As human you naturally
may resist change,
but You Are captain
of this ship,
chart your course
with winds of Love
that are ready to support

Revel in the pause
when strong winds
are blowing,
Be your calm breath
when chaos reigns,
find Love’s comfort
in each other –
face to face or words
on a page.
Do you not see Peace
when your eyes are
peaceful,
Love is all around
when your heart
is free,
ego may be like a
pendulum swinging,
but You as Peace
are Here presently.
Be empowered with
Love’s alignment,
you need no instruction
as your soul knows,
trust you have
This Peace Here
within you –
Be the pause,
Here is where
Love flows!

Letting go is not
giving up,
this release
empowers you,
there is much in life
you cannot control,
so free yourself to
what you can do.
Let go as well
the grip of
self-judgment,
ego uses this to
keep you small,
let go of the weight
of shoulds that
hamper your clarity
that comes from
standing tall.
This is not running
from challenges arising,
this is tapping in to
You as Soul,
as you release that
which says you can’t,
say Yes to the power
of letting go!

The body at times
can be prickly
and rough,

This Bridge of

When overwhelmed,

your Truth.

Streaming through clouds
or rain,
or a beautiful spring day
from beginning to end,
like the sun’s rays that
find a way –
You Are the Light.
You may not know
where your Light goes,
does it not touch
another’s soul,
Be a beacon
also for you –
You Are the Light.
When you are frustrated
with cause and effect,
or events that have not
happened yet,
in this present
You Are Love’s gift –
You Are the Light.
When you are lost
or feel alone,
Love’s Light is
with you – now,
at Home,
as your Light shines,
Love sees you, dear –
You Are the Light.
Your spark is Love’s
eternal Strength,
Courage helps you
to find your way,
see Love’s Light shine
brightly in you –
You Are forever
Love’s shining Light.

to create in this

do not endless
possibilities exist?
You may believe
it is “just” your
imagination,
you may have been told
not to reach for
the stars,
but the Power that

is the very Power
That You Are.
Let your imagination
out to play,
is this not the
creative master
in you,
do not children help
lead the way,
demonstrating how
to create with Joy
and laughter, too?
Imagine –
with Love
and Joy,

the shift in you,

powerful place,
as you infuse Love
in everything

you may be surprised
at what you find,

energy of creation,

beyond space and time.

Be Fearless.
Standing in the Truth
of Who You Are,
can you Be a
warrior for only
Love,
can you shine with
other bright Lights,
creating a Force
that can light a night,
can you choose Love
over any fight –
Be Fearless.
You may wish to hide,
lest you be judged,
by others
yes, and possibly by
you,
comparisons are what
humans do,
but as there is
no opposite to Love,
Love Is Strength
and Love Is Grace –
when you fill up
any space
with Love,
how can you not
Be Fearless?
Remember the Truth
of Who You Are,
and the Love that
dwells within You,
is always in another, too –
can you see their
Love,
their Truth,
you may need
to look past
what is in
front of you,
let Love fill you All
with what is True –
that You Are Love
and Love Is You,
see it in everything

to center and Be
clear.

ego wants to fulfill
expectations made,

And when you let
life’s stories go,
are you not Creation
in present tense,
Be the masterpiece
that is ready to
be seen –
as Love knows

Beyond judgment and
confined walls,
let each moment
of life unfold,

new-found eyes –

Here is always your
True Home,
you may slip and slide
a bit on earth,
if any doubt makes
you forget –
you always belong Here.
But Here is not something
far away,
Here exists here also
in life,
lean into the comfort
of This Truth –

sink in deeply,
challenges in life are
what duality brings,
even when the roads
you walk are rocky –
you always belong Here.
May This Truth bring
Strength and Courage,
so you may Be You –
your authentic Self,
Love is Everywhere
