You may delight in 
shedding layers,
much like Snake when
it has new skin,
you may then wonder
what is next for me –
how do I know where
my journey begins.

My dear your Journey 
is vast and deep,
your soul has traveled 
well you see,
you may wonder in 
this linear world,
if you have missed 
opportunities.

Trust in the timing
of the Divine,
This Flow that fills 
you up within,
may This Moment 
Be your journey,
flex your new muscles 
in This new skin.

Love has no time,
but gifts you This,
Be patient and create 
from your wholeness 
True,
a wellspring of hope,
energy and Light 
is ready to journey with 
this fearless You!

Arm-in-Arm

When the sky appears 
to fall,
when what was up 
appears to be down,
find your center of 
gravity – 
This Center of You 
that is beyond sound.

Shore up support 
with beloved Lights,
look for the helpers 
who are always Here,
these may be beacons 
in the world,
but also angels who 
choose to be near.

A non-sensical world 
makes not much sense,
but arm-in-arm find 
what to do,
your beautiful heart
and Light are needed,
no-thing can take This 
away from You!

Your Inner Guidance

You look for affirmation,
validation as you move
throughout your life.

A sign or someone
saying yes helps you
trust that you are 
right.

But might you turn up
your discernment –
your inner knowing
that is Here always.

Often you tune this out,
focusing on what others 
have to say.

Listen to This signal 
that flows within
your Be-ing and 
is Here for you.

Here is your sign,
your validation – 
there are myriad ways 
that it flows through.

Here is where trust,
belief, then knowing 
can help you along 
life’s way.

Look within to your 
own soul that is always 
connected to what 
spirit may say.

An external sign is 
forever magical,
but do not shut out 
what flows within.

Your inner guidance 
loves to be validated,
listen dear one and 
let the play begin!

 

Gracefully Bold

Feelings of fear and 
helplessness can 
make you think 
your power is gone,
my dears your Strength 
is never-ending,
count on your Courage 
to help you along.

Stand tall in determination,
even when change is 
a tsunami felt,
find your way through 
a rocky road,
use All of your power –
Be Grace,
Be bold.

Align with your strong 
Light shining,
do your best when life
zigs and zags,
Be You Strength,
Be One with Courage,
your power is Love,
may it Light the way!

Your Angels

Sense your angels 
surrounding, comforting,
be not surprised that 
this is true,
every One of you 
has angels,
does not This Presence 
flow through you?

When there is overwhelm 
or experience
that stretches you 
so very thin,
know you never 
are alone,
loved ones and angels 
whisper, “yes you can!”

May this unseen force
help you navigate 
through anything day 
or night,
it is often in 
trying moments 
that clarity rises up
to Light.

Thank your angels – 
though they always know
as Gratitude is their 
language too,
may your day unfold
with forever knowing 
your angels so love you!

that tells lies and 
beats you down,
with intention,
claim Who You Are,
This powerful shift
turns perception 
around.

This powerful You
is not new dear one,
This remembrance 
is familiar to you,
before ego began 
its distractions,
You, This Center 
is all that you 
knew.

Reclaim This now,
fully supported and 
cherished,
do not fear this 
powerful You 
so free,
you need not talk ego
into something,
shift to your soul and
let your Self Be!

Step by Step

Walk confidently upon
your path,
you are right where 
you need to be,
your inquiring brain
wants all the details,
your soul says patient
flexibility is key.

Your roots ground you
in steadiness,
but like majestic tree 
you sway with the wind,
you will know what to do
when you need to – 
you will not break as 
you flow and bend.

Show up authentically,
see your brothers and sisters,
your Light shines and 
ripples out to All,
these are the Waves 
of Love that are 
so needed,
each step you take is
answering Love’s call!

Your Strength Within

it has been Here 
all the time,
you can release 
walls of protection
you thought you 
needed to be 
fine.

Here You Are 
as Strength and 
Courage,
use all that you
have learned here,
releasing old beliefs 
is honoring this you
that now sees so clear.

With the help of 
your soul that is 
connected always 
to This Love,
behold your path 
unfolding in life,
know You Are what
you have been 
dreaming of!

Centered and Whole

rhythms of your 
heart and breath 
at rest,
return Here to 
your Peace 
when life is full
of human-ness.

The world may throw 
out many things
to see what may 
ultimately stick,
humanity is a pendulum,
rising on one side 
until another clicks.

Heed your internal 
call to Love,
it may be a respite 
or a call to act,
know completely 
you are supported,
in your wholeness
you remain intact. 

From your center 
aligned and balanced,
yes participate in 
the world,
as life’s sands blow
all around you,
shine your Light – 
Love’s precious pearl!

You Belong

You belong.

There is a longing 
that is ancient 
in the human 
journey here,
no matter where 
you roam upon 
the earth – 
beloved,
you belong.

You may have years 
in one community
or have found a 
brand new home,
even when displaced 
by disaster – 
dearest one,
you belong.

Love is your Home 
no matter if you end
your day with others
or alone,
Love is breathing you,
adoring you, dear child – 
you belong.

You Are a Light 
to fellow Lights,
you are honored your
whole life through,
as you are grounded 
to the earth and sky,
to Everything,
you belong!
