always more
to the story –

Even as you
finish a book –
is it not
part of
your consciousness –
always absorbing,
always learning –
turn the page.

Your notebooks
fill up
as you
write down your
thoughts and dreams,
as you put
words to your
feelings –
turn the page.

Virtual pages
on a screen –
helping you share,
helping to connect –
do you not
wish to know
where others
have walked
and what they
have experienced
and learned –
is there not
comfort in
the sharing –
turn the page.

Can you not
help but
move forward –
is there not
always another
book,
the next chapter
in your story,
is waiting patiently
for you,
do you not
wish to see
what happens next –
turn the page.

You may think
that you have
finished,
the page has come
to the end –
but as you know
there is no ending
to your
ever-lasting story –
does not the
Story of You,
that comes
from Love
never finish –
is there not
always another
page,
ready to be
filled with Love –
you look for it,
you create it,
always ready –
turn the page.

With Faith.
With Trust.
You will find
there is
Always Love
on every
beautiful
page of You.

The Story of You
tells the
Story of Love –
keep turning,
continue Be-ing –
Love.

Flow With Love

Go with the Flow.

Things come up.
Life happens.
Some thing unexpected,
some in a different way,
you cannot know
what will happen next –
what is the
best reaction?
Go with the Flow.

There may be friction
or a bumpy ride
when you try
too hard,
putting on the brakes,
or when you throw
out your arms,
wanting to stop,
you will keep
moving forward –
go with the Flow.

You can make
things hard,
or move through
with ease,
there are lessons
in every
path you take –
but do not
things fit together
and move
with Grace,
when you find
the sweet spot
and go with the Flow?

What is Flow?
Do you not
know it better
when you are
not in it –
it is human
to resist,
to fight,
to struggle –
with Faith
and Trust
can you embrace
where you are –
can you listen
to your soul –
and go with the Flow?

When things
come together,
when a puzzle
is complete,
when you see
the way to go
may not be
what you had planned,
when the next steps
appear,
when there is
help along
the way –
is Love not
always around
when you
go with the Flow?

You may not
be able to
see it,
but your heart
knows the way –
can you listen
to intuition
that speaks lovingly
to you,
whispering encouragement –
to go with the Flow.

It may feel like
letting go,
it may feel like
giving in –
it is not
giving up,
this surrender
to within –
You Are
the creator
of this Journey
that you find
yourself in –
with Love
enjoy the ride –
as you
go with the Flow.

The Flow Is Love.
The Flow Is You.
With Faith and Trust
may you know
ease and Grace.

Growth

Growth
is always happening,
though it may
be hard to see –
you may look
back,
to see the
changes,
to make sure
that you
have grown –
but we say,
enjoy the Journey,
whether it feels
slow,
or moves
so fast.

Does not the
development
of a butterfly,
happen in
the chrysalis,
in the quiet,
out of sight,
with no awareness
of what is
to come,
to the butterfly,
with its new birth,
it does not need
to know each change –
there is Faith
that change
will happen,
and Trust in
the process,
that growth
will come.

Is there not purpose,
to assimilation,
to letting all
you absorb
reach You –
through your body,
mind
and spirit,
there are many
aspects to You –
can you not
have growth
on many levels –
as you soak up
what is new?

As you emerge
from your
chrysalis –
and stretch
your wings
so you may fly –
you may not
remember,
where you came from,
but you know
where you are
now –
have not all
of your experiences
brought you
to this moment
now?

Be patient
in the growing,
in the changing
that takes place –
are you not
evolving
on this Journey,
as you find
your way
back to You –
are you not
evolving
to remember
what it is,
What You Are Now –
are you not
stripping away
the layers
to emerge
as You Are Love?

Begin.
Evolve.
Remember.
Love.
You Are That.
You Are Love.
Fly.

Allow With Love

In each moment,
can you accept
what is?
Might you
go with the flow
when you
allow with Love?

You have expectations,
outcomes to achieve –
might you
move easily,
with grace
and purpose –
when you
allow with Love?

Can you be
comfortable
not knowing
every step
you need
to take –
might the
perfect path
be shown
to you
when you
allow with Love?

Can you find
Trust in the
unknowingness,
is it not
an opportunity
to create –
you need
not have
all the answers –
when you
allow with Love.

Can you be
open to all
possibility –
that you might
not be able
yet to see,
is there not
space to let
the magic
fill in
when you
allow with Love?

Can you have
Faith in the
unfolding
of what might
happen next –
might there
be more doors
to open
when you
allow with Love?

You may have
specific intentions,
goals that you
wish to achieve –
might there
be possibilities
that you
do not know
that are waiting
for you,
as you walk
through a door
that opens up
as you
allow with Love?

Accept.
Allow.
Be in
the Flow
as Love
surrounds
You.

With Love,
always,
with Love.

Dwelling

As you dwell
in your house,
is it not
set up for comfort
with many things
you do not see –
are there not
pipes and lines
that run underground,
out of sight,
but essential
to daily living
in a house?

Do you not
take these for granted,
not thinking how
water comes out
of a faucet,
or electricity turns on
with the flip
of a switch,
so grateful
are you for
these comforts of home,
when you are
aware of how
amazing it all is.

Are there not
other things
out of sight,
out of mind,
that help you
dwell
in this space
you call earth?
Is there not
sun and rain
that help food
to grow,
to replenish,
so that you
may have food
to eat?

Does not the
wood from trees
provide materials
that you use
for shelter,
sometimes for heat,
are you not
sustained by
all that surrounds
you on this plane?

And we are bringing up
material things
that may be
out of sight
or further from
your mind,
it is easy
to take for granted
all that helps
you live here.

Is there not help
that you may not see,
do you not receive
gentle nudgings,
thoughts that
“come out of the blue”,
inspiration that
inspires you
to pursue
a different path –
are there not signs
and indications
that there is more
than meets the eye –
do you not
find your own
soul within You?

Are you not
connected
to much that
you cannot see –
but are you not
connected
to everything
that is Love?

Yes, you are always
connected to
loved ones
who may be here
or on the other side –
you have guides,
there are angels
who look out
on your behalf,
but are you
not also connected
to all that you see –
even if you
do not always know
what the connection is?

Can you step back
from the material,
the familial,
the usual ties –
if All Are Love
and You Are That –
are you not All
connected with Love?

This goes beyond
your nearest neighbor
on a street
you may share,
it is larger
than your city,
your state,
your country
or continent.
Yes, you are all
a part of earth –
but now go
further from even there –
is All not Love,
is Love not
what brings All
of You here?

As you look
at the bigger picture,
do you not see
how it all connects?
There is no-thing
that needs connecting –
you can not
be separate
from the Whole –
are you not
always cradled
in the arms
of Love?
And are you not
grateful
for the Love that is
always there?

Even when you
do not see it,
even when it is
hard to believe –
Love is Always
at your service,
running in the background
or up in front –
it is the Life Force
that brings you life
and stays with you
when you leave –
there is always Love,
You Are All of That –
You Are Always
connected with Love.

Dwell in the
Love That You Are.

What Would Love?

Each Journey is different,
every person is unique
in experiencing
how life
unfolds for you.
Is there not
learning in
your “story” –
do not opportunities
arise,
there are a
multitude
of choices
you may make. 

Do you not
keep looking
for the answers –
“should I do this?”
or “maybe do that?”
as you look
at what the
outcome
in your story
may be
once you choose
a path?

Is that not
why you agonize
on what decision
you may make –
do you not
feel the pressure
on which road
to now then take?

Can you look
at all the options
and reframe
the questions
that you ask –
it is not
which path
has the answers –
does it not
begin with you –
as you take
a step
can you then ask –
what would
Love have
you do?

Love does
not push
against
what comes up
for you
to think about –
Love looks
for other
like vibrations,
what will resonate
with Love –
can you not
find the flow
that Love
directs you to?
As you ask
your question –
what would
Love have
you do?

The answer
to your questions
are not at
the end
of a road.

The choices
are much easier
when you
make them
from your heart –
you need not
fight for the
answers,
they are waiting
there for you –
when you ask,
“what would
Love have
me do?”

This may feel
uncomfortable,
as you think
you have
been in charge,
but do decisions
not get made
based on only
what you know –
there is help
for you
as you experience
so many chances
for you to see,
as You Are Love –
what would
Love have
you do?

Every Journey is different,
every person is unique,
you all have
different experiences
to give you
the chance to
really see –
all that you seek
is the answer
to your question
if you ask,
what would
Love have
you do?

When you
know that
You Are Love,
there is no question –
there is
only Love.

You Are
the answer.
You Are Love.

Taking Steps

You see a flight
of stairs
and do you
not wonder
where they go?

Do stairs not lead you –
helping you get
from here to there,
do you not
often take a
series of steps
to incrementally
rise up to
where you wish
to go?

Do you not,
at times,
look up
from the bottom
of a staircase
and wonder how
you will get
to the top –
does it not
take effort
to climb
if you cannot
see where the
steps may end?

But does not
a child
look at steps
and try to
climb them –
as soon as
they can move
or crawl –
is there not
an innate desire
to explore
the steps
that lie before you?

And have you not
bounded up
the stairs
2 or 3 at a time –
when you could
not wait
to get where
you wanted to be?

Is it not about intention –
can you look up
from the bottom
of a staircase,
knowing that
each step you take
is the perfect one
at the perfect time –
do you not learn
with every step
you take –
can you not help
but take
the next step?

Of course,
you know
there are
many ways to
get to where you
think you should go –
are not steps or stairs
a perfect vehicle
until you learn
to leap
or even fly?

Take the next step.
Make the leap.
Test your wings.

When you
believe in You,
how can you
not already
be There?

Believe in You.
Let Love lift You
where you wish
to Be.
Be the Love
That You Are
in every step
that brings you
closer to You.

You Are Here.
You Are Love.
You Are Home.

Flowing

The path of
least resistance.

Is this not
where water flows?
When water falls
to pool,
to spread,
does it not
fill in
where there was
no water before,
moving around
almost through
what is in
its way –
does it now find
the tiniest of openings,
to slip through
on its way?

Does water not
change its shape
as it fills
the space
that it has found –
a glass of water,
a tub that is filled,
a narrow brook,
a lake so wide?

Does water not
seem most alive
when it is
flowing?
Does not water
standing still –
does it not
get stagnant
when it is not
in the flow?

Does water not
find a way
to maneuver around
whatever is
in its way?

Can you not learn
much about flow
from water
that follows a direction,
that fills or empties,
that changes course,
that moves through
obstacles,
that does not
hesitate,
when there is
an opening
to take?

And does not water
show its strength
when it is
in its flow –
cascading over
rocks so high –
does a waterfall
never cease
to be beautiful
and amazing?
Does a waterfall
not occur
when water follows
a path it has been shown,
is a waterfall
not a leap of faith
on the journey
of a drop of water?

When you are
in the flow,
do you find
no resistance,
are there turns
that appear,
that are so
obvious and wide –
is your path
no longer encumbered
with obstacles
in the way –
do you not
gather Strength
as momentum gathers,
pulling you
along with ease?

And it matters not
where you are going –
is not being
in the flow,
the greatest reward –
when you flow freely,
are you not like
the waterfall
in all of its
magnificence
and beauty?

Find your path
of least resistance –
this is where
the magic lies –
You Are every possibility
you can imagine –
be free to experience
what you wish
to explore.

Be in the flow
of your magnificent
Be-ing.
There are openings
around you
as you open
to You,
to Flow,
to believing
that You Are
magnificent,
beautiful
Love.

With Flow –
There Is Strength,
There is Joy,
All With Love.

Climbing

Sometimes the journey,
your experiences,
feels like you are
climbing up a mountain –
it feels steep
with many challenges –
you wonder what
step to take,
so you can keep
climbing
and not slip
on rough terrain –
you visualize yourself
on top of the mountain,
but do you not need to
keep climbing,
keep moving,
to make it to the top?

When you are
so close
to obstacles
that you face,
is it not sometimes
hard to see the way?
Can you give
yourself some distance,
stepping back
in your mind to view
yourself upon
the mountain,
might you see
another path,
another way
that makes your journey
a little easier
for you?

And as you are
climbing,
are there not
perfect spaces
for your hands
to take hold,
as you pull up –
do you not
find places
for your feet
stable enough
to push off –
is there not
a push and pull
that keeps you moving
to the top?

You can look
back to where
you started,
to get a sense
of how far
you have come,
but when climbing
up a mountain,
it can look far
up to the top –
might you stay
present with
where you are,
focusing on
each step you take –
having Faith
that there is learning
on this journey
that you face?

Might you feel
that there are others,
reaching out
to pull you up –
you have ropes
that help secure you,
making sure
you do not fall –
you have support
upon this Journey,
you need only
have to ask –
are there not others
who are climbing
the mountain
just like you?

There are many ways
up a mountain,
there are many experiences
you may choose to have,
there are obstacles
that appear before you,
making the path
sometimes hard to find –
but when you make it
to the top of the mountain,
is not the view
sometimes worth
the climb?
Do you not learn
something about
yourself on each
journey that
you make?

You meet yourself
upon the mountain,
you see yourself
with every step –
does not every journey
you embark upon
bring you
closer to You?

You are not
the destination,
you are already
Where You Are.
Each journey you travel
brings you one step
closer to you –
and Who Are You?

You Are
the top of the mountain.
You Are
the magnificent view.
You Are
each challenge that
helps you to see –
You Are
a part of Everything,
the All That Is
is experiencing
Life and Love
and That Is You.

Connected Still

How do you
connect with
friends, loved ones,
when they are not
by your side –
do you not
talk on the phone,
send messages
across the web,
even write
or send a card –
when you receive
a message
in various ways,
do you not
feel it in your heart –
are you not
connected still?

And as you
virtually connect
with others
using technology
that sends waves
to other spaces
where you are not,
are you not able
to send and receive
messages
that connect you
to them?

Are you not together
in a space,
sharing a frequency
that you cannot see –
but you feel
as connected,
almost as if
you are in
the same room?

Do you not use
the Frequency of Love
to stay connected
to the ones
you love,
that no longer
share your physical space
in this world?

And yes,
they make up memories
in your heart
and in your mind –
but even if you
no longer see them,
as they feel in a
different space –
does not the
Frequency of Love
that you share
always connect you –
do you not send
Messages of Love
from your heart
out to them?

Might you listen
with your heart,
believing they
are by your side –
are there not messages
that travel
back and forth
on the ever-connected
Web of Love?

You are always connected
to the ones you love –
there are Messages of Love
that are always there
for You –
they may be in
a different form,
needing an open
point of view,
but have you not
learned how to
navigate new
communications
in this world?

And as you resonate
with the Love
that flows through you –
might you already
have all you need
to receive these
Messages of Love –
as you tune in to
the Frequency of Love?

How do you connect
with loved ones
not by your side –
might you start
by knowing they
are right here with you?

Talk to your Loved Ones.
Believe that they
are here.
Know you are surrounded
with their Love
and All That Is.
Can you feel it
in your heart –
are you not
connected still?

Always Connected.
Always There.
Always Together.
Always Love.

Tune in and experience
the Frequency of Love.
