Be Gratitude upon
this day,
sync with the earth
deep into the ground,
let possibility touch
the sky,
you are held close
by angelic arms.
The day unfolds with
each loving step,
you are this balance
between earth and sky,
with Faith you keep
on moving forward,
with Trust, Love is
the reason why.
With Gratitude in
every moment,
as Light that kisses
both sun and star,
may you dance as
Love’s sweet splendor,
rejoicing in the
Love You Are.

Where there is constriction
is there not fear,
what do you wish
to open wide,
release your foot
upon the brake,
stand in your Truth,
no need to hide.
It may take a
leap of faith,
to turn the spigot
from off to on,
is not This Flow
waiting for you,
with Joy,
Love says, “dear,
come along!”
You may have thought
you could not keep up,
or that you may
slip and fall,
it is all part of
finding your balance,
fine-tuning your vibration
to hear it all.
This Flow of Love
courses right through
you,
you need not do
a single thing,
accept, allow
this natural flow,
to open you up
to hear your soul
sing!

Patience is the way
of flower,
before each pedal
gently unfolds,
do not roots spread
out below it,
getting stronger,
taking hold.
There is a rhythm
to each season,
you need not speed
transition up,
yes, the hope of what
lies before you,
may make you wish
future hurries up.
Take a lesson from
precious flower,
it is perfection from
seed to bloom,
its journey is a cycle
of growth,
each step as important
as it is new.
Allow your journey
to unfold,
you are perfection
at every phase,
behold You in this
precious present,
a creation of Love
in every way!

All is energy around you,
yes you may feel
these subtle shifts,
know that Love is
your foundation,
steady, strong,
you are All of This.
Your footing may sometimes
feel unsteady,
but in remembering
do you not know,
you have the power
to shift to Peace,
with ease and Grace,
you are All of This.
Be aware of the gyrations
that your mind sometimes
puts you through,
beyond these thoughts
is Love reassuring,
Gratitude reminds,
you are All of This.
Let what is not You
to pass through you,
as you are perfectly
Love’s sweet wish,
welcome Peace in
your soul’s knowing,
All is Well,
as You Are
All of This.

I see you,
your soul says
to another,
and that instant
are you not aware
this is true,
it may be an unexplainable
connection,
maybe remembering
a forever pact
between you?
Trust the draw,
the connection
between you,
though in life
experiences may not
always make sense,
life is full of judgments
and expectations,
trust the bond that
cuts through walls
that may look dense.
Forever bonds do not
need this world
to hold them,
they are forged by Love
forever in this Truth,
in this life you may
re-meet and re-unite with,
forever Love that
is always connected
to You!

You are not an island of one
on your own,
you are surrounded by
an ocean of Love,
your mind thinks you
are separated,
with no way to swim
to get back home.
My dear you are
no different from
the ocean,
you are the drops
that fill it up,
This Love is You
beyond your body,
you already flow
as this Ocean of Love.
The stars in the sky
may in life look distant,
but is not This Light
shared eternally with you,
there may be rockets that
pierce the sky,
but does not All Light
shine forever through You?
This Love, your heart
is a Bridge of Forever,
you may perceive
a journey on your
way to know –
You Are Everything
on this path of awareness,
awaken and know
you are beloved
and Home!

The thinking mind
wants a connection,
that makes more sense
free of all doubt,
but with matters
of the heart,
are there not connections
beyond what mind
can figure out?
Much like learning
a new language,
you search for meaning
word for word,
but when you are able
to grasp the wholeness,
does not your heart know
what it has heard?
Allow your soul to
guide you gently,
your loved ones are
part of this master plan,
new doors are opening
up for you,
in ways you may not
know or understand.
You are a wholly
sensory being,
always connected
to your Source,
all those you miss
on this physical plane,
walk with you always
upon your course.
Yes, the heart may
feel the burden,
of what you believe
only with your eyes,
but allow belief
in the Truth of Love,
to be felt by your heart,
beyond your thinking
mind.
Love exists,
Love is eternal,
the bonds you have
always connect you,
let your heart open
to This Truth,
always together
are your loved ones
and you!

Look for Love.
Find Peace.
Your body is a barometer
of sorts,
your soul has an
amazing GPS,
in life sometimes
you lose your way,
look for Love,
find Peace.
You may blink for
an instant,
then see that fear
has a grip on you,
you have the power
to transform,
look for Love,
find Peace.
Where there is Love
is there not Light,
both work in tandem
to show you Truth,
swim in this mystical,
eternal stream,
Be as Love,
Here is Peace.
Embrace your body
it looks for comfort,
is there not comfort
when Love is Here,
Be You in sync with
your True Nature,
always Love,
Being Peace.
There is one question
to be answered,
ask, “where is Love?”
in any moment now,
is not your soul
aligned with This –
You Are Love,
welcome Peace.

You need not ask,
simply hand things over,
you need not work
so hard or fight,
you are this current
of Love that is You,
in linear terms –
through the day or night.
You need not wait
for Love’s sweet blessing,
you are blessed
eternally,
allow Love to smooth
out any friction,
let Love show the Peace
that is You,
internally.
Love need not ride
in upon a horse
to save you,
Love is the Strength
and Courage
of your soul,
as you release outcomes
and expectations,
may you move beyond
perceiving to what
you know.
Ask Love to walk with
you upon this journey,
though separateness
is only in your mind,
You always know the
way to your sweet Home,
with Wings of Love,

you can fly!

Your mind,
your surroundings,
may become cluttered,
yes, you may ask to
clear this, please,
but no matter what
form may hinder,
does not your soul
move about with
ease?
You may get mired
in the details,
yes, there are plans to
work out in life,
but you need not plan
out every moment,
might new possibilities
bring new Light?
You are co-creating
in each moment,
so do not set in stone
what “needs” to be,
might you walk with ease
into new surroundings,
you and your soul
together,
walking confidently.
Your human story
may seek an order,
but sometimes timing
is not in linear form,
trust in the still, small
voice within you,
your soul whispers
this Truth –
you are already Home!
