Being Joy

Be Joy.

You need not ask
permission,
as Joy bubbles up
inside,
you may be surprised
when it is present,
you may not understand
why,
Joy need not have
an invitation
or a reason
to come through,
but as you are
Love,
as you are Spirit,
is Joy not innately
a part of You?

Do not tie Joy
to any cause,
is it not as free
as a child is,
it may bubble up
as lighter,
or as a feeling of
ecstatic bliss,
it may be as simple
as delighting in hearing
a favorite song
or a perfect note,
does not seeing nature
in all its glory,
make your heart sing
with the Joy you know?

If it is hard to
grasp Joy,
ask Joy to show itself
to you,
let Gratitude pave
the way,
to make space,
to help remind you,
to know that
you are loved
and as a child
of All That Is Divine,
Joy has never
gone away,
when you seek
will you not find?

Be Love.
Be Gratitude.
Be Joy.
Be Peace.
All of This
is
Who You Are,
Be with Joy
as you let
yourself
Be.

Where Gratitude Lives

When day begins
to fall asleep,
as you look out at
the darkening blue sky,
what are the spaces
between the branches
of budding trees,
is this not where
Gratitude lives?

As Spring wakes up
to put on its show,
with the waves of green
you have come to know
so well,
does the Universe
not feel so close,
so real,
is this not where
Gratitude lives?

A new day dawns,
a gift to All,
what will you see
between the spaces
of thought –
as you sense
all space is
filled with Love,
breathe in
where Gratitude lives!

When you have an
epiphany,
when you light up
with an “aha”,
is this not your
soul delighting
in this Dance of Love?

Might you let Love
be your dance partner,
as you glide
throughout this life,
yes, there are steps
that need more
practice,
but is not the point
simply to delight
in the movement,
in the creation,
as what is new
has been here
all along,
and when you wish
for a new experience,
might you play
a different song?

Be curious,
Be open,
to the next step
you may take,
yes, there are many
connections,
and new ones
that you make,
you are always
creating,
and sometimes
remembering,
what you already
know,
do not things
fall into place,
when you surrender
to Love’s Flow?

Connect the dots,
but do remember,
you are always
a part of Love’s web,
sometimes a direction
draws your attention,
but then something else
calls to you instead,
know Love exists
in All directions,
it is not always
where you go –
it is the Dance of Love
that matters,
does Love not lead you
to what You know?

Delight in Love’s Dance,
you are partners
for eternity,
with Joy
and Gratitude,
take Love’s hand,
let Love dance you
with Grace and
Ease.

Be Trust.
Be Home,
where you
always belong.

Be You.
Be amazing.
Be All
That You Are.

Be Joy.
Be Peace.
Be the Light
from all the stars.

Be Love,
Dear One,
and in this
Knowing,
may you see. . .

Love Is
Who You Are.
With Gratitude,
simply Be.

What a gift,
is it not time,
now that you see
what is in your mind,
human patterns
you have come to
know,
are they not
opportunities
for your soul
to grow,
no need to fight,
simply understand,
have they not been
part of your
soul’s plan?

With Strength and
Courage
plus Humility,
do you not experience
growth,
for You and All
to see,
when you surrender
to All That Is
Love,
is there not Peace,
that you have been
dreaming of,
when you wake up
from this patterned
dream,
do you not see
Love
is the Source of
Everything?

And the miracle
that you hope
to find,
has it not been
within You,
all of this time –
ask for help,
support,
guidance on where
to turn –
angels,
guides,
Divine Source
is always with you
as you learn,
to go within
when you feel
without,
you are cradled
in the Arms of Love,
in All moments,
Now.

With Gratitude,
accept all of
your gifts,
let Love lead,
let Love guide,
You Are All
of This.

Highest Answer,
rise to the top,
your mind may
tamp down this
vibration,
with the stories
that do not stop,
but your heart
knows the answer,
when the outcomes
you let go,
let your heart
answer the questions,
let Love Be
what you know.

Might you let the
Highest Answer
come before the
question is asked,
let Love be your
Highest Understanding,
of present moments
or moments past,
might you welcome
Peace,
tuning into the
Highest Aspect
of You,
let Love rise to the
top,
Love will show you
what to do.

Might you Be the
Highest Vibration,
sensing the Light
of Love inside,
know that Love
is the answer,
in Gratitude,
let Love rise.

Awareness

You may think
Awareness
is multi-layered,
are there not
many layers
to you?
Yet always at
your core,
You Are
Awareness,
is this not
your true
State of Be-ing
through and
through?

With thought,
intention
and prayerfulness,
when You Are One
with the Truth
of All of This,
do you not feel
the embrace
of Love,
when you know
that You Are
Awareness?

In this State
there is no
separation,
you need not
work at all
to be Here –
with Joy,
feeling Peace,
is it not relieving,
to Be at Home
with yourself
and Loved so
dear?

This Place of Love
is not a destination,
might Awareness
remind you,
what you know –
with Gratitude
might you Trust
in You,
dear one,
You Are Awareness,
You Are Love
and You Are Loved, so!

The still,
small voice
within you,
is with you
even when
you may not
hear,
might you quiet
the distractions
that may be
louder
to your ears,
but your soul
is with you
always,
patiently communicating
with you,
might you tune in
to your soul
to sense,
to feel,
rather than
do?

Serving spirit,
serving Love,
is this not also
serving You –
you are spirit
within your
body,
though as human
there is much
to do,
with Gratitude
might you connect
with your heart
that beats as
Love,
and with Humility
might you realize,
You Are an expression
of Divine Love.

That still,
small voice
within you,
why not
turn it up
to see,
what adventures
might await you,
it is This Love
that sets you
free.

Living your story,
you may have built
walls to keep
you safe,
but are you not seeking,
finding ways,
to let Love in?

When you shed
protective layers,
is it not Love
then that you see,
looking back at you
in the mirror,
is not Love
in thee?

And when you rise
above your story,
catching glimpses
from your soul,
in an instant
you are not separate,
do you not feel
complete and
Whole?

With Gratitude in
your heart,
and a touch of
Grace
to remind you,
You Are Strength,
You Are Courage,
All of Love
resides in You.
