Here is Peace
in between moments,
things get busy in
the ego’s mind,
This Peace can expand
so that you can
call on it any place
or time.
You need not talk
ego into Peace,
but This can Be
your foundation
strong,
from This Perspective
you gain clarity,
pieces of the puzzle
fall where they belong.
Ease off struggle
when it arises,
give ego the space
that it needs,
but know This Peace
is Here always present,
one breath,
one remembrance
is All that
you need!

Sense the Love
of spirit’s flow,
This is You beyond
all doubt,
a drawn-out project
or menial task,
spirit is with you
through it all.
Loved ones do not
miss a thing,
guides are Here
with loving support,
angels shower you
with blessings,
lifting you up
so you may soar.
It matters not
what is on your
list,
you never do a
task alone,
bask in the company
of spirit –
where You Are eternally,
forever Home!

You truly Are.
Your identify is
made up of
your thoughts
and your beliefs.
Now expand your
consciousness
and remember
Who You truly Are.
How can these two
intersect –
this is a question from
the human mind.
Your soul,
your essence always
knows and reminds
Who You truly Are.
This State of Be-ing
is helpful and supports
as you go about
and do.
Always know that
All is Well,
remembering
Who You truly Are.
Tap into your
Strength and Courage,
taking one day
at a time.
Clearing cluttering thoughts
invites the remembrance
of Who You truly Are.
From this center
now breathe in
Peace,
does this not naturally
flow through.
Here Love Is –
there is no doubt,
You eternally know
Who You truly Are!

Are there not a thousand
little things
that can rattle you
in this life,
in a hustle bustle
hurried way,
your scattered thoughts
can make you feel
tight.
Your breath can
ground,
your feet can walk,
you may find a simple
chore to do,
check in with
your soul who
observes and knows
Love’s essence that
flows through you.
You need not figure
out your mind,
simply tune into
your heart,
your soul is where
the Peace you seek
is Here and never,
ever far.
Welcome Home
dear child of Love,
take respite and know
you are not alone,
let us take each step
together,
I Am with you –
Love,
your Soul.

Be Love,
shine bright as stars
twinkling above,
the sun rises as
you do too,
smile from your heart,
simple and True.
Let your to-do list
fall away,
your soul will prompt you
throughout the day,
Be at Peace,
beloved one,

’til day is done.
With Grace and ease
Be in Love’s flow,
let go of what you
wish to know,
keep this day simple –
Be-ing You,
may your Light shine

You Are Strength,
You Are Courage,
these naturally flow
all through you,
a prayer of Gratitude
helps them rise,
so you may do what
there is to do.
Allow integration
of life and soul
to help you see
that you are complete,
perfection is not
the goal of Truth,
Oneness and Wholeness
is You, naturally.
May Gratitude lift
and strengthen you,
Be in Love’s flow and
see what Love brings,
sense your innate
Lightness of Be-ing,
This is the You
that comes naturally!

Love’s infinite
flow.

Be in This Presence,

Here You Are –
perfection unfolding,
Be This You
Love asks you
to Be,
saying yes to You
as a miracle,
is saying yes
to Love and
flowing free!

what may come up,
Here is healing,
thank and release,
Here You Are –
sacred and holy,
in This Truth

your power away,
though it is
not yours to keep,
You Are empowered
by your True Nature,
This infinite Love
flows naturally.
All Gifts of Love
are given freely and
do not take anything
from you,
there is no lack of Love
in anyone,
you forget All Love
is All of You.
Let Love’s wellspring
bubble up
to remind you of
Love’s eternal flow,
soak up This Love
and freely share it,
remaining centered,
complete and whole!

Angels gather all
around you,
in waking states or
when you sleep,
they help you raise
your vibration,
opening you to
All Possibility.
It is not Grace that
brings them closer,
though Grace flows
effortlessly through,
it is your belief and
set intention that
wakes up the
angelic realm in
you.
As All are part of
Love’s Vibration
and as you are not
a separate being,
This Presence of Angels
is within You,
flow now with Grace
on angel wings.
As you awaken to
This Knowing,
see other’s angels
by their sides,
All of you One are
blessed together,
touched by the glow
of angelic Light!
