Building With Love

Do not building blocks
help you to climb,
help you to see,
what you may not
have been able
to perceive
from where you were?

Is it not in
experience
that you shift
and grow,
are you not
at times like
a ball of dough –
might you knead this
in order to create that,
is not the push
and pull
of life’s experience
often the catalyst
that lets you know
where you can welcome
in more Light,
so you can better see?

Can you step upon
each building block
that is made of Love
to lift you up,
it may be hard not
to bring expectation in,
but can you have Faith
in the Process of Love,
that helps peel off
what may cover up
the expression of Love
That You Are –
are you not shaping,
are you not creating,
so that your human side
can see the magnificence
of Who You Are?

Feel the Gratitude
for every experience,
each one a building block
for you to climb,
you are your own
mountain
in this Journey of Life –
you can sit at the top
or you can experience
the hike,
no matter what route
you take,
you are already there –
a magnificent
Expression of Love.

With Faith

In the still
of a cold, dark
winter,
do you not have Faith
that there is
more light –
seeping in,
ever slowly,
but each day
the sun always rises
again,
and underneath
the snow,
under frozen ground,
does not growth await,
for the warmth,
for the Light,
when the timing
is right?

With Faith
does not come
patience,
with Gratitude
do you not applaud
each step?
There is no need
to hurry,
can you accept
what flows
with Love –
keep your face
towards the Light,
focus your heart
on this Path of Love,
let the Light
keep Hope burning,
as you follow
what you dream of.

You can follow
nature’s lead,
and Be each season
that unfolds,
adapting to your
surroundings,
but with a purpose
through all time –
are you not the Light
of the moon,
the stars,
the Light and warmth
of the sun,
as each new day
is dawning,
do you not create
with Light and Love?

Let Love shine its Light
on you,
let Love keep you
going strong,
even when it is dark,
the glow of light
will help you along,
with Faith during a cold, dark winter,
do you not know
that spring will come –
Trust that with
Light and Love,
you will always
find your way
to where you belong?

With Faith
there is Hope.
With Trust,
there is Love.
You Are Light.
You Are Love.
Shine your Light
and have Faith
in You.

A grateful heart
can open doors,
dissolving walls
built of fear
and doubt,
does Gratitude
not usher in
the Breath of Love
that opens hearts?

When you feel small,
wishing to run and hide,
do you not feel Strength
when Gratitude is
by your side,
is not a grateful heart
the key to open
what is closed,
do you not receive Love
with a vulnerable heart –
can you have Faith
to open
and trust that
Love Is Here,
is there not always Love
in a grateful heart?

You have layers of protection,
but do these not melt
when You Are Love,
you use your Strength
to push away,
can you Be Courage
and let Love in,
when you untangle
to your core,
to see the magnificent Love
That You Are –
are You not revealed
when you look
with a grateful heart?

Open to the limitless
possibilities of You.
Your heart is the bridge,
you can hide
or cross anew.
You Are Strength,
You Are Courage,
with Love –
what can you not do?
Welcome in the Magic
with your loving,
grateful heart.

In the quiet,
in the noise,
Be the Love.
Be the Light.
Be grateful
for what comes today,
be it a single smile,
or the gift of
a magical day,
what brings Magic
to any moment
in so many ways –
is it not
when You Are Here

as daylight dawns,
be a listening ear
to one who needs
to be heard,

the Love,
the magic

can you see You
looking back at you,
when You Are Here

Is there not Love
anywhere you go,
when you look
with the Eyes of Love,
are you not shown
that Love Is Love
in all shapes
and forms –
it is the glow of
the stars,
it is the Light
of day,
it is what radiates
from you
in a magical way,
when You Are Here
with Love.

with Love.
In the quiet.

Be Light.

Witness Love

Observe.
Notice.
Look around.

Do you not have
many perspectives
that you can take
as you witness life,
as you relate to
what particular role
you focus on
at any time?

As you are a
sister,
brother,
parent,
child,
partner,
spouse,
friend –
do you still
not see all
of these roles
from the perspective
of You?

And as birthdays
come and go
no matter how
you perceive age,
are you still not You
at your core,
complete and Whole,
when you remember
that Peace and Love
are always within
the heart of You?

And as you experience
these many roles,
as you multi-task
throughout your life,
are you not also
multi-dimensional
in your Be-ing –
as you are human,
but eternally a soul,
can you shift your perspective
to help you perceive,
observe,
notice,
look around
from the perspective of You –
who is the Essence of Love,
when you wish to
know Gratitude
and experience Peace?

When what is external
is not in your control,
when you ask yourself,
“what can I do?”,
can you move into
your heart,
are You not always There –
does not the question become,
“what can I Be?” –
and is not the answer,
always Love?

Observe.
Notice.
Look around.
Can you witness from
the perspective of Love?
May Love bring into focus
what you already Know –
that You Are Love.

Circle of Love

Form a circle.
Gather ’round.
Who do you see
in your Circle of Love?
They may be near
or far away –
across the miles,
or Loved Ones
that you will see
one day,
but are All
not here,
circling around
your grateful heart,
for does not your
Circle of Love
surround you, too?

Place settings may change,
friends come and go,
traditions may stay,
some are memories past,
you may wonder at times,
“Where am I to sit?”
There is always a place
in the Circle of Love.

Form a circle.
Gather ’round.
Is it not your heart
that forms
the Circle of Love?
Do you not begin
with Love,
letting your heart expand,
who can you surround
with your Circle of Love –
you need not physically
be at the table
or feast,
to partake in the bounty
of a Circle of Love.

Form a circle,
now let it expand,
yes, you make room
in your Circle of Love –
there is always a place
for you to Be,
join hearts,
feel the Love
that surrounds you now –
come sit at the table
of the Circle of Love.

Form a circle.
Gather ’round.
Hearts connecting
in Gratitude,
always connected
with Love.

A Breath of Gratitude

Gratitude.

And does not Gratitude
flow on every breath
that you take,
for as you breathe,
are you not breathing in
Gratitude?

Is not the breath
where Gratitude begins
while in this experience
here on earth,
yes, there are times
when the earthly experience
leaves you less than
grateful,
but is there not
a sweetness,
an arriving,
a lifting,
when Gratitude
finds its way
back to your heart?

In Gratitude,
can you not
let go,
is there not relief
that begins to flow,
do you not experience
acceptance,
when you allow Gratitude in,
when defenses are down,
when you can smile,
look around
and feel the Gratitude
That Is You,
are you not lifted up,
does Love not expand
on the wings,
in the energy
of Gratitude?

With Love and Gratitude
can you not fly,
even the sky
is not the limit –
there is no limit
to You,
did not Love
breathe your first breath,
does Love not exist
beyond your last?

Are you not eternally
Love and Gratitude?

In Gratitude,
may you accept
and allow
All That Is –
and That Is You!

Be curious.

Are you willing to play?
Are you willing to
try something new
or look at something
with brand-new eyes –
are children not curious
with so much to
experience,
to learn –
there need not be an end
to experiencing new,
when you let
curiosity come out
to play.

Be in wonder.
Can you be in awe
of the magic
of each new day –
what does nature bring
to you to observe,
will you feel the warmth
of the sun today,
or smell the rain
that lovingly soaks
the earth,
what amazing tastes
will you get to experience –
what you think is mundane,
when you look with wonder,
do you not see much
that is wonderful?

Do not curiosity
and wonder
open doors
that you may have thought
were stuck,
or closed –
is it not your
willingness to see,
to step beyond
your usual routines,
is this not the space
where magic happens,
when you open up to
the Possibility of You?

Be curious.
Be in wonder.
Be in awe –
as you step into
All Possibilities of You.

You Are Strength.
You Are Courage.
You Are Gratitude.
The Wonder of Love
is the Wonder of You.

Come out and play –
“What if . . .”
“I wonder . . . ”

Find Love

Take a breath,
take a moment,
to still your
active mind –
there has been
some heavy lifting
in this life
and in this
world.

Can you feel
a shift is happening
as cracks break open
to reveal,
what asks for healing,
what needs mending,
will not Love
help All to heal?

With all of the
distractions,
can you keep
your eyes on Love –
yes, there are times
when eruptions seem
to happen everyday –
much has been hidden,
that now is ready
to be seen
and to be heard –
yes, it often brings up
more questions –
what to do
and where is Peace?

And is not always
the answer –
Find Love.

Beyond the fiery
reactions,
beyond the exasperated
sighs,
you may not find
agreement,
as the human drama
unfolds,
but are these not plays
that are acted out
in your own space
or on the world stage –
are they not
leading you
to Find Love?

Is Love not in
the quiet,
in the space
that fills your heart?
Is Love not in
a smile
you give freely
just because?
When you acknowledge
that another
is part of You
and of the Whole –
is that not
where you
Find Love?

As you feel Gratitude
for all experiences
you have had –
does not Gratitude
lift you up
from thinking things
are happening “to” you –
are you not here
for the opportunities
to find the hidden gem –
are you not looking
for Treasure
when you search
and Find Love?

Is Love not like
the pot of gold
at the rainbow’s end –
you do not know
if you can believe it,
but you keep searching
again and again –
once you realize
it is not far away,
or out of sight,
will you not see –
that Love
is right where
You Are,
when you shine
your own Light?

Take a breath,
take a moment
and breathe in
your Light of Love.

Here You Are.
See You.
Trust You.
Find Love.

Love and Gratitude

Do you not possess
different perspectives,
different vantage points
to look
at any situation
for understanding
or for Truth.

The human story
is complicated,
different truths
get debated as
you seek to find
who is right
or wrong,
or an outcome
you are counting on –
do not expectation,
disappointment,
anger and pain
often reign
in this state of Life?

It is hard to
give up this perspective,
even as you know Love
you resist,
but can you diffuse
any situation –
with Love
and Gratitude?

Can you paint
a different picture,
to see a different
way to look –
might you choose
a different color,
might you use
a different stroke,
if you have always
started at the top,
might you try
from bottom – up,
can you create
this new landscape,
using the colors
of Love
and Gratitude?

You may resist change,
but is not resistance
usually where
there is learning,
there is growth,
even as you wish
to turn away –
can you turn into
what you bump up
against,
as your palette now
contains the hues –
helping you create
a new scene to play
with Love
and Gratitude?

You can see
in black and white,
you can see
what colors blend –
but can you
simplify any picture,
when you see
with Love
and Gratitude?

Can you embrace
Gratitude,
especially when
it is hard to do –
does Gratitude
not nudge you,
lovingly,
to step outside
of you?

And when this perspective
changes,
opening you to
Be You –
is this not where you
can see it all –
when you play,
create and understand,
in the energy
of Love
and Gratitude?

Your human side
may not understand,
what your Higher Self
knows is True –
you can see
and experience
the Masterpiece of You
with Love
and Gratitude.
