Take a break from 
past or future,
how much time do 
you spend there,
you create from 
this now moment,
breathe in Love’s 
infinite fresh air.

Clear the cobwebs 
of winter’s layers,
be inspired by 
lighter days,
You Are always this 
bright Light shining,
but in linear life,
sometimes you think
it fades.

Love sees You, 
strong and effervescent,
this is your most 
natural state,
and as human you are
ebb and flow,
ask what your body needs
to navigate.

Your own Light 
is the hope you 
seek,
might you see
your Self as We 
see You,
You Are eternal
spring-time blooming,
bask in the Light 
of This Magnificent
You!

A Loving Assist

Ask Love,
what is needed 
in this moment,
might you do this 
initially,
let your thinking mind
take a rest,
tap into what is 
flowing free.

This State of Be-ing
is quite different 
from the ego’s 
point of view,
do you not welcome
all possibility,
releasing what feels 
forced in you.

Within this freedom 
there is no judgement,
breathe easily as the 
day unfolds,
allow your Team of 
helpers to assist
as you welcome in 
Love’s flow.

This shift takes but 
a moment,
intention is you 
saying yes,
with no preconceived 
expectation,
might you be in wonder
at what happens next?

Yes in life there 
will be planning,
but you need not 
do this alone,
open Love’s door 
to see how all 
through time
is Love,
with You,
at Home!

Trusting

Trust in Love.

This is not a place 
to go to,
it is more a 
State of Mind,
in this allowance
and acceptance,
sense This Peace,
Trust in Love.

Be Here in this 
present moment,
you need do nothing 
but Be Love Here,
You Are this vibration
flowing,
say yes and forever
Trust in Love.

Release all outcomes,
let go of friction,
allow your breath
to show the way,
let nature show you 
growth and promise,
You Are This as you
Trust in Love.

You Are part of 
a Holy Present,
your Light shines,
forever guiding you,
walking with you,
Love is by your side,
Beloved are you,
Trusting in Love.

A Precious Present

Patience is the way 
of flower,
before each pedal 
gently unfolds,
do not roots spread 
out below it,
getting stronger, 
taking hold.

There is a rhythm 
to each season,
you need not speed 
transition up,
yes, the hope of what
lies before you,
may make you wish 
future hurries up.

Take a lesson from 
precious flower,
it is perfection from 
seed to bloom,
its journey is a cycle 
of growth,
each step as important 
as it is new.

Allow your journey 
to unfold,
you are perfection 
at every phase,
behold You in this 
precious present,
a creation of Love 
in every way!

A Peaceful Rest

Does not the body show
what it needs,
do you sometimes push
beyond this line,
your mind thinks 
it has control,
but is there not 
a wiser and knowing
Mind?

Might you check in 
with what feels right,
this is not a perception
of right or wrong,
but tune into where Love
is playing all the notes
you need to sing 
Love’s song.

Know when to push
and when to rest,
this ebb and flow 
is part of life,
there is less resistance
when you integrate
your body and mind 
with your soul’s Light.

Sense the sacredness 
in each moment,
pause now and then
to sense This Peace,
with Gratitude,
breathe in This Love,
ask what you need
and then receive.

Your body and mind 
will be grateful,
as you let go of 
control not real,
Love in its infinite
wisdom knows 
where to go and 
what to heal.

Rest and relax 
when this is 
needed,
Peace and ease will
let you know,
you need not struggle 
to walk through life,
surrender to Love 
and as This,
flow!

A Promise

Here You Are,
Love says,
knowing,
We Are never
far apart,
I Am Everywhere
that you are,
forever connected
at the heart.

I Am in the sunlight
rising,
greeting each new day
with you,
I am One with 
All of nature,
listen, look for what
Love sends you.

May Love soothe 
your human heart,
that journeys on 
its path of grief,
life may feel so different,
dear one,
but souls have promises
that We keep.

May We continue 
our great adventure,
together, always,
seeing All things new,
Love keeps its promise
of Eternity,
always in the heart
and soul of You!

Discovering Trust

As you trust Love,
trust in your soul,
are you not building 
trust in you?
Your ego mind 
may put up 
obstacles,
but is not the journey
discovering Trust
as you?

Trust is not fulfilling 
all expectations,
it is the flow 
that helps you to 
see,
You Are purpose 
and with Love,
are you not open 
to all possibility?

Trust is authentically 
Be-ing
in This Moment
as Love that is you,
be confident in 
This belief – 
Trust is knowing 
Love believes in 
you.

Your trust evolves 
in this human space,
but You as soul 
knows what is True,
accept, receive 
Love’s eternal promise – 
Behold, dear child,
All Love is You!

Your Knowing Heart

The thinking mind 
wants a connection,
that makes more sense
free of all doubt,
but with matters 
of the heart,
are there not connections
beyond what mind 
can figure out?

Much like learning 
a new language,
you search for meaning 
word for word,
but when you are able
to grasp the wholeness,
does not your heart know 
what it has heard?

Allow your soul to 
guide you gently,
your loved ones are 
part of this master plan,
new doors are opening 
up for you,
in ways you may not
know or understand.

You are a wholly 
sensory being,
always connected 
to your Source,
all those you miss 
on this physical plane,
walk with you always 
upon your course.

Yes, the heart may 
feel the burden,
of what you believe 
only with your eyes,
but allow belief 
in the Truth of Love,
to be felt by your heart,
beyond your thinking
mind.

Love exists,
Love is eternal,
the bonds you have 
always connect you,
let your heart open 
to This Truth,
always together
are your loved ones
and you!

Loved ones hold you
close and dear,
forever in their 
hearts,
Love eternal never 
fades,
even when physically
you are apart.

Yes, you miss the 
hugs and kisses,
the knowing smile,
the twinkling eyes,
but the very Essence
of those you Love
is forever vibrant 
and never dies.

Love ensures you 
are connected,
they too, Love this 
eternal bond,
do you not sense 
their loving presence,
or see the signs that
they are around.

Forever, always 
your hearts are 
connected,
know This Love 
expands in all ways,
your loved ones 
know This forever,
joined at the heart,
You Are, always!

This Sacred Body

Relax,
lean into where 
your body thinks
that it needs to
fight,
ego constantly is 
monitoring,
preparing always 
for fight or flight.

Does not your body 
then brace itself,
calling in other parts
to help,
send Love to All parts 
of the body,
changing its belief 
to All is Well.

Love fosters integration,
moving together as
One Whole,
there is no part 
that is separate,
unity is what Love
knows.

Relax,
lean into 
Love’s One Truth,
This is You,
complete and whole,
address the needs 
of this sacred body,
knowing always Here,
You Are Home!
