A Beautiful Evolution

Be comfortable 
with change,
are you not evolving 
as we speak,
you may have rituals,
routine,
yes these can help 
with basics that 
you need.

But every breath 
is a miracle,
every heart beat 
is a new song,
you can’t help growing,
beautifully evolving,
does Joy not ask you
to come along?

Your human story
may at times 
struggle,
but is this not 
the friction that
you use,
to reshape, transform
and create
what turns out to 
be a new you.

Break free from what 
may be old thinking,
your brain loves to be
challenged too,
accept, allow,
This Peace that flows
throughout this
ever-changing you!
