the beach
can make for precarious 
walking dear,
paths once known 
may change direction,
but is not inner guidance 
always near?

You need not rush 
or force emotion
to match a perceived 
state of mind,
allow some space 
in human life 
to let things settle – 
Be patient,
Be kind.

As you create with 
your authentic heart,
what new paths await
to be revealed,
you need not let 
outside forces 
define you –
reshape the sand,
discover what is 
Real. 

Human emotion captures 
your attention,
Be fully the spectrum 
of what life shares,
use All of This as 
your palette ready 
for your masterpiece 
to be created Here!

Your Voice

Let Spirit be 
your Voice.

When you speak 
from your heart,
when you set ego 
to the side,
your soul rises 
to the occasion –
you let Spirit 
be your Voice.

You are always 
integrated,
your soul is Here 
always by your 
side,
working in tandem 
is your soul’s purpose – 
why not let Spirit 
be your Voice.

You may be hesitant 
to speak your Truth,
you may not know 
always what to say,
why not expand to 
your True Nature – 
and let Spirit 
be your Voice.

It may feel different –
this flowing experience,
but This Is You
always at your core,
rejoice experiencing 
You expanded – 
You Are Spirit –
This Is your Voice!

Be Peace today.

What do you rise up
to fight back,
what makes you worry 
about what you lack,
what expectations have 
not been met –
accept, allow,
Be Peace today.

Acceptance need not 
mean you quit,
and you may prefer 
that over this,
but as a choice 
always to you – 
accept, allow,
Be Peace today.

When chaotic energy
is in the air,
be as the tree 
full or branches 
bare,
does not Tree bend
and dance with 
wind –
accept, allow,
Be Peace today.

In this present 
moment Here,
Here is your Home,
your Truth,
my dear,
as One Mind,
One heart,
might you – 
accept, allow,
Be Peace today.

A Sign of Love

It may be a repeating number,
what is it that snags
your view,
something you read,
or a memory
that pops in suddenly 
to you.

It matters not if your
awareness,
is aware of signs or
misses some,
you are as connected 
as the morning that 
always knows,
here comes the sun!

Rest assured your loved ones 
know and sense these 
connections to you,
Love may be quiet 
or may be loud,
the mind is sometimes 
hard to get through.

Let your heart be 
the instrument
that knows each note
of every loving chord,
let your hearts sing
together as One,
Love exists beyond 
any spoken word.

Yes, look for signs 
to delight,
in the magic 
that is displayed,
but know You Are 
a Sign of Love,
eternally connected,
forever,
always.

color of You,
might you embrace
your vibrant beauty,
as you let go
to the Truth of You.

Be strong,
be elegant,
with branches bare,
as sturdy trees remind
you to Be,
every Season of You
rejoices,
You Are Love

partnership –

Yes it is hard to 
trust the ego,
but set your sights 
on what cannot
be seen,

know and believe.

Surrender to This 
Higher Power,
This is You 
so wide and vast,
Everything is This –
now go create anew 
and not of the past.

Be bold in any 
new beginning,
present moments 
are to be revered,

shed a tear when
tenderness calls,

act of kindness,

You need not follow 
an agenda,
Be You wholly 
as Love Here,
laugh so deeply
when you get 
tickled,
Be authentic,
Be well today.

Step away from 
perceived control,
do your best is 
all life asks,
hand the wheel 
over to your soul
who reminds you – 
All is Well today!

The Eternal You

In times of stress
you may feel prickly,
coping skills are stretched
so thin,
the body craves 
predictability,
so fight or flight can 
come to an end.

Send waves of comfort 
to the body,
You Are connected to 
Love’s eternal Peace,
there is never anything 
missing,
rebalance, realign,
return to centered 
ease.

When foundations crack
keep going deeper,
You Are infinite 
in your roots,
your True Nature has
foundations ancient,
beyond this world
is the Eternal You.

Tend to your human
self’s emotions,
Be Love’s comfort in 
all you may need,
This healing balm will 
ripple outward,
surrounding All with 
Grace and ease.

What Love Knows

in grounded-ness,
your roots cannot
be torn away,
Love flows deeper
than the oceans,
always with you,
Love is Here

No matter the tumult
that earth can conjure,
find your way always 
back Home,
You as Awareness 
are always connected,
accompanying you 
wherever you may 
roam.

All souls Are 
This Strength 
and Courage,
even as life deals 
a major blow,
the Love that opens 
up all hearts,
brings resiliency as
Love and Faith flow.

Stand tall in your
present Be-ing,
even as there are things
beyond your control,
Be rooted, grounded 
in any experience,
Be Compassion –
Be what Love knows.
