twinkling above,
the sun rises as
you do too,
smile from your heart,
simple and True.
Let your to-do list
fall away,
your soul will prompt you
throughout the day,
Be at Peace,
beloved one,
from this new morn
’til day is done.
With Grace and ease
Be in Love’s flow,
let go of what you
wish to know,
keep this day simple –
Be-ing You,
may your Light shine
in all you do!

You Are Strength,
You Are Courage,
these naturally flow
all through you,
a prayer of Gratitude
helps them rise,
so you may do what
there is to do.
Allow integration
of life and soul
to help you see
that you are complete,
perfection is not
the goal of Truth,
Oneness and Wholeness
is You, naturally.
May Gratitude lift
and strengthen you,
Be in Love’s flow and
see what Love brings,
sense your innate
Lightness of Be-ing,
This is the You
that comes naturally!

unfolding,
even if not sure
where it goes,
it may pull or
even push you,
you are part of
Love’s infinite
flow.
It could be the
ride of a lifetime,
or a perfect
single step,
Be in This Presence,
in present moment,
releasing past and
what is not yet.
Here You Are –
perfection unfolding,
Be This You
Love asks you
to Be,
saying yes to You
as a miracle,
is saying yes
to Love and
flowing free!

loosen demands

your journey,

what may come up,
Here is healing,
thank and release,
Here You Are –
sacred and holy,
in This Truth

though it is
not yours to keep,
You Are empowered
by your True Nature,
This infinite Love
flows naturally.
All Gifts of Love
are given freely and
do not take anything
from you,
there is no lack of Love
in anyone,
you forget All Love
is All of You.
Let Love’s wellspring
bubble up
to remind you of
Love’s eternal flow,
soak up This Love
and freely share it,
remaining centered,
complete and whole!

around you,
in waking states or
when you sleep,
they help you raise
your vibration,
opening you to
All Possibility.
It is not Grace that
brings them closer,
though Grace flows
effortlessly through,
it is your belief and
set intention that
wakes up the
angelic realm in
you.
As All are part of
Love’s Vibration
and as you are not
a separate being,
This Presence of Angels
is within You,
flow now with Grace
on angel wings.
As you awaken to
This Knowing,
see other’s angels
by their sides,
All of you One are
blessed together,
touched by the glow
of angelic Light!

guides and angels

can make you
feel overwhelmed.
Love and comfort
are a breath away,
We are with You
in every realm.

state I Am,
who is This
who watches, too.
This is Love,
forever flowing,
tap into This –

pattern of Love
that exists in everything
you see,
You Are an antenna that
can sense This,
but sometimes your filter
has other needs.
Do not wait for
the external
to reveal This Vibration
that exists,
Be it to see it,
believe then feel it,

to All of This.
