one by one,
and when the wind
picks up,
do not others join
the fun?

Do they not create
a mosaic,
bringing color to the
path you stroll,
do you not gain a
different perspective
of leaves,
in this season
of letting go?

Might you join in
this dance of leaves,
displaying the beautiful
color of You,
might you embrace
your vibrant beauty,
as you let go
to the Truth of You.

Be strong,
be elegant,
with branches bare,
as sturdy trees remind
you to Be,
every Season of You
rejoices,
You Are Love
and
You Are Free!

When stress is 
heightened,
you are on guard,
this is the human 
way to prepare,
your best preparation 
is to Be aligned –

This is not hiding
or being aloof,
All of You is 
ready to help
and support,

all hands on deck,

A sharpened mind,
intuition ready,
your knowing 
comes out when 
you need it most,
to see with eyes 
that go beyond time,

The Love 
You Are.

It may feel 
counter-intuitive 
to ego,
but the Whole 
of You is always
Here to help,
Be empowered with 
Strength and Courage –

is familiar,
you travel together 
beyond time,
this is not a true 
partnership –
do you not share 
One Heart,
One Mind?

Yes it is hard to 
trust the ego,
but set your sights 
on what cannot
be seen,
the Love You Are 
never can waver,
trust This Love –
know and believe.

Surrender to This 
Higher Power,
This is You 
so wide and vast,
Everything is This –
now go create anew 
and not of the past.

Be bold in any 
new beginning,
present moments 
are to be revered,
Be You fearless and 
as a child of Love – 
Love trusts in you,

Smile for no reason,
shed a tear when
tenderness calls,
do a random 
act of kindness,
take all in stride and
Be well today.

You need not follow 
an agenda,
Be You wholly 
as Love Here,
laugh so deeply
when you get 
tickled,
Be authentic,
Be well today.

Step away from 
perceived control,
do your best is 
all life asks,
hand the wheel 
over to your soul
who reminds you – 
All is Well today!

The Eternal You

In times of stress
you may feel prickly,
coping skills are stretched
so thin,
the body craves 
predictability,
so fight or flight can 
come to an end.

Send waves of comfort 
to the body,
You Are connected to 
Love’s eternal Peace,
there is never anything 
missing,
rebalance, realign,
return to centered 
ease.

When foundations crack
keep going deeper,
You Are infinite 
in your roots,
your True Nature has
foundations ancient,
beyond this world
is the Eternal You.

Tend to your human
self’s emotions,
Be Love’s comfort in 
all you may need,
This healing balm will 
ripple outward,
surrounding All with 
Grace and ease.

What Love Knows

in grounded-ness,
your roots cannot
be torn away,
Love flows deeper
than the oceans,
always with you,
Love is Here 
to stay.

No matter the tumult
that earth can conjure,
find your way always 
back Home,
You as Awareness 
are always connected,

wherever you may 
roam.

All souls Are 
This Strength 
and Courage,
even as life deals 
a major blow,
the Love that opens 
up all hearts,
brings resiliency as
Love and Faith flow.

Stand tall in your
present Be-ing,
even as there are things
beyond your control,
Be rooted, grounded 
in any experience,
Be Compassion –
Be what Love knows.

be it breeze in the trees
or waves upon the shore,
may you receive wisdom 
from dear Owl,
who reminds you
This All Is You
and more.

Realign and sync
with All of This,
Love flows in the 
rhythms of the 
earth,
release expectations 
that ego always 
looks for,
sense Love’s vibration 
that moves beyond 
all words.

You can ask Love 
what to do next,
in your Be-ingness
sense the answer clear,
move with the rhythms 
of You as Soul,
Love is your Nature,
Be One with All 
right Here!

Fresh and New

Dive with Love down
into your heart,
let emotion wash
over you,
Love cleanses you
and clears things out,
reminding You are
fresh and new.

Stand with Love
be you vulnerable,
feel your Strength
lifting you back up,
Love arises and
sees you there,
reminding you –
You Are enough.

Fly with Love
You Are infinite,
this fearless You
was Here all along,
Love nudges you to
spread your wings,
reminding Here is
where You belong!

and seem far away,
when much work
needs to be done,
keep relying on
each other,
Love sustains and
finds a way.

See your Self in
brothers and sisters,
no one walks a
road alone,
lift each other in
big and small ways –
Love supports and
finds a way.

Take one day
at a time,
Be present in
each moment now,
as All are conduits
from Love’s Source –
Love empowers and
finds a way.

You are not lost
in times of struggle,
walk arm in arm
with fellow souls,
your heart is linked
to All sisters and
brothers –
Love connects and
leads the way!

Deeply Rooted

Be flexible,
may you bend
not break,
be like tree
that withstands
the wind,
sometimes life
leaves you uprooted,
your roots are ready
to grow again.

The earth is always
changing, shifting,
but You as Soul
are connected Here,
your roots are deeper
than the earth,
your branches expand
beyond the stars
my dear.

May Love’s Peace
lift you up always,
may you know
you are on sturdy
ground,
follow your heart,
your intuition,
Love is Everywhere
and all around!
