focus on Love.

When complications
have your head spinning,
when there is change
in the air,
when you wish for
simplicity –
focus on Love.

You may think
Love is elusive,
but it never hides
when you call its
name,
it is as close
as your next
breath –
when you focus
on Love.

You may wonder
how to garner,
the energy that
has brought you
Here,
with every beat
of your heart,
might you
focus on Love.

Keep it simple,
slow it down,
to what is always
near
and all around,
do you not honor
You –
when you focus
on Love?

And with every breath
you take,
a prayer of Gratitude
you may make,
are you not grateful
upon this day,
let your focus
Be Love.

Mine the gold
of Gratitude –
does it not sparkle,
does it not shine,
might you find it
at any time,
in any person,
place or
thing,
does Gratitude
not make everything
sing,
might you reset,
recalibrate you,
when you discover
Gratitude?

When you let Gratitude
lead the way,
might it not chase
negativity away,
and with your instrument
in tune,
might the notes
of Love
now fill a room,
let Gratitude and Love
cleanse and clear,
so you may find
harmony
with whomever
is near?

There is magic
with Gratitude,
does it not
feel sublime
when Love
fills you,
no matter where
you roam,
Gratitude and Love
will bring you
Home –
follow the sparkle
and the shine,
to the Love
in You,
for You Are Love,
Divine.

With eyes of Love
do you not see,
listen with your
heart,
do you not hear,
and with All
of your Be-ing,
might you sense
what is in the air?

Love is gracious,
Love is kind,
Love connects All
beyond space and
time,
let your heart,
with Love,
gently remind –
Be Love
and
Know Peace.

You Are precious,
You Are treasured,
You Are Loved
beyond any measure,
soak it up,
receiving Love
with Gratitude –
Be Love
and
Know Peace.

Believing Joy

Believe in Joy.

Does not a child
in any moment,
find where Joy
loves to play?
Is there not,
within You,
a loving Force
that finds a way,
to let Joy bubble
up to see,
what might delight you
or laugh uproariously –
can you give in
to your true Essence,
and let Joy
come out to
play?

It need not be
from your surroundings,
it may make no
sense
to your adult mind,
but what tickles
your fancy,
what makes you laugh
every time,
Joy may be an
appreciative gesture,
a perfect cup
of your favorite tea,
is it not when your
heart
is full of wonder –
that you allow Joy
with you to Be?

Believe in Joy,
even on days
when it is hard
to sense,
be open to the
potential
that Joy is with you
in any moment,
and when your heart
is full
as the moon that
shines above,
with Gratitude,
invite Joy to play,
with delight
and wonder,
Joy is Love.

A Chapter of Love

Might you be
grateful
for your story,
for every chapter
that it brings,
at times a page
turner,
sometimes you could
do without
some things,
and though you need
not always know why,
or would prefer
a different plot,
does not your story
bring you to Love,
that finds a way,
no matter what?

It may be an
instant or
way of life,
it matters not
how Love is
found,
does your heart
not celebrate,
whenever Love
is all around?

There need be no
thought
of what is right,
your heart knows
exactly what to
do –
the more you trust
your heart,
will it not lovingly
guide and direct
you?

Build your awareness
of another way,
when your mind
tells you how
the story should read –
let your heart
bring Love to
life,
the purpose
of Life,
is for Love
to Be.

A Touch of Grace

You Are
where You Are
here,
are not sometimes
the greatest gains
made when you,
the human,
are not aware?

With Grace,
may you,
and with Gratitude,
Be the Love
That You Are,
and when you look
back,
can you not see
that on your journey,
you have traveled
far?

Continue giving
and yes,
receiving,
setting coordinates
to Be in Love’s
Flow,
do not use markers,
that look at outcomes,
be your guide
as to where to go –
ask what feels loving,
what feels right,
in any moment –
Love lets you know.

Be patient.
Be present.
You Are perfect
Where You Are.
With Gratitude
and a touch of Grace,
might you believe
that Love Is You.

take on the day,
is not the Light
of Love
brightly illuminating
the way?
Are not Strength and
Courage
your loyal
teammates
whenever you need,
support,
a push,
or nudge,
to jump in
and do Love’s work?

When you let go,
when Joy is called
to come forth,
does not work
turn into play,
when you tune in
to your heart?

Do you not feel
the energy shift,
when you resonate
with the Authentic You –
do not Love,
Strength and Courage
and Joy,
pave the way
for Peace to ensue?

When you invite Humility
to help you see clearly,
and when Gratitude
fills your heart,
do not All
Essences of You,
accompany you
on anything
you wish to start,
tap into your
Magnificence,
it is truly
Who You Are –
dive in,
take on the day.
Shine brightly You,
O shining star!

the moon above,

filled with Gratitude,
yes, counting blessings
may help get
you there,
yet Gratitude
need not a
number be,
are you not Gratitude
any day of

Be-ing thankful
for the Love
that You Are

May your full heart
shine as brightly
as the moon,
might you extend
Light
as you enter
any room,
let the rays of Love
melt through differences
you may have,
might you make
the main course
of any day,
one made with Love?

With a heart
full of Love,
might you share
the Love
that fills the air,
breathe in Gratitude,
it is Who You Are,
exhale Love so it
may reach the
farthest star –
You All Are Love
Everywhere
and in-between,
let Gratitude
and Love
help you to see
and to Believe.

To get back to the heart
of any matter,
might you travel
with Gratitude,
is this not the perfect
travel companion,
one that will listen
and balance you.

When you wish to
return to You,
ready to surrender
to your loving Truth,
might you remember
You Are Love,
when you make room
for loving
Gratitude.

Being grateful is
a beginning,
a way to shift
your focus some,
counting your blessings
can lift you up,
as you look for the
good that your way
has come,
but can you expand
your Gratitude,
to include what you
may not wish to be,
to then realize
that Gratitude,
is a state of Be-ing
through Eternity?

Look through the eyes
of your Pure Be-ing,
there is Gratitude
everywhere you turn,
it is not something
you need to summon,
it resides in your heart,
something you need not
learn,
bring Gratitude into
focus,
remembering this
in your human form,
you will be Gratitude
Everafter
and you were Gratitude
before you were born.

Let Gratitude
tune you into Love,
Let Love turn up
Gratitude within.
Be Gratitude
in any moment,
Love always travels
where Gratitude
has been.

With Grace and Ease

Ease into what
flows,
what invites,
what you move
with,
try on some
different things,
when you see
from a different
perspective,
might you see
what makes your
soul sing?

Change it up,
change your routine,
change your mind –
let your soul,
show you the direction
to go,
try not to label
good or bad,
simply adjust
to what feels best,
acting upon what
your still, small voice
says.

Do not think of
obstacles
as road blocks,
might they show you
there is another
way around,
and upon this way,
might you then see
something new
to set you free,
a new perspective,
a new way
for you to Be?

There is Grace
even when you
have fallen,
there is ease,
when you find
your way back up,
your soul knows
your Divine Plan,
so simply Be You
again and again,
loving each moment
with Humility
and Gratitude.

With Grace and Ease,
then Strength and Courage
when those you need,
know throughout it all –
There Is Love.
