Sense your Strength
when you need it,
will and intention
are by your side,
be flexible enough
to notice
when you need to
adjust the ride.
Maneuvering through life
is not easy,
then you add your own
beliefs and needs,
but You with Love as
your co-pilot,
can find the path
through any weeds.
You need not know
the destination,
Be You,
Be bold,
releasing fear,
Be your best in
this now moment,
with Love and Strength
flowing through you, dear!

The world is hard to
place your trust in,
here is not where
trust occurs,
trust your soul as
your safe harbor,
Here is your Peace
not of this world.
When worldly problems
get you rattled,
shift to restore
clarity of mind,
give emotions space
to express
deeper layers you
wish to find.
And from your eternal
soul perspective,
allow these layers
to unfold,
give them tenderly
to Love,
honor their stories that
once were told.
You need not analyze
each detail,
Love knows always
what to do,
this transmutation keeps
your heart open,
with Trust and Faith,
say hello to You!

Sometimes emotion
comes up swirling,
knocking you off
of your feet,
you need not judge
or push back down
what your body is
trying to release.
You need not understand
the layers that build up
in this earthly realm,
but you as soul
can observe, support,
releasing what may be
part of the veil.
This transmutation
clears and releases
core beliefs you may
question now,
trust and know Love
knows what to do,
you need not know
the why or how.
Simply Be Grace
and allowance,
saying yes to change
that may occur,
your soul remains
wholly constant,
eternally beyond
this world.
Your soul is wholly
integrated within
the body that is
trying hard,
may human experience
be the fuel that
returns you Home,
beyond the stars!

so dearly Love,
they are integrated
within you,
not you here and
them above.
Yes, it breaks the
human heart,
when they physically
take flight,
but your souls are
still together,
every day and
through the night.
Mend your broken heart,
take baby steps,
Love honors the
human life,
and know your
eternal open heart
opens the door to
your brilliant Light.
Love is not lost,
it cannot be,
it resides in your
very soul,
loved ones who are
cheering you on
help you to remember
what you know.
Yes life may look
very different,
but know one thing
that does not change –
Love as your soul
flows forever in you,
with your beloveds

Love is the permanence

You build awareness
across the veil,
through egoic thoughts
to what is True,
rest assured this is
not a test,
though it’s hard to see –
You are always You.

Be Love’s bridge,
shining with All
fellow Lights,
be a reminder,
Here You Are,
shining eternal

I cannot find,
in your heart is

listen to the birds,
