Where there is friction
are there not
Sparks of Light?

As human,
are you not accustomed
to experiencing
how friction rubs,
it may be an annoyance,
an irritation,
do you not seek
the oil
to quiet the wheel,
but does not friction
set you upon
most any journey
you found yourself on,
seeking the grease,
finding Peace,
as your soul
uncovers the Love,
behind it all
and in Everything?

And is this not
the human role,
you have signed up,
part of you knows,
there will be trials
and tribulation,
is this not how
you stretch and grow –
but you are honored
upon this Journey,
you are the strongest
and the brave,
to learn as human,
to face the waves
of emotion,
conflict,
and strife,
(you may ask – why would
I choose this life?) –
but as human,
are you not Divine,
Divinely lead,
as you are intertwined
with your soul,
your Shining Light,
that accompanies you
with every step?

There will be friction
upon your journey,
let the sparks fall
where they may,
they light up
your Guiding Light
that walks with you,
every step of the way,
life is not for you
to battle,
it may not make sense
from what you see,
but your soul is
Eternally Grateful,
for lessons learned,
for Love to Be.

Yes, there is Love,
that is the purpose,
can you find it
from the Light of
the Spark?
Turn up your Light,
step in fully –
You Are
Divinely Human
with your loving heart.

From the human perspective,
there may be things
that you think
“should” happen,
or want them
to be,
but can you not
experience ease
and Grace,
even when lIfe
is not easy?

Yes, you may wish
to change the world,
reduce the friction,
have all agree,
but is there not learning
in relationship,
even if the experience
brings out difficulties?

When something rocks
you to your core,
is this not where
your Truth resides –
at your core,
can you not sense
what is important,
and stripped of layers
does Love not rise –
you are surrounded
by Love,
it runs through you,
it is Who You Are –
tap into your magnificence,
the Shining You
is neither near
or far.

One part of you
may sense a veil,
as you try to open
up your eyes,
but the You
that is All-seeing
wishes to share
this delightful Prize –
this gift that you
may seek
is already wrapped up
with a bow,
and You Are That,
Eternally Love –
trust,
believe
and with Love,
Know.

Welcome You,
welcome Home,
be that wherever
you think
is here or there.
Here Is Home.
Home Is Here,
and Love Is
Everywhere.

The Vessel

The human body
has certain needs,
food and water,
exercise and rest,
but can not Spirit
provide the fuel
that goes beyond
what you think
can occur,
when you are in sync,
with what Lights up
your soul,
do you not feel
your energy
expand and grow?

This energy could
light up a house,
does your body not house
your Spiritual Force,
what ripples do you wish
to lovingly send out,
might each one be infused
with the Energy of Love?

Be in touch,
in tune,
with what Lights
you up,
this Current of Love
is for you to share,
Be-ing Love is not something
you can pretend,
Be You with what makes
your heart sing –
is that not the perfect
way
to serve Love and Spirit,
food every day for your
soul,
is what Love is for You –
you spread Love
when you experience
the Love in You.

You Are the conduit,
You Are the vessel,
so that Love
can flow through You.
All That Is –
Is Love
and You Are That.

With rain,
with sun,
with tender care,
do not flowers bloom
from abundant buds,
is this not a season
when flowers shine,
even in night
under moon’s full glow,
when petals drop,
do not more fill in,
a cycle of life
as flower blooms again.

And when the growing season
is done,
some flowers sleep tight,
some return to where
they came from,
does not Nature show you
what is Life –
eternal growth,
be it day or night?

Celebrate all blooms
in your life,
walk upon soil
that brings forth life,
beyond the earth,
is there still not life,
shining brightly
as the moon in the night?

Expand your view
on what is Life,
life is Eternal,
life belongs to life –
let Nature’s cycles
show you life lives on,
bloom with Joy,
as you are kissed
by the sun.

You want an answer
to a question,
but what if an answer
doesn’t come,
maybe the question
you are asking
is to be answered in a
different form,
might questions come from
expectation,
might the answer
that you seek,
be one that is open
to possibility,
one that lights up
for you to see?

Can you move beyond
answers
that are a result
of the human mind,
analyzing,
problem solving,
wanting puzzle pieces
to fall in line,
some pieces of the puzzle
are to encourage you
to learn –
and when the puzzle is
finally solved,
are you not ready for more
to discern?

The process of earth living
has rules and hoops
you do jump through,
but is not the driving force
behind this wonder –
is it not the Love that
shines in You?

Let your humanness
bring up,
what you wish to experience
or to feel,
once it bubbles to
the surface,
might you see Love
begin to heal
any fears,
any doubts
that you are limiting
yourself to –
Love is Everlasting,
You Are the answer,
You Are Love
and Love Is You.

Remember.

And there is no need
to scroll back through
your memory banks
to remember
your Essence
of Who You Are.

This memory that
we speak of
lies resident
within your heart,
is it not what
makes a spark,
saying, “pay attention”
or follow this thread,
that you pull
to reveal
that the Truth
is within you still,
do you feel it,
can you sense it,
do you remember
Love?

Yes, information swirls
all around,
you have much that
is stored
within your human mind,
but you need not
sort it
or catalog it,
there is Truth
beyond your bones,
do you not sense
what resonates,
as you remember
Love?

Yes, keep learning,
keep experiencing,
this helps you
get to your
core,
to remember
your true Essence –
it is what you
came here for,
feed your soul,
shine your Light,
so when you temporarily
forget,
remember Who You Are –
You Are Love
and Love Is It.

Open a window,
if even a crack,
let Love circulate,
let it go this way
or that,
if you need more Love
to move around you,
to feel its flow,
throw open the window,
open up all the
doors.

Love Is everywhere you are,
though you can
close off yourself,
sometimes fear,
worry and doubt
can feel like a wall,
but you are porous
and cannot be contained,
by four walls
or a box –
open a window,
look out the door,
and when you are ready,
come out,
come out.

Once Love cracks you
open,
there is no turning back,
Love is the air
that you breathe,
Love is the wind
at your back,
Love may push you,
Love may pull you,
in ways you knew
not before,
but before and after,
always and forever,
You Are Love
forever more.

Throw open the window,
let Love in,
let it rain on you
like a summer storm,
Love Is Courage,
Love Is Strength,
You Are That
as Love is the
norm.
Be the breeze
that rustles leaves,
inviting others
to hear Love’s song,
open the window,
walk through the door,
let Love carry you
along the path you are on.

Transformation

Transformation.

And this need not be
changing form,
yes, there is “transition”
from what you think
may be
from here to there –
but as All exists
Everywhere,
is not transformation
about letting go
of what you are not,
rather than changing
or shifting
into what you wish
you could Be?

The powerful You
is ready,
is waiting,
to speak,
to write,
to share
your dream,
there may be layers
of beliefs,
where fear masks
your view
of the truest nature
of the Force of You,
you need not absorb more,
you need only to
surrender,
to the Flow,
to the Love
that is always there –
do you feel it,
you cannot help but
Be it,
when you shed
your skin –
is that not
when Transformation begins?

This switch can be flipped
in a moment,
a second,
or time may stand still,
waiting for the perfect
time,
do not put your energy
into the how or why,
recognize the shift,
spread your wings
and fly,
be guided by Trust,
empowered by Faith,
all time is Now,
you need not wait,
you can transform
any moment,
into one of Love –
is that not the
Transformation
that you have dreamed of?

Recognize your
Magnificence.
Embrace the Power
of Love.
Transform.
Release.
Fly Free
with Love.

A picture is worth
a thousand words.

And do you not say
this phrase,
to acknowledge when you
feel or sense
what is
“out” of your mind,
are you not able
to take in
beauty that you see
and feel it beyond
what you can describe?

Sometimes words are for
labeling,
to put things in a box,
but do you not at times
have a vision
that is beyond words –
might you set your
intentions
and paint pictures in
your mind,
letting your soul
lead the way,
leaving the “how tos”
far behind?

Are not dreams
about imagining,
what is beyond
your “to-do” list,
do you not create
when you are not
limited
by lines on a page,
might you let your
imagination run free
to go and explore –
beginning to picture
the “what-ifs”
as a way to
open doors,
why not let your heart
be the key
to unlock
what you are
looking for?

Imagine.
Create.
Have fun as
you explore.
Feel it.
Sense it.
Let Love
open all doors.

And does not the answer
to every question,
always bring you back
to Love?

You may circle wide
when you try to find it,
you may not understand
all paths you are on,
it may be hard
to make sense
of what does not –
but is not the answer,
Love?

It can be hard
to find Love in
corners
that do not have
enough Light,
but does not shining
ever brighter,
give you a chance
to add more Light?

You have choices,
you have reasons,
to choose whatever
you wish to choose,
in your life
there are a multitude
of scenarios,
that present to you –
a wave of sadness,
jumping for Joy,
no matter how the story
unfolds,
can you find
at your center,
where the choice
is always Love?

When you question,
you are learning,
you are searching out
Truth –
you can only ask
questions
based on what you
think you know
and makes sense
to you,
keep searching,
keep wondering,
at the Wonder of it
All –
and when you need
to rest,
know that All
is always Love.
