Feel earth below you,
reach for sky above,

Breathe in Strength,
exhale Gratitude,

Look at your hands –
what can you do today,
to touch Love as
you work or play,
is it All not One and
the same,
as you “do” with Love?
Feel with your heart –
what can you sense today
as all hearts beat
as One,
might you join in the
chorus of this song,
as you breathe with Love?
Gaze with your eyes –
and look around today,
there are miracles
that abound,
with Gratitude for bounty
surrounding,
is there not clear vision
with Love?
Bless your body –
that is a window to the
beauty of You,
sense the Magnificence
in it All,
You Are One
with Love.

Like winds of change
or jet-stream clearing,
do you not constantly
shift within,
it may be subtle,
or be life-changing,
does Love not nudge you
to begin again.
Do you not gain perspective,
clearing out what
no longer serves,
when in service to Love,
does not understanding
always return?
There is calm after
a storm,
there is Peace
when you go within,
when you surrender
with Love,
is that not when Joy
comes rushing in?
With Gratitude and
Humility,
does not your heart
gently show you how,
to dance, to sing
with Love,
Be this Love Song
that sings with you
now.
Be the Shift of Love,
let it be the wind
beneath your wings,
believe in your
Love Song,
you are every note
that Love so sweetly

You may experience
inner turmoil,
but does not that invite
you to find Peace,
discordant energy,
planet alignment,
may have you seeking
comfort and ease.
Have faith that you
always find your balance,
moving awareness
to Who You Are
and know that sometimes
there is clearing,
a chance to add Light
to what is in the dark.
Welcome all aspects
of you,
surrounding Love around
it all,
when you stir things up,
let the dust settle,
and take a new look
at you now.
Create anew,
keep moving forward,
nod at the past
with Gratitude,
Here You Are,
in the loving present,
You Are Peace
with Love shining
through you.

Be grateful
for every opportunity
that comes to you
so you may see,
when fear arises
do you not have tools
to move beyond it
fearlessly?
With Humility,
might you serve
beyond yourself
for the greater good,
with Joy do you not
realize,
the Love you give
is what you are
served?
There are cycles
that keep spiraling,
letting you experience
it all,
you can create a
different outcome
when you choose
a different route
to walk.
With Gratitude
in your heart,
embracing what shows
up for you each day,
Gratitude,
Humility and
Joy
will always show
you a loving way.
Have Faith that Love
is always with you,
with Grace
does not Love show
you the way,
you have all the answers
you are seeking,
you have all the Strength
within you always.

Rise up to any challenge,
is that not an opportunity
to grow,
when you are comfortable
do you not gravitate
to what you already know?
Think of the push and pull
of growth
as loving hands
reaching out to you,
will they not lift
you up
and help you see
another side of you?
Be willing to stretch yourself,
it may be a little,
it may be a lot,
but do you not often
surprise yourself –
it may not be as
hard as you thought.
And if you travel
in a direction,
that you wish to change
partway through,
you can alter your course
to realign with what
speaks to you.
With Gratitude and
Humility,
might you let a challenge
help you to see,
you are always creating
with Love that
lovingly pushes you
to Be Amazing!

Become reacquainted
with your heart.
If you have felt
the need to
block off,
wall in
or protect a battered
heart,
is not the heart
also where
your Strength
and Courage lives?
Does the heart
not symbolize duality,
the Balance of Life –
the very part of
you that may feel
vulnerable,
is this not where
your Strength
can arise?
Does not the greatest
Love or Joy
arise from taking
a chance,
does not a Leap of
Faith originate
from a loving moment,
it is your heart
that drives emotion
and emotion is the
bridge
to Who You Are –
Love and Joy,
Strength and Courage,
speak to you
from your heart.
Become reacquainted
with your heart,
give your mind
a rest,
listen to Who You Are,
let Joy and Love
come out to play,
let Gratitude show you
the way,
listen to,
lead with Love,
always,
with your beautiful
heart.

Be Joy.
You need not ask
permission,
as Joy bubbles up
inside,
you may be surprised
when it is present,
you may not understand
why,
Joy need not have
an invitation
or a reason
to come through,
but as you are
Love,
as you are Spirit,
is Joy not innately
a part of You?
Do not tie Joy
to any cause,
is it not as free
as a child is,
it may bubble up
as lighter,
or as a feeling of
ecstatic bliss,
it may be as simple
as delighting in hearing
a favorite song
or a perfect note,
does not seeing nature
in all its glory,
make your heart sing
with the Joy you know?
If it is hard to
grasp Joy,
ask Joy to show itself
to you,
let Gratitude pave
the way,
to make space,
to help remind you,
to know that
you are loved
and as a child
of All That Is Divine,
Joy has never
gone away,
when you seek
will you not find?
Be Love.
Be Gratitude.
Be Joy.
Be Peace.
All of This
is
Who You Are,
Be with Joy
as you let
yourself
Be.

When day begins
to fall asleep,
as you look out at
the darkening blue sky,
what are the spaces
between the branches
of budding trees,
is this not where
Gratitude lives?
As Spring wakes up
to put on its show,
with the waves of green
you have come to know
so well,
does the Universe
not feel so close,
so real,
is this not where
Gratitude lives?
A new day dawns,
a gift to All,
what will you see
between the spaces
of thought –
as you sense
all space is
filled with Love,
breathe in
where Gratitude lives!

When you have an
epiphany,
when you light up
with an “aha”,
is this not your
soul delighting
in this Dance of Love?
Might you let Love
be your dance partner,
as you glide
throughout this life,
yes, there are steps
that need more
practice,
but is not the point
simply to delight
in the movement,
in the creation,
as what is new
has been here
all along,
and when you wish
for a new experience,
might you play
a different song?
Be curious,
Be open,
to the next step
you may take,
yes, there are many
connections,
and new ones
that you make,
you are always
creating,
and sometimes
remembering,
what you already
know,
do not things
fall into place,
when you surrender
to Love’s Flow?
Connect the dots,
but do remember,
you are always
a part of Love’s web,
sometimes a direction
draws your attention,
but then something else
calls to you instead,
know Love exists
in All directions,
it is not always
where you go –
it is the Dance of Love
that matters,
does Love not lead you
to what You know?
Delight in Love’s Dance,
you are partners
for eternity,
with Joy
and Gratitude,
take Love’s hand,
let Love dance you
with Grace and
Ease.
