wholly All

Believe to receive,
say yes to Love,

Breathe in Love
to remember,
You Are always,
forever Peace.
You need not
earn it,
or achieve it,
within You now
is Grace and ease.
Unrest or chaos
may be present,
you will navigate
this in life.
Find your respite
believing, knowing,
within is your
eternal Light.
Marvel at the
glowing moon,
lighting up an
ink-dark sky.
You Are This –
Love’s radiance,
peacefully sharing
your eternal Light!

Love continues,
supporting,
growing,
even as you grieve
beloveds passing on,
yes in life
one’s physical presence
is mightily missed –
but Love is not
done.
As You Are spirit,
Here and Now,
are you not connected
to All you Love,
know This Love grows
in all dimensions,
believe This Truth –
below is as above.
There is no gap,
hearts intertwined
cannot be separated
or split in two,
know as a Team
you grow together,
across all realms –
Love is Here with
You.
Be empowered by
This Truth,
you are never alone
or by yourself,
stand tall in this belief
and know,
Peace is Here with All
and All is Well!

flowing around,
between any obstacles
in its way,
what you cannot move
with force is inviting
you to find another
way.
Look within to find
your flow,
this is the perfect
place to start,
then move This with
your intention,
Be-ing and declaring
this is Who You Are.
Be wary of expectation,
life may show up in
different ways,
You at Peace is
a good intention
that will support you
throughout your day.
May you experience
This Peace within,
flowing as Love
inside and out,
Here You Are
aligned and balanced,
One with Love in

The ego judges with
critical eyes,
you perform your best
to see,
is this good,
did I do well –
let your creative flow
be free.
No-thing is permanent,
you can change your
mind,
but do this from your
untethered Self,
Be the artist from
your Soul –
let your creative flow
be free.
Enjoy this process,
free of angst,
you have no-thing
you need to prove,
life is your palette,
Be in wonder –
your creative flow
is You,
so free!

you need not seek,
your search is over when
This you believe,
Love is Here,
Here is Truth –
your Source of Love
is within you.
A shift will open
this door within,
your ego distracts,
sometimes locks you
in,
holding the key you
ask what to do –
shift to This Love
always within you.
Beyond all words
or figuring out,
This Place of Peace
is what Love is about,
take Love’s hand,
it is already in yours –
This Gift of Love
is Love Be-ing you!

beautiful soul,
be open with what
unfolds today,
you may find yourself
checking off lists,
or delighting in
new ways to play.
You have All of This
within you,
with intention you
have a choice,
there is no right
or wrong –
different aspects of you
may have a different
voice.
May you find a
peaceful balance,
letting All parts of you
be heard,
let Love Be the connecting
balm,
wholeness,
your Oneness is
beyond words.
Invite in your
beautiful soul,

Be throughout
the day,
say yes to This
Dance of Love,
that accompanies you
every step of

Embrace your growth,
it may be messy,
needing attention or
letting it Be,
much like the new growth
that arrives in spring –
some plants need care,
others bloom with ease.
You need not follow
a strict doctrine,
get to know you
and what you need,
as you release what
is cumbersome,
do you not flourish,
ready to be free.
Embrace the journey
and all of the unknowns,
your slate is clear
as You emerge,
may the friction of life
be your artist’s tool,
much like sand and oyster
creating a pearl!

with no judgement,

Support you in your
endeavors,

walking as One is
Love’s sweet blessing –

with assurance –

Every child within
wishes to be Loved,
this may be an experience
that comes and goes,
with strings attached
or conditions made,
it may be hard to trust,
believe and know.
Relax, lean into what
dwells inside,
Here is where compassion
and nurture blend,
This Love freely flows
through you,
a healing balm to
restore and mend.
A mother’s Love may
be many things,
but You Are This –
unconditionally Loved,
This is a State
you can freely share,
to all here below
and to All above.
Sense Love’s comfort
and a place to rest,
You Are cradled in
Love’s nurturing womb,
dear child,
sense your Strength and
Courage Here,
as you share This
that flows through You!
