If you assume,
building a story,
you may close something
else off,
keep your heart and
your mind open,
do not believe all
of your thoughts.

Open to a greater 
perspective,
you may not know 
what might come next,
there is possibility
in I don’t know,
allow for what has 
not happened yet.

Faith and Trust 
are what is not
seen,
there is so much 
beyond your eyes,
take your focus off 
of your mind,
follow your heart
soaring through 
the skies.

Your soulful intuition,
is at Home in 
spaces of “what if,”
is Here not where 
the magic happens,
when you Trust,
blending with 
All of This!

let breath assure,
You Are always Here
with Love,

Yes life can be so 
conflicting,
causing angst about
what to do,
sense your center,
loved ones helping,
angels surround 
always,
This You.

Follow your breath 
to sense Love’s 
comfort,
You Are cradled 
always Here,
This is You,
infinite, eternal,
cherished and Loved
forever dear!

Beyond Resistance

Give your self 
what you need,
listen when you 
get upset,
use this to find 
where you resist,
be it from the past 
or not here yet.

Resistance is the 
friction that you 
wish was more
smooth,
but now that it 
has your attention,
is This not a path 
to You?

Dig in deeper to 
your resistance,
listen closely to 
what it says,
here is more fuel
that frees you 
from egoic thoughts 
going through your
head.

With Gratitude,
welcome this clearing
of clouds that once
obscured your view,
as the sun is always
shining,
your Peace,
your Light,
always comes through.

Listen to your thoughts,
but then send them 
on their way,
with clearer Vision,
a smoother path,
as your True Self,
now seize the day!

Reverse harsh judgments 
that can build up,
be aware of your 
critical eye,
your mind can be 
a whirlwind spinning,
give your self 
a break.

Reverse direction,
try this out,
when something 
comes up don’t 
push it down,
surround it all 
with Love and 
patience,
and give your self
a break.

Does This not create
your flow,
what you give 
you do receive,
your energy and 
clarity builds when
you give your self 
a break.

Hello to This Self 
that always is Here
when you step 
aside,
trust and believe 
This Love that flows,
experience the magic
you create!

in This Moment,

release the past
and future speculation – 
Be You,

Climb over walls 
of your own making,
This Moment is now’s
fresh new start,
you have all the tools
you need,
Be bold,
Be brave,

Yes, preferences 
may not happen,
but You as freedom 
release these needs,
your navigation skills
will serve you well
as you believe.

Your mind may wonder 
what to do,
give it a job so it can
help you,
task it with giving
support,
encouragement –
This Team is the 
Whole of You!

Loosening

with Love now,
where there is friction
is there not growth,
with open heart,
turn toward what 
stirs,
what wishes to be 
seen and heard.

This is how you 
can release,
lean into emotion 
that comes up,
core beliefs are 
built by what 
you thought would 
save you from what 
was rough.

Life is unexpected,
yes,
but You as Soul 
are powerful,
Be-ing clear allows 
your soul to bring to 
you what you need 
now.

Loosen thoughts that 
do not serve,
and with Love let them
pass through,
your heart swells 
with This new energy 
that flows,
aligned with You.

With no need to 
judge or fix,
friction is a small 
bump in the road,
with your beautiful 
open heart,
experience this adventure

make a change,
fear not your 
evolution,
Love has brought 
you here thus far,
you continue as 
Love’s creation.

Transformation may
bring growing pains,
use this as fuel 
to grow,
release what 
no longer serves
you,
so that you may 
return to flow.

Continue to trust,
getting out of the 
way,
tune in to help 
all around,
believe in Love,
its transformative pull
beckons you to receive

so much,
shine your Light,
believe in Love,
and as This Love,
may you trust.

Be an observer 
to see clearly,
extend your heart
freely and far,
Be compassion 
to lift another,
Be a Light of 
a thousand stars.

Be simple kindness,
begin with you,
and as this ripples 
within, without,
Love knows always 
what to do,
remember Love is 
what it’s All about!

in this soup of Love 
Eternal,
is not Everywhere 
your Home?

Relationships are 
intersections,
different paths that 
meet as One,
teacher, student,
All Are You,
learning and growing 
with Everyone.

Resist the urge to 
be in charge,
your steps are lighter 
when you let go,
may you travel your
path of life
with the Peace and Grace
