creating fuel,
may this passion 
ignite you,
allow the details 
to unfold,
momentum builds
as your will comes

This is a co-creative 
process,
the alignment of soul
and human merge,
set perfection to 
the side,
there will be moments 
when you are not sure.

Might you move forward
with less analysis,
trusting your gut with
what comes through,
follow the nudges and 
what feels powerful 
enough to express 
This You.

You may be out of 
your comfort zone,
but does not discomfort
indicate new growth,
co-create with trust 
and knowing,
Strength and Courage
are you and your Soul!

A Clean Slate

With a clean slate 
are there not
infinite possibilities 
for you,
this may at first 
feel overwhelming,
thinking there is 
so much to do.

But as you move 
away from doing,
blending with the 
Essence of your Truth,
might what you 
create reflect 
Love’s beauty
that is infinitely 
inside of You.

It matters not 
the final product,
but how might Joy
show up for you,
does it not bubble up 
when you have cleared
your slate –
open to something new.

There is wonder 
in possibility,
trust and be 
comfortable with 
I don’t know,
no-thing is blank 
as Love is present,
Be Love’s expression 
embracing your flow!

is already Here.

You Are spirit,
Here and now,
always, forever
This is You,
release what hides 
Truth from your 
sight –
let go to what 
is already Here.

Your natural state 
flies with the angels,
is not the veil part 
of your belief,
you need not travel
to Be this Knowing –
let go to what 
is already Here.

As you shed your 
stories that continue 
to keep you 
separate, dear,
You as soul,
as spirit eternal,
rises up joyfully
already Here.

In this state 
is there not 
Oneness,
you marvel at 
nature speaking 
to you,
sense This connection 
beyond all words,
this is your soul
saying I Am Here.

From This Knowing
may you see beyond 
what separates you 
from This,
with Love loosen 
gently, lovingly
to You as Love,
always Here!

Naturally

This Moment,
Here is All you 
need to know,
the linear world 
in time is choppy,
This Presence is filled
with Love’s expanded
flow.

Loosen your grip 
on what to do,
dance with love – 
let it take the lead,
Here is your center
where you move 
with wonder,
flowing with Peace,
effortlessly.

Trust this shift
do try it out,
This is your soul’s 
natural state,
human resistance,
expectation,
may obscure what 
flows in you, innate.

Life’s moments may 
tick by in time,
but You as timeless
can rise above,
as a powerful 
co-creator,
release to your 
natural state 
of Love!

If you assume,
building a story,
you may close something
else off,
keep your heart and
your mind open,
do not believe all
of your thoughts.

Open to a greater 
perspective,
you may not know 
what might come next,
there is possibility
in I don’t know,
allow for what has 
not happened yet.

Faith and Trust 
are what is not
seen,
there is so much 
beyond your eyes,
take your focus off 
of your mind,
follow your heart
soaring through 
the skies.

Your soulful intuition,
is at Home in 
spaces of “what if,”
is Here not where 
the magic happens,
when you Trust,
blending with 
All of This!

You Are always Here

conflicting,
causing angst about
what to do,
sense your center,
loved ones helping,
angels surround

This You.

Follow your breath 
to sense Love’s 
comfort,
You Are cradled 
always Here,
This is You,
infinite, eternal,
cherished and Loved

Beyond Resistance

Give your self 
what you need,
listen when you 
get upset,
use this to find 
where you resist,
be it from the past 
or not here yet.

Resistance is the 
friction that you 
wish was more
smooth,
but now that it 
has your attention,
is This not a path 
to You?

Dig in deeper to 
your resistance,
listen closely to 
what it says,
here is more fuel
that frees you 
from egoic thoughts 
going through your
head.

With Gratitude,
welcome this clearing
of clouds that once
obscured your view,
as the sun is always
shining,
your Peace,
your Light,
always comes through.

Listen to your thoughts,
but then send them 
on their way,
with clearer Vision,
a smoother path,
as your True Self,
now seize the day!

Reverse harsh judgments 
that can build up,
be aware of your 
critical eye,
your mind can be 
a whirlwind spinning,

Reverse direction,
try this out,
when something 
comes up don’t 
push it down,
surround it all 
with Love and 
patience,

a break.

Does This not create
your flow,
what you give 
you do receive,
your energy and 
clarity builds when

when you step 
aside,
trust and believe 
This Love that flows,
experience the magic

This Moment is now’s

you have all the tools

Yes, preferences 
may not happen,
but You as freedom 
release these needs,
your navigation skills
will serve you well
as you believe.

Your mind may wonder 
what to do,
give it a job so it can
help you,
task it with giving
support,
encouragement –
This Team is the 
Whole of You!

Smooth your edges 
with Love now,
where there is friction
is there not growth,
with open heart,
turn toward what 
stirs,
what wishes to be 
seen and heard.

This is how you 
can release,
lean into emotion 
that comes up,
core beliefs are 
built by what

was rough.

Life is unexpected,
yes,
but You as Soul 
are powerful,
Be-ing clear allows 
your soul to bring to 
you what you need 
now.

Loosen thoughts that 
do not serve,
and with Love let them
pass through,
your heart swells 
with This new energy 
that flows,
aligned with You.

With no need to 
judge or fix,
friction is a small 
bump in the road,
with your beautiful 
open heart,
