Harness Love’s power,
it never leaves you,
in life sometimes you
may feel drained,
recharge,
reenergize from
Love’s eternal spring
that does not change.
You may be lifted
by things external,
but what lasts and
is your Truth,
You Are a conduit
for Love,
Love’s Strength and Power
forever dwells in You.
Be Love’s fountain
whilst in this life,
loved ones and angels
meet you Here,
this wellspring
forever lifts you,
now sense Love
truly Everywhere!

Work with spirit,
with your Self,
this is a natural
thing to do,
you may not have
full awareness of
how much Love
flows through you.
You need not criticize
the ego,
it is trying so hard
to work things out,
but a more natural
state of receiving
is what true Flow
is all about.
It is your ego
that distrusts,
but this is not the Self
that knows,
tap into spirit,
your Higher Self,
flow with Grace
as your day unfolds!

throughout your soul,
and also in your DNA,
there is no-where that
Love is not,
Love is Here,
with you,
always.
As circles are
unbroken,
do you not flow
as an infinite loop,
the Love You Are
is boundless
and All You Love
flow forever
with you.
You are part of
Love’s tapestry,
each thread is precious
Here,
there are no gaps
in This Infinite,
All You Love
are woven with you,

When you sense
the push of life,
your reaction may be
to push back,
when force meets force
it does not leave
much room,
it may feel like
an attack.
There may be times
when defense is
what you need,
but for most of your
daily routine,
become aware of what
you take personally,
it may not be what
it seems.
Might you learn new steps
to dance with life,
sometimes change is
what you need,
when old patterns appear,
do they not invite
a new way to explore,
to Be.
Ponder this throughout
your day,
scratch below the surface
here,
what is automatic
is ego’s rut,
rise above,
dance with life,

each breath you take,
the egoic mind wants to
jump ahead,
expectations,
dreams and wishes
take up all the space
in your head.
Return to your clear
Seat of Knowing,
release what you
think you need,
in This Present
does your heart now
beat out a rhythm
you can believe.
Return to This
place of comfort,
as life unfolds
each day my dear,
with Gratitude for what
your heart brings to you –
know Love is forever

You may feel there are
too few moments
when you sense Peace,
a place of rest,
but This exists within,
throughout you –
and Here
always
is Home.
It may be hard
to sense This comfort,
the human mind is
distracting, loud,
part the veil by
turning down
the noise –
and Here
always
is Home.
You need not travel
a great distance
thinking you are
not “good enough,”
you are precious,
perfect as your
natural state,
Here always Home.
Believe in You,
in your soul’s
knowing,
question belief systems
you build,
receive, embrace
This simple Truth –
Here You Are
always
at Home!

if a problem arises,
you will know what
to do,
you cannot control
all aspects of life,
but are you not supported
following Love’s cues?
Expectation may be
a slippery slope,
does it not place you
beyond This Now,
your Strength,
your power unfolds
as you allow with ease
the unfoldment of how.
Listen to Trust as
your co-pilot,
navigate each moment
without fear,
You have All you need
within
as the Whole of You
is centered,
able and clear!

vibrations,

rest assured.

As Love’s creation

Here You Are,

vibration,
it can be found in
Everything,
nature lives and breathes
this flow,
you sense this pulse
listening to the trees.
Love is a calling
you must answer,
which way to go
may not be clear,
take your direction
from your heart,
Be the inspiration
you wish to hear.
You are rooted in
Love’s foundation,
your branches soar
above the stars,
sense Love’s support
and comfort always,
cradled in the Womb
of Love You Are!

The Truth you seek
may be beyond belief,
but you are propelled
upon this path,
deep within you
is a knowing that
lies beyond
analysis or math.
You may wonder if
you have the tools,
what else to try to
get this problem solved,
You Are the answer,
your I Am presence
is You remembering
eternal Love.
Rejoice with signs that
ripple through the veil,
but You exist on
either side,
your soul is opening
you as human,
say yes to This and
