Forever Home

Ego works hard 
to convince
that you are separate 
and alone,
this is the premise 
of the ego –
I need to struggle 
and tightly hold.

When in this grip 
of constriction,
fears are stoked 
that one might 
lose out,
ego trusts not 
anyone,
certainly not the 
self that feels
left out.

Love reminds and 
gently soothes – 
my dear you never 
can be alone,
yes the world shows
here and there,
but Here is always 
and forever Home.

As Love, You Are 
wholly connected,
yes in life and 
spirit too,
reach out to your
brothers and sisters,
know dear loved ones
accompany you.

Lean into your heart 
and feel,
Here with All 
may This you know – 
fully supported,
embraced with Love,
soak up This Truth
and welcome Home!

 

Illuminated

Be the sun when
clouds are gathering,
sun simply does 
what it Is,
your Light shines
no matter what
tries to hide you
from All of This.

Faith is where 
you can turn 
to always know 
Here is the Light,
on cloudy days
you know the sun 
has not lost power
or its might.

Be it seasonal or
be it worldly,
you seek Light 
when things get
dark,
Be as sun,
Here You Are –
Illuminated by 
Love’s sweet spark!

The Grace of Love

Expand beyond 
perceived perceptions
when you have a 
problem to solve,
might a bigger picture
view bring to light
what it is about.

There usually is an
origin of what can 
get under your 
skin,
internal core beliefs
make up so many 
stories you find 
yourself in.

Follow your emotion 
to the part of you 
that wishes to be
seen,
you need not know
all of the causes,
but bring Love’s comfort – 
listen and believe.

At the deepest level
of all conflict,
Love is the answer 
it’s true,
expand and know 
the Grace of Love
is eternally flowing 
always through 
You!

Help is Here

Take one step
at a time,
when you may feel
some overwhelm,
with linear time
you jump ahead,
but return to present – 
Here is your help.

You need not solve 
everything yourself,
this is a burden you 
need not bear,
give yourself space 
to let your intuition
and guidance flow 
everywhere.

Asking for help 
allows an opening
for you to be 
in Love’s flow,
Here is where solutions
are found,
dropping in so 
you will trust 
and know!

Timeless

Even as time unfolds
before you,
You Are timeless,
have no doubt,
yes the body tries 
to convince you
that time is important 
as it might run out.

Celebrate the 
Eternal You,
relish all experience 
that you have in life,
but know beyond time 
is your True Self,
the One that shines 
Love’s eternal Light.

Breathe life in as 
this body here,
know You expand 
beyond what you 
see,
with Faith and Trust 
in this timeless You –
experience Love
fully and free!

A Presence Clear

Spend some time 
with your soul,
take a break – 
know All are Here,
you need not rush 
or hurry dear one,
for beyond time is
your Presence clear.

No matter how many 
transitions that you
go through,
change in life is 
disruptive and yet –
are there not new 
beginnings happening,
be patient,
be willing 
to rest.

Inner reflections
are fine but 
do not dwell
on judgments 
that you have,
take this time 
and space to 
bring Light to 
any parts that need
loving salve.

So catch your breath,
rejuvenate,
your soul and 
purpose are 
Here,
in Wholeness 
You Are One 
with Love,
shine your Light,
so bright and clear!

Embracing Compassion

What do you hold 
so close and tightly,
what fears are waiting 
to be released,
trust may be fleeting 
in the world,
but trust that Love 
will set you free.

You have a superpower – 
compassion,
sense how this ignites 
your heart to grow,
Be compassion to 
your self,
spread this generously
to all you know.

If it is fear that 
brings up lack,
sense your abundance 
when This you know – 
embracing compassion
fills you with Love,
and with Love’s Strength 
see You as Whole!

A Plan for Peace

In life there are plans 
that you schedule,
but leave some openings
to receive,
some things you can 
let pass you by,
some things may fit 
most perfectly.

In the openness 
of surrender,
what experiences 
may come your way,
you need not say 
yes to everything,
but Everything is a
part of you always.

Beyond any worry or 
troubled thoughts,
Love is Here to 
help you find ease,
plan your calendar 
as needed,
knowing in All spaces 
Here is Peace!

The Flow of Growth

Life keeps changing 
and so do you,
you grow, evolve – 
you and your soul,
the landscape around 
may look different
now,
but You as Love 
are everlasting flow.

Relationships can 
reflect this growth,
new ones are formed,
old ones may change,
evolution can be exciting
with shared growth,
sometimes there is fear –
wishing to stay the same.

Be in This Flow
upon This Journey here,
Be curious and open
to the “I don’t know,”
let intuition guide you 
through it all,
Be Love’s experience –

A Miracle of Love

Being human
can feel raw,
life can deal out
quite a lot,
but You as Soul 
know this Truth –
Love is Here 
in All you do.

Things might get messy
and feel out of place,
you need not put 
on a happy face,
in your search 
for answers dear,
remember what you know –
forever Here.

Judge you not for 
life’s ups and downs,
do not let “shoulds”
twist things around,
re-align when thrown
off-center,
your heart, your essence
is always Home.

Find your breath,
Here is your Peace,
your steadiness 
is where to find
ease,
Grace is Here 
as Love fills 
you up,
You Are a miracle 
of Love!
