Give yourself a pat
on the back,
for all you have done 
through all of this
and that,
the world is not 
an easy place,
this is why you long
for a peaceful space.

Life is a puzzle of
cause and effect,
then add on what 
has not happened
yet,
all of these stories fueled
by your beliefs,
can make it challenging 
to find sweet relief.

Dear one there is a 
deeper dive,
you as explorer 
no longer wish to 
hide,
Love is not the prize 
to win at the end,
life’s twists and turns 
are where you begin.

Begin This Now and know
Love Is You,
do not wait for life 
to tell you what to do,
keep letting go of layers
that hold on,
see with Love’s Vision 
that helps you look 
beyond.

Embrace your self –
the one that feels 
small,
dear blessed child,
you have not failed 
at all,
Love’s path assures 
you never walk alone,
return,
remember,
You Are forever

Fresh and New

Dear child,
keep letting go,
does Love not know
how and what to 
release,
you need not analyze 
it all,
simple say yes 
to being free.

You may have more 
experiences
that bring things 
up for you,
when old programming 
lights up within,
this is your surrender
cue.

Simply open up and 
with intention,
release what you do 
not need,
Be brave and dig 
down deeper,
releasing all attachments
to these beliefs.

Practice on new experiences,
with a newer you 
that knows,
you are not pinged 
by the external,
the work is within,
realigning to flow.

Take a periodic 
check-in 
with your breath,
returning to Truth,
Here Love Is 
always within,
say hello this 
fresh new you!

Effortless

Let go of your 
struggle,
Love is truly 
effortless,
it is not obtaining
but in letting go –
that is the key to
your peacefulness.

This is not giving up
on life,
this is a path to 
greater flow,
by becoming clear 
in the releasing,
you will absolutely do
what you know.

The past dissolves 
as it transmutes,
you need not worry 
about what may come,
as a fully-embodied 
soul,
in any moment,
You Are always
Home.

Embrace this now,
Be effortless,
trust in the unfolding
of You as Love’s gift,
unwrap it now,
is it not perfect,
This Expression of Love –
You as All of This!

A Choice For Love

Is not each moment 
a clean slate,
try something new 
or keep the old,
you have choices 
always dear one,
it is wise sometimes
to break the mold.

You may feel cornered
by external forces,
but zero in to your
core beliefs,
what limits do you 
place upon yourself,
what keeps you small 
instead of flying free.

We do not speak 
of you changing 
the world,
though if every One 
realized their 
own might,
would not these ripples 
help All to see
their own amazing,
brilliant Light.

Bring the Whole of You 
to every choice 
you make,
Be aware of what still 
makes you doubt,
open any doors that 
you may hide behind,
This Moment welcomes you 
to come on out!

Let your soul 
remind you where 
are the depths 
of your Peace,
when you release
your surface thoughts,
is there not a stillness
underneath?

You need not 
travel far
or go to great 
lengths 
to experience 
this – 
your soul remembers 
what you forgot, 
Here You Are,
yes,
All of This.

If you need a 
visualization,
let your imagination 
soar,
you may travel 
to the stars 
so vast,
you may dive deep 
to the ocean floor.

But all of the 
Universe 
exists completely 
in the Soul of You,
for beyond imagination,
is the Truth 
of the eternal You.

You need not 
understand,
but know your soul 
contains All of Truth,
Here is the Peace 
that passes all
understanding,
nestled so softly
in the Soul of You!

your soul is calling,
listen to what Love 
has to say,
feel this,
sense this –
Love is the answer
to all you ask 
forever and always.

Behold This Light,
it radiates from You,
you need not travel 
for This to find,
You as a Beacon 
of Love so precious,
fill the Everywhere 
beyond time.

Answer Love’s call,
say yes to This,
Love lifts you up
helping you stand tall,
arise and Be 
All That You Are,
behold your Light,
You Are Love now!

You have tools 
at your disposal,
parts of you that 
integrate as Whole,
ask your breath 
to relax the body,
say yes to the guidance 
of your soul.

Check in to see
where is your focus,
attention uses a lot
of energy,
you need not suppress
things that come up,
but might your intention
be to see clearly.

Use these tools to 
bring You onboard,
wherever You Are,
Peace goes with you,
from this aligned 
State of Be-ing,
now experience this day
as the Whole of You!

Divinely Human

You are divinity,
humanity connected,
you are a node 
in a Web of Light,
you wish to help 
your fellow traveler
as life can be a 
challenging plight.

What you open up
within you,
finds its way to 
the Collective Whole,
transformation within 
your vessel helps to
shift humanity’s 
core.

It is not wholly 
up to you to 
change the world
from its separateness,
but as your Self 
returns to You,
Here You All Are –
One and connected!

soak it up
integrate,

to know,
trust your soul,

your Team,
enjoy the journey,
an interesting road.

part of you behind,
bring all onboard 
this amazing path,
be open to growth, 
continual evolving,
experience with This 
and some of That.

the Whole of You 
that is made of One,
with delight and 
perseverance,
