New Beginnings

I have an early commitment, so here is a message from March 2016.

Rebirth.
New beginnings.
Awakening.

The sun rises over the horizon.
You see it for the first time,
everyday.

Is not each and every day a new beginning?
What is a new beginning, but a concept of time?
For there is no beginning as there is no end.
There is Now.
You Are Now.

Think of the joy you feel when you see something new.
Amazing.
Magical.
These are the words you use.
You think, “this has not happened before;
it must be special and different!”

And yet, if your eyes saw everything
as for your “first time” –
would it not have that special, magical feel?
Is that not the feeling of Joy?

You feel the amazement and joy at the birth of a child.
“A new beginning,” you think,
and you let that “first beginning” slip away;
looking to other “first time” events.

We remind you that Now is a “new beginning.”
This moment of You is filled with joy and magic.
This remembrance of You –
is cause for celebration.

Yes, delight in the sunrise of each day,
Mark your joyous occasions,
Embrace your “new beginnings.”

Remember the beginning of You
is each and every moment.
You awaken each moment,
the wonder of You,
the Love that is You,
The Love that You Are.

Birth – Rebirth
Love – Joy.
You Are That.
And that is All That Is.

Celebrate That.

Does not a bird
use its wings
to experience air
so it may fly
from here to there –
have you not seen
a hawk suspended
as if held by a cord,
so perfectly does hawk
feel the current
it cannot see,
does it not look
like magic
when birds defy
gravity?

This unseen air you breathe,
is all around you –
you know it’s there,
you may feel it
as a breeze
when it rustles
through your hair,
you do not think
much about it,
you cannot see it
that is true,
but here on earth
are you not grateful
for the air
that surrounds you?

Are you not surrounded
by forces
that you do not see
and may not know,
yes, science helps to
explain
what cause this
or makes that so,
but is there not wonder
when you are in nature,
when forces come together
and co-exist –
like a hawk soaring
on air,
or the sound of a warming
breeze
that rustles through
the leaves?

In this wonder,
in this awe,
does your heart not
stir with Love,
you need not have
all of the answers,
you need not see
all that you know –
do you not know
in your heart,
that you are supported
by All That Is,
much like the birds,
the majestic hawk,
held up by what
you cannot see?

Open your heart,
feel the Gratitude,
for the wonders
big or small,
are you not a Miracle
of Nature,
by the very air you
breathe –
as Love is Who You Are,
are you not surrounded
by Love,
do you not sense when
Love expands,
when you feel the
rustle of Love?

With Gratitude,
with wonder,
feel and Be
the Presence of Love.
Always present.
Always surrounded.
You Are always,
always Love.

An Intention of Love

Why, as human,
do predictions
you make?
Does this not lead
to energy going
to what you expect,
what you want
or don’t want,
visualizing an outcome
wrapped in a story,
based upon thoughts
that speculate
so very well?

Might you ponder
intention
versus prediction –
with intention,
can you build it
with the energy
of your Essences,
is not intention
open to what
possibility may bring,
does not intention
feel lighter,
infused with the
Energy of Love?

With prediction,
do you not wish
to put an “ending”
on a story,
you write the script,
you play the part,
the curtain falls on
a scene,
but does not intention
let you explore,
let you experience,
even ad lib,
does not intention
open doors
that you have not
yet seen?

Are not predictions
based on what
you think you might know,
does not intention
flow with the energy
that you already Are –
yes, Joy and Strength,
with Gratitude,
will always help
set an intention,
when your intention
is to Be
and to experience Love.

Let go of any “endings”,
with Love there is
no end.
With Humility,
can you be
the brightest Light
you can shine?
With a heart
that is open,
what might you expect –
might it be
that your intention
is to always
Be Love?

You Are Love
and so very Loved.
Set your intention
and share your Love.

Live Life Now

cross light in the darkness in your hands

Live life now.

In between the thoughts
and stories
that paint so many
different scenarios
and color what you perceive,
is there not life happening
right at this moment –
can you meet life,
can you Be present,
can you live life
now?

You may not be aware
how often you time travel,
a few moments,
hours,
days,
do you not skip
to the future,
anticipating what will happen
next,
instead of being with You
right now,
do you not replay
what just transpired,
or what happened long ago,
are you not a product
of your memories,
but are You not Here
right now –
live life
now.

Would not your ego
miss the drama
of what it has created
for you,
would you find yourself
filling time,
as that is what you
are accustomed to,
can you see yourself
on a timeline
and be grateful
You Are Here –
does not every minute
feel precious,
when you
live life
now?

Yes there are events
that need thought
and planning,
but does not your mind
add so much more –
can you strip away
the comparisons,
judgements,
the “shoulds” that hide
behind closed doors,
will you not have
so much more energy,
clarity,
and room to
shine your Light,
when you clear out
thoughts that clutter,
when you
live life
now?

Do not fear losing
anything precious,
are you not making room
for Who You Are?
Clear out the cobwebs
of your mind
and look for You
in all you do.
Keep it simple,
keep it flowing,
as you marvel
at every move –
is there not more room
for Life
as You Are Love
right now?

Live Life.
Love Life
by loving you, too.
Right Here.
Right Now.
Love Is Here –
always with You.

Building With Love

Do not building blocks
help you to climb,
help you to see,
what you may not
have been able
to perceive
from where you were?

Is it not in
experience
that you shift
and grow,
are you not
at times like
a ball of dough –
might you knead this
in order to create that,
is not the push
and pull
of life’s experience
often the catalyst
that lets you know
where you can welcome
in more Light,
so you can better see?

Can you step upon
each building block
that is made of Love
to lift you up,
it may be hard not
to bring expectation in,
but can you have Faith
in the Process of Love,
that helps peel off
what may cover up
the expression of Love
That You Are –
are you not shaping,
are you not creating,
so that your human side
can see the magnificence
of Who You Are?

Feel the Gratitude
for every experience,
each one a building block
for you to climb,
you are your own
mountain
in this Journey of Life –
you can sit at the top
or you can experience
the hike,
no matter what route
you take,
you are already there –
a magnificent
Expression of Love.

With Faith

In the still
of a cold, dark
winter,
do you not have Faith
that there is
more light –
seeping in,
ever slowly,
but each day
the sun always rises
again,
and underneath
the snow,
under frozen ground,
does not growth await,
for the warmth,
for the Light,
when the timing
is right?

With Faith
does not come
patience,
with Gratitude
do you not applaud
each step?
There is no need
to hurry,
can you accept
what flows
with Love –
keep your face
towards the Light,
focus your heart
on this Path of Love,
let the Light
keep Hope burning,
as you follow
what you dream of.

You can follow
nature’s lead,
and Be each season
that unfolds,
adapting to your
surroundings,
but with a purpose
through all time –
are you not the Light
of the moon,
the stars,
the Light and warmth
of the sun,
as each new day
is dawning,
do you not create
with Light and Love?

Let Love shine its Light
on you,
let Love keep you
going strong,
even when it is dark,
the glow of light
will help you along,
with Faith during a cold, dark winter,
do you not know
that spring will come –
Trust that with
Light and Love,
you will always
find your way
to where you belong?

With Faith
there is Hope.
With Trust,
there is Love.
You Are Light.
You Are Love.
Shine your Light
and have Faith
in You.

A Grateful Heart

A grateful heart
can open doors,
dissolving walls
built of fear
and doubt,
does Gratitude
not usher in
the Breath of Love
that opens hearts?

When you feel small,
wishing to run and hide,
do you not feel Strength
when Gratitude is
by your side,
is not a grateful heart
the key to open
what is closed,
do you not receive Love
with a vulnerable heart –
can you have Faith
to open
and trust that
Love Is Here,
is there not always Love
in a grateful heart?

You have layers of protection,
but do these not melt
when You Are Love,
you use your Strength
to push away,
can you Be Courage
and let Love in,
when you untangle
to your core,
to see the magnificent Love
That You Are –
are You not revealed
when you look
with a grateful heart?

Open to the limitless
possibilities of You.
Your heart is the bridge,
you can hide
or cross anew.
You Are Strength,
You Are Courage,
with Love –
what can you not do?
Welcome in the Magic
with your loving,
grateful heart.

Be here.

In the quiet,
in the noise,
Be the Love.
Be the Light.
Be grateful
for what comes today,
be it a single smile,
or the gift of
a magical day,
what brings Magic
to any moment
in so many ways –
is it not
when You Are Here
with Love?

Be here.
Be Love.
Be with You
as daylight dawns,
be a listening ear
to one who needs
to be heard,
be one who sees
the Love,
the magic
in the eyes of everyone,
can you see You
looking back at you,
when You Are Here
with Love?

Be here.
Is there not Love
anywhere you go,
when you look
with the Eyes of Love,
are you not shown
that Love Is Love
in all shapes
and forms –
it is the glow of
the stars,
it is the Light
of day,
it is what radiates
from you
in a magical way,
when You Are Here
with Love.

Be here.
Be You.
You Are Here
with Love.
In the quiet.
In the noise.
Be Light.
Be Love.

Witness Love

Observe.
Notice.
Look around.

Do you not have
many perspectives
that you can take
as you witness life,
as you relate to
what particular role
you focus on
at any time?

As you are a
sister,
brother,
parent,
child,
partner,
spouse,
friend –
do you still
not see all
of these roles
from the perspective
of You?

And as birthdays
come and go
no matter how
you perceive age,
are you still not You
at your core,
complete and Whole,
when you remember
that Peace and Love
are always within
the heart of You?

And as you experience
these many roles,
as you multi-task
throughout your life,
are you not also
multi-dimensional
in your Be-ing –
as you are human,
but eternally a soul,
can you shift your perspective
to help you perceive,
observe,
notice,
look around
from the perspective of You –
who is the Essence of Love,
when you wish to
know Gratitude
and experience Peace?

When what is external
is not in your control,
when you ask yourself,
“what can I do?”,
can you move into
your heart,
are You not always There –
does not the question become,
“what can I Be?” –
and is not the answer,
always Love?

Observe.
Notice.
Look around.
Can you witness from
the perspective of Love?
May Love bring into focus
what you already Know –
that You Are Love.

Circle of Love

Form a circle.
Gather ’round.
Who do you see
in your Circle of Love?
They may be near
or far away –
across the miles,
or Loved Ones
that you will see
one day,
but are All
not here,
circling around
your grateful heart,
for does not your
Circle of Love
surround you, too?

Place settings may change,
friends come and go,
traditions may stay,
some are memories past,
you may wonder at times,
“Where am I to sit?”
There is always a place
in the Circle of Love.

Form a circle.
Gather ’round.
Is it not your heart
that forms
the Circle of Love?
Do you not begin
with Love,
letting your heart expand,
who can you surround
with your Circle of Love –
you need not physically
be at the table
or feast,
to partake in the bounty
of a Circle of Love.

Form a circle,
now let it expand,
yes, you make room
in your Circle of Love –
there is always a place
for you to Be,
join hearts,
feel the Love
that surrounds you now –
come sit at the table
of the Circle of Love.

Form a circle.
Gather ’round.
Hearts connecting
in Gratitude,
always connected
with Love.
