Sometimes Light can
cast a shadow,
do not fear this
or run away,
life is full of contrasts
beloved,
Love is Here
for you always.
Be a spark to Light
another’s space
that is not dark,
only forgetting Light,
might your spark
be one of remembrance,
does day not dawn
always after night.
See Love’s Light in
All you see,
let it wash and comfort
All in its Truth,
life is full of mirrors
so All may remember –
what shines in Me
forever shines
in You!

Take life one day
at a time,
it may be hard
not to worry
ahead,
trust that you do
know what to do,
intuition is your
connection to being
spirit-led.
Let Love not fear
move you forward
now,
take back your power
that is always Here,
spirit helps you to
see another way,
ask and receive what
next steps to take
dear.
As human you naturally
may resist change,
but You Are captain
of this ship,
chart your course
with winds of Love
that are ready to support
and lovingly assist!

Revel in the pause
when strong winds
are blowing,
Be your calm breath
when chaos reigns,
find Love’s comfort
in each other –
face to face or words
on a page.
Do you not see Peace
when your eyes are
peaceful,
Love is all around
when your heart
is free,
ego may be like a
pendulum swinging,
but You as Peace
are Here presently.
Be empowered with
Love’s alignment,
you need no instruction
as your soul knows,
trust you have
This Peace Here
within you –
Be the pause,
Here is where
Love flows!

Letting go is not
giving up,
this release
empowers you,
there is much in life
you cannot control,
so free yourself to
what you can do.
Let go as well
the grip of
self-judgment,
ego uses this to
keep you small,
let go of the weight
of shoulds that
hamper your clarity
that comes from
standing tall.
This is not running
from challenges arising,
this is tapping in to
You as Soul,
as you release that
which says you can’t,
say Yes to the power
of letting go!

return to breath,
you realign
when you breathe.
Set aside your mind,
don’t figure it out –
focus on breath
to return
to Peace.
The body at times
can be prickly
and rough,
but trust the
body now.
Breathe in,
breathe out,
This Bridge of
your Soul,
will take care
of the how.
When overwhelmed,
return to breath,
realign with
your Truth.
You simply Are,
with breath
now Be –
This Peace
that Is always
Here with You!

Streaming through clouds
or rain,
or a beautiful spring day
from beginning to end,
like the sun’s rays that
find a way –
You Are the Light.
You may not know
where your Light goes,
does it not touch
another’s soul,
Be a beacon
also for you –
You Are the Light.
When you are frustrated
with cause and effect,
or events that have not
happened yet,
in this present
You Are Love’s gift –
You Are the Light.
When you are lost
or feel alone,
Love’s Light is
with you – now,
at Home,
as your Light shines,
Love sees you, dear –
You Are the Light.
Your spark is Love’s
eternal Strength,
Courage helps you
to find your way,
see Love’s Light shine
brightly in you –
You Are forever
Love’s shining Light.

your usual focus,
let you imagination
out for a spin,
what do you wish
to create in this
moment,
do not endless
possibilities exist?
You may believe
it is “just” your
imagination,
you may have been told
not to reach for
the stars,
but the Power that
creates light in
the sky,
is the very Power
That You Are.
Let your imagination
out to play,
is this not the
creative master
in you,
do not children help
lead the way,
demonstrating how
to create with Joy
and laughter, too?
Imagine –
with Love
and Joy,
do you not feel
the shift in you,
create from this
powerful place,
as you infuse Love
in everything
you do.
Play in your imagination,
you may be surprised
at what you find,
when you play in the
energy of creation,
you may find You
beyond space and time.
Look beyond your
usual focus,
let your heart
with Love
lead the way,
with Joy,
let your child out
to dance with
imagination,
imagine and create
with Love today.

Be Fearless.
Standing in the Truth
of Who You Are,
can you Be a
warrior for only
Love,
can you shine with
other bright Lights,
creating a Force
that can light a night,
can you choose Love
over any fight –
Be Fearless.
You may wish to hide,
lest you be judged,
by others
yes, and possibly by
you,
comparisons are what
humans do,
but as there is
no opposite to Love,
Love Is Strength
and Love Is Grace –
when you fill up
any space
with Love,
how can you not
Be Fearless?
Remember the Truth
of Who You Are,
and the Love that
dwells within You,
is always in another, too –
can you see their
Love,
their Truth,
you may need
to look past
what is in
front of you,
let Love fill you All
with what is True –
that You Are Love
and Love Is You,
see it in everything
you do –
Be Fearless.

can suspend time,
as you tune in to
your innate Peace,
as you shift from
your egoic thoughts,
Here You Are
ready to flow
with ease.
You need not quiet the
very noisy brain,
simply turn your focus
to what is always Here,
creative expressions or
present moments
with Gratitude,
are but a few ways
to center and Be
clear.
May this day Be
a moment unfolding,
does not your Presence
create this shift in you,
no matter the lists
that ego wishes you
to complete,
Be Grace and ease
as Love and Peace
flow through!

Who You Are.
Life brings you many
roles to play,
some pass quickly,
some are here to
stay,
even as change
in life is certain –
always Love knows
Who You Are.
Life does its best
to shape and mold,
ego wants to fulfill
expectations made,
in all iterations of
you on earth –
always Love knows
Who You Are.
And when you let
life’s stories go,
are you not Creation
in present tense,
Be the masterpiece
that is ready to
be seen –
as Love knows
Who You Are.
Beyond judgment and
confined walls,
let each moment
of life unfold,
see your Self with
new-found eyes –
You as Love know
Who You Are!
