Everything

5/28/19

You are grounded
with the earth,
does she not lovingly
surround,
you are held,
You Are Loved,
you are the trees,
you are the ground.

You flow like water
be it a stream,
river,
ocean,
waterfall,
water is what
moves within you,
Love flows freely
washing you clean.

You are the air,
you are the breath,
does air not flow
inside and out,
with no beginning,
with no end,
you are a whisper,
you are the wind.

Are You not All
that surrounds
you now,
inside out
and outside in,
You Are Everything,
Everything Is You
and Love Is
All There Is.

Noticing

5/25/19

Notice.
Be aware.
Does not nature
draw you in
to Be present
everywhere?

A patch of flowers
that line a street,
draw your attention
from where you are,
are you now no longer
driving,
but connecting with
nature’s wonders
from your car?

Notice.
Be aware.

Yes, there may be
familiar patterns
that tend to occupy
your mind,
does not awareness
let you see
that you make choices
all the time –
what may seem automatic,
need not be set in stone,
with awareness
and once you notice,
might you take
a different way Home?

Notice.
Be aware
and know there
are nudges
that you feel,
your mind may
not believe it,
but this support
is very real –
some signs may
be so subtle,
some will hit you
over the head,
but you are loved,
you are supported,
might you embrace
being lead?

Notice Love flowing
through you,
be aware that
All Is Well,
You Are Love
in every moment,
this is the Home
you know so well.

Still, You

5/24/19

Still,
You Are.

No matter what
the story
wants you to
believe
on any day,
in the quiet,
in your knowing –
still,
You Are.

Some days you
see it oh so
clearly,
some days the
fog obscures
your view,
but what is
clear
within your heart –
still,
You Are.

Does not awareness,
does not knowing,
help you to
Be
All That You Are,
remind yourself
when the small
self wonders –
still,
You Are.

Connect to the
Highest Understanding,
the Highest Answer
that you seek,
your Higher Self
is always connected –
as still,
You Are.

In the quiet,
in the stillness,
sense your magnificence
That Is You –
Love Is Everywhere,
surrounding,
Love Is You,
You Are.

Clear

5/21/19

Be clear.
Set your intention.
Direct your energy
to the Love
in You.

You Are connected.
You Are Holy.
All That Is
flows through You.

The beauty you see
that you are drawn to,
do you not notice,
because the beauty
Is You?

Ask your question,
but know the answer.
All answers reside
in the Miracle
of You.

Be Love.
Be clear.
Set your intention
in this moment
and the next.

All That Is
is All You Are.
Claim it.
Know it.
This Love
Is You.

Everywhere

20190515 XPicture

5/15/19

You can make it
complicated,
but is it not
the easiest thing
to do,
when you strip down
to your True Essence,
do you not see
the Love
in You?

Love is always coursing
through you,
it is in every breath
you take,
when there is suffering
and sorrow,
you may think Love
has taken a break.

But as Love is
Who You Are,
is not the Miracle
of Love,
You?

As Love extends
beyond the breath,
beyond time and
space you think
you know,
Love is infinitely
Everywhere
you think
or where you go,
the human mind
can barely grasp this,
through your heart
knows it is True –
Love Is Everywhere
You Are,
Love Is
always within
You.

You can make it
complicated,
but in each moment
feel the Truth –
Love is your
very Essence,
You Are Love
and
Love Is You.

This Love

5/13/19

Be the Love
that you wish
is True –
and come to know
that This Love
Is You.

No matter where
you look
Love Is Here,
sometimes it may
be hard to see,
but find the spark
that is Here, always,
yes, all are your
sisters and your
brothers
in this Life.

You cannot “fix”
another’s journey
that they walk,
but can you not Be
the Face of Love
when one’s forgot,
let them see themselves
in you,
they may have forgotten
this Truth,
that the Love of
All That Is,
is within them, too.

Remember,
sweet child,
that All Are Love,
no one more
or less,
it is All Are One,
and when you
know this to be
true,
are you not free
to Be You,
You Are Loved
beyond measure,
for being You.

Be the Love
that you know
is True,
feel the Peace,
as you know
This Love
Is You.

Daring

5/01/19

Change your view,
turn up your Light,
shine it on areas
that may no longer
feel “right”,
you are in the perfect
place to Be –
looking within helps
you to see
another perspective,
a different avenue,
do you not smile,
knowing all roads
lead back to You?

But you need not be
static in your
identify,
are you not expansive
and every possibility,
the Force that breathes
you
is what the Universe Is –
and are you not a
beautiful part of
All Of This?

Change your patterns
that have moved you
along,
do not be afraid
to sing a different
song,
sometimes baby steps
are how you need
to walk,
but might you fly
when you let go
of limiting thoughts?

Change your view,
turn up your Light,
let Love invite you
to hug yourself
so tight,
let Love brightly
color everything
you see –
dare to be every color
in the rainbow,
magnificently!

Present

20190426 XPicture

4/26/19

Love is present
wherever You are.

There are days
when you may
feel closer,
sensing Source
in All That Is,
there are times
when separation
rears its head
as you compare
all of this.

Of course, it helps
to find the balance
and does not Love
help you to see,
Love will always
come to meet you –
Love is present
wherever You are.

You may think that
this awareness
only happens when
in a certain state,
you may wonder
how you recognize
this –
with the so-called mistakes
that you think you make.

But Love is Here,
always flowing,
even if your knowing
fluctuates,
Love is near,
never far –
Love is present
wherever You are.

So why not open up
your heart,
so you may feel closer
to All of This,
Love exists within you
Now,
even if it is hard
to sense this bliss.

You need not go out
to find Love,
it is not a distant star,
the Light of Love
shines brightly within
You,
Love is present
wherever You are!
