This Authentic You

Be you this day
grounded, authentic,
life will unfold and 
wash over you,
you may wish for 
more control,
but in each moment – 
you will know 
what to do.

Give yourself time
when time is needed,
Be aware of breath – 
your natural state 
of calm,
you can navigate 
swirling energies
by Be-ing present 
and carrying on.

You need not prove 
anything to anyone –
most especially to 
yourself,
life is challenging 
for everyone,
with Strength and Courage
ask each other for help.

Dive deep within to know
Who You Are,
believe and trust This 
authentic You,
stand tall and grounded
as the Love You Are,
navigating life from 
your innate Truth!

Keep On

Keep on walking dear
with Love.

You need not take 
giant steps,
as you move through linear
time-filled life,
life unfolds with 
every moment,
keep on walking dear 
with Love.

As human and soul –
you are time and timeless,
this often can feel
paradoxical here,
return to This Present Moment
and keep on walking dear
with Love.

You need not know
where next step 
takes you,
trust and have Faith
in your soul,
center, align to 
your True Nature –
as human you forever 
walk with Love!

Fearlessly Forward

Be You this day
steady and grounded,
walk fearlessly forward
in life,
sense your innate 
Strength and Courage,
shadow is no match 
for your Light.

Honor what comes up
to be noticed,
some things from past
or something new,
transformation is 
the theme of the
Universe flowing 
through you.

See yourself with 
fresh new eyes,
You Are stronger
than you know,
you know not what 
the future holds,
but trust in the 
Power of your Soul!

With Your Heart

Listen with your heart.

Mind races ahead with 
many stories,
based on beliefs from 
experiences past,
to slow this down and
tap into Knowing – 
listen with your heart.

When fear grips you 
with helplessness,
when angst appears
for things unknown,
to calm ego’s roar and 
find clarity – 
listen with your heart.

Heart may not have
all of the answers,
but it knows you 
so very well,
align with Peace in 
this present moment –
quiet and listen
with your heart.

Faith and hope are 
needed as human,
reassure the little child
deep in you,
place your hand upon
your heart,
Love answers – 
I Am always Here 
with you!

Always With You

Love is always with 
you dear one,
be you working or 
at play,
Love cannot remove 
every bump,
but Love may smooth 
another way.

Love believes in you 
upon your journey,
loving your imperfections
in this human life,
angels and loved ones
see you beloved,
are you All not shining
the very same Light?

You love the signs both
big and subtle,
but you need not signs
to Know This Truth – 
Love is always with 
you dear one,
hearts together create
the Whole of You!

Timeless Essence

May you have Faith
in Your Essence,
allow your soul to 
take the lead,
align and ground with
your True Nature
so ego and Essence can 
flow as a Team.

Release the judgments
you are quick to find,
ego labels “mistakes” and
wishes past to change,
soul knows the past 
is never Here,
release this illusion
ending ego’s game.

Fear is ego’s tool that 
it uses freely,
ask soul to see through 
its many roles,
ego as assistant is
helpful in time,
but timeless Essence is 
You as Soul!

Your Voice Within

Your Voice within
has things to say,
what might you
receive today?

Release assumptions,
have-tos and shoulds,
what now comes up 
for you to do?

You find more ease 
when you let go,
now approach this day
with what You know.

As mind relaxes,
spirit is Here,
listen with your gut,
not only your ears.

Some paths in life
may not be smooth,
but find more flow
listening to You!

Grounded

Open up to winds 
of change,
you can never lose
your ground,
your feet are planted 
in fertile soil,
your heart beats
a rhythm of 
Loving sound.

Be as seed swirling
in dust,
where it lands it 
begins to grow,
you have heard of 
“grow where you 
are planted,”
you are nurtured tenderly
by your soul.

Love is a Beacon of Light
so steady,
to ground you through
any of life’s storms,
You Are the ocean,
vast and forever,
deep and resilient 
and forever Home!

A Remembrance of Faith

You hear that Faith will
bring you comfort,
you may think This 
is outside of you,
the Truth lies in your
current perspective,
are you looking from ego
or the soul of You?

You hear that All 
is Here within,
ego often works to 
strike this down,
you read to reach for
a Higher Power,
implying This is not
here on the ground.

Dear one,
there is Truth in
All you hear,
life shows you many
roads to Home,
the human experience has
you on this journey,
but Home is remembering 
what you already know.

Faith is not surrendering 
to “something” else,
you need not reach 
beyond or above,
Faith is a remembrance 
of Who You Are,
a sacred and cherished
creation of Love!
