A filtering fog that 
slowly clears
as morning sun 
rises on cue,
now you can see 
with clarity – 
how does Love 
show up today?

You may get teary
from worldly strife,
a weariness felt in
the heart,
reach out and tell 
another you Love 
them – 
Love shows up 
in You today.

Do not let pain 
and anger be 
the only emotions
shared or seen,
life is All colors 
of the rainbow – 
express a color
of Love today.

Love is not Here  
to be suppressive,
feel all you feel and
know This Truth –
Love finds a way 
to rise
cutting through 
the fog of life – 
Love shows up 
Always!

Your Whole Self

Listen to what 
body needs,
from foods you eat,
a deeper breath
to breathe,
give yourself 
a rest,
a break,
release any judgment 
or blame you take.

Any day or moment
is fresh and new,
you start to think – 
what next to do,
let this day unfold 
on a clean slate,
as an Artist of Love,
what might you 
create?

This lighter you may
wish to explore,
what do you let go,
what do you want more,
listen with body and 
your soul –
have faith, believe in
what your Whole Self
knows!

Freedom

Let Love lift what 
may feel heavy,
may angels show you
how to fly,
belief and faith
in Love are powerful,
you need not even
try.

Open your heart,
open your hands
from what you clutch 
and hold on tight,
the flow of Love 
is not containable –
it cannot help but
take flight.

As you release what 
is not true,
Here is All 
that you need,
buoyed by the Love 
of angels, loved ones,
believe This Truth – 
dear, You Are free!

Everywhere, Love

And Love is Everywhere.

Be One with All
around you,
be it concrete or 
forest lush,
Love’s vibration marks 
no difference – 
and Love is Everywhere 
You Are.

It may be easier to
feel when peaceful,
on bumpy roads yes
you cry out,
no matter what life
throws at you dear one –
Love is Everywhere 
You Are.

So yes, surround yourself
with what you need
to tune in to this vibe,
but always Now presents
This Moment – 
yes Love is Everywhere
You Are!

Steady

Be steady.
Your heart beats 
a rhythm like
a drum.

When you need 
grounding,
guidance –
your center knows 
where you come
from.

In any storm 
you gather in,
aware of surroundings 
and what to do.

Be steady and calm,
look around,
listen to your heart,
a gateway to You.

Life can feel sometimes
precarious,
energy shifts upon
winds of change.

Be steady.
Wholly grounded.
sync with Love’s rhythm,
come what may!

of your stillness,
be patient as you 
listen dear,
let go of timelines,
with no rush,
may insight bubble
up so clear.

Instead of waiting 
for an answer
to a question 
your mind has,
Be receiving,
see what formulates
to help you on 
your path.

There may be a 
new direction
or modification of
one now,
Divine Timing will help
clarify the timing
and the how.

Soften your focus,
heart and mind open,
your vessel of service
knows how to Be,
in any moment,
Be your Light shining –
You Are Love’s 
possibility!

You Are This Light 
and never alone.

Breathe in Love’s Peace
that is always Here,
feel the warmth of 
loved ones forever
near.

May you feel supported 
and always sustained,
Love lifts you up when
your energy wanes.

Walk reverently on 
earth’s holy ground,
you represent the sky as
stardust earth-bound.

You Are the Universe
and It Is You,
shine your Light today
in All you do!

Grounded and Clear

Human reaction and 
emotion
are part of life’s 
merry-go-round ride,
allow these to come
and move through you,
once they pass now 
you have a quiet mind.

And in this stillness,
this clarity,
without trying – solutions
drop in,
This is You connected 
to spirit,
to the flow of Love
that is Here within.

This is not to admonish
reaction,
but is this not usually 
a reaction to fear,
believe and trust in 
your intuition,
has this not guided you
so many times, dear?

Do not suppress or 
repress emotion,
allow it to move through –
it need not stay,
now You in grounded
and clearing resonance
will handle all that 
comes your way!

Clarity

Your human mind 
may not feel clear,
it asks questions and
wants to know – 
how will a situation 
turn out,
should I speed up or 
maybe go slow.

You may not know 
all of the answers,
but that need not mean
you are not clear,
might you be clear about
your next step,
trusting in Love –
not listening to fear.

The world is dense and 
very foggy,
your ego has its place
in life,
but clarity is of the
soul,
a knowingness that 
adds more Light.

Some parts of life are
full of mystery,
you need not explore
every rabbit hole,
return to breath,
check in with heart,
your clearest Vision is
the Eyes of your Soul!

A Loosening

Sense Love’s Flow
bubbling within,
its natural progression 
is to rise,
let it move freely,
unencumbered
from old beliefs 
you gathered 
in life.

Once you loosen 
and are open
do not these layers
begin to lift,
the Flow of Love taps 
on them gently,
as you have grown
they no longer fit.

You may feel 
vulnerable for 
a moment,
shedding the armor 
you donned in 
fear,
may this Flow of Love
help you reclaim your
natural Strength
and Joy here.

You need not look 
to the external,
allow what is naturally 
You to rise,
thank and honor 
old protections,
as the warrior in you
now trusts Love’s Light!
