets,
thinking it may be 
too late,
but dear true healing 
has no demands of 
time,
with Love’s golden thread
you need not wait. 

Invite your loved ones,
guides and angels,
All know just what 
to do,
this perceived mending is
a way for Love to help 
you to remember the
Whole of You.

As you stitch your self
together,
is it not surprising what
you may find,
shining through the 
spaces of your tapestry,
is your infinite,
beautiful Light!

Beyond the Box

As human you focus 
on information
that comes to you 
in many ways,
using senses –
reading, listening,
is how you receive 
most things
most days.

My dear,
you also have
great access to 
All consciousness
so vast,
inspiration is available
at all times – 
so why not simply
ask?

Set intentions to 
open doors,
your soul is as curious
as you,
ask your Self what next
to read or hear – 
or maybe explore
something new.

Your soul can 
multi-task,
but you as human 
need to pace your
self,
sprinkle in nurturing 
self-care,
breathe in the comfort 
that All is Well.

Expand beyond the 
box that you think 
defines this human 
you,
use All of your soulful
senses to explore 
all possibilities 
flowing through!
