shoe to drop,
ego wants you
to stay alert,
to be prepared for
what may come up.

Your Team,
your angels
know you may
need a hand,
this experience in life
is not walked alone,
yes, ask for help,
but guidance is always
Here,
you live life’s experiences,
but you are always
Home.

Reframe, rethink –
what is This Peace,
is it not what you
already know,
This Peace that passes
all understanding,
is constant and Here
always in your soul!

A Love Story

See your past
as a Love story,
that leads to
this present you,
in this life you
unfold linearly,
but You Are always
wholly You.

May you with loving
eyes look back,
see with the perspective
of your soul,
in this real-time
present moment,
what might you
heal, transform,
let go?

You may be a product
of your story,
but as a creator
what say you
now,
with Love embrace
all of your parts,
to know the Wholeness
of You Now.

With compassion and
forgiveness,
past presents in a
new Light,
no-thing can ever
hold you back
from Be-ing your
Beautiful Light.

Faith accompanies you
on your journey,
Trust helps you to
see what’s next,
Grace reminds All Love
is You, dear,
Love walks as You
with every step!

Yes, there are times
you feel uncertain,
you dig your heels
into the ground,
if you cannot see
all of the outcomes,
you may wish to skip
what is coming around,
but does not Faith
arrive to lift you,
is there not Grace
beneath your wings,
has Love not brought
you Here,
so very capable
of amazing things?

Accept the next steps
that move you forward,
wherever that may be,
Love walks with you
every step,
Love is beckoning you
to believe,
with Faith come possibilities,
with Grace, do you not allow
yourself to Be
an instrument of Source,
playing your song
so joyfully?

Let Faith move you
ever forward,
and with Grace
may you humbly
receive,
is this not Love’s
perfect balance,
human and soul
together,
perfectly?

Let Faith give you
Strength,
let Grace allow
you to Be,
with Humility
may you surrender,
and with Love
set yourself free!

Everywhere

you need,
because –
You Are.

Time cannot
constrain
what is beyond
time,
and This,
my dear,
You Are.

Spaces are filled
in this time
and place,
All of That
and in between,
You Are.

You eat,
you work,
you breathe,
you play,
as human,
yes, this
You Are.

You know,
you trust,
you believe
in Love,
because This,
You as soul,
You Are.

Express
This You,
Your Eternal
spark,
lights the way,
Everywhere –
You Are!

A Beautiful Evolution

Be comfortable
with change,
are you not evolving
as we speak,
you may have rituals,
routine,
yes these can help
with basics that
you need.

But every breath
is a miracle,
every heart beat
is a new song,
you can’t help growing,
beautifully evolving,
does Joy not ask you
to come along?

Your human story
may at times
struggle,
but is this not
the friction that
you use,
to reshape, transform
and create
what turns out to
be a new you.

Break free from what
may be old thinking,
your brain loves to be
challenged too,
accept, allow,
This Peace that flows
throughout this
ever-changing you!

Flowing

you are flow.

Upon the earth
you may dig in
with heels so stuck
into the ground,
what do you resist
that calls your name –
Be flexible,
you are flow.

Starts and stops,
this ebb and flow
may lure you into
wondering why,
you need not know
all of the details –
Be flexible,
you are flow.

Be Love’s connection
in the mundane,
every experience
to Love is the same,
listen to Love’s whispers
that remind –
Be flexible,
you are flow.

Be as breeze dancing
with the trees,
flow gently as a
mountain stream,
each moment is Love’s
opportunity –
rejoicing,
Be-ing,
You as Flow.

A Path of Peace

You look for balance
on your path,
what voices should
I listen to?
Your intellect knows
all the details,
at times emotions get
the best of you.

Through the cloud cover
of life,
there is another Voice
my dear,
turn to your Light –
ever-shining,
always present to help,
making things clear.

Decisions can be
overwhelming,
when expectation
is attached,
might you sense your
path of Peace,
letting each step lead
you to the next.

Let go of the world
upon your shoulders,
trust in your Self
that is sure and clear,
Love is Here,
supportive, helping,
loved beyond measure
are you always, dear!

I See You

Do not dim your Light
dear precious one,
this is a season
to shine,
Light illuminates a
path to walk,
always shared by
fellow Lights.

When you shine
your Light,
do you not invite
your brothers and
sisters, too,
no one shines brighter
than the other –
All are luminous,
sparkling,
new.

See with your heart,
this keeper of Light,
follow its lead so
True,
share freely,
This Is the Universe,
All That Is
saying,
I see You!

you have never
left,
may your human
awareness
be more aware
of This.

Your soul,
your connection
contains all you need,
trust in This now,
You Are where
Love leads.

Experiences here
may be unique
to each,
but as One Mind,
does not Love
infinitely reach?

Look closely,
dive down
to the Essence
of Love,
it resides in Everything,
be it below
or above.

Reach out,
tune in,
to your Sacred Self,
Here in This Home,
your soul sings
All Is Well!

Are you not part of
something greater,
that your eyes
may not see,
yes, you play roles
in this life,
but you are woven
in Eternity.

There may be moments
you experience
that have you asking
the question why,
you may not know
the role you play
is a small slice
in a greater pie.

You need not take
responsibility
for all that happens
around you,
other life journeys
are unfolding –
you do the best that
you can do.

Trust spirit,
talking daily,
to your soul
who understands,
being human in
this life can feel
like a stranger
in a strange land.

Love and support
that is always Here
