when strong winds 
are blowing,
Be your calm breath
when chaos reigns,
find Love’s comfort 
in each other – 
face to face or words
on a page.

Do you not see Peace
when your eyes are 
peaceful,
Love is all around 
when your heart 
is free,
ego may be like a
pendulum swinging,
but You as Peace 
are Here presently.

Be empowered with
Love’s alignment,
you need no instruction
as your soul knows,
trust you have 
This Peace Here 
within you – 
Be the pause,
Here is where 
Love flows!

Be gentle and kind
to the body here,
it walks you down 
every earthly road,
when it asks for help,
listen with your heart,
together soul and body
are one amazing mold.

It is easy to judge bodies
in this life,
it is the first thing 
that you compare,
why not delight in 
these differences,
One Mind is playing 
infinite roles here.

May your compassion 
begin with you,
connect with body 
so you may in life
share,
every cell and atom 
attunes to This Love,
Be kind to Every body 
Everywhere!

See with new eyes 
that do not judge,
partner with the body

with Loving Care –

need,

hold This sacred space

what judgments or

This is accessible 
at any time,

a bright Light

Channel all of your
human emotions

benevolent Light,

transformation,

As human and soul 
you may feel conflicted,
but the Whole of You 
is what Love sees,

is This not the message –

face any fear with 
Grace and Peace,

flow with Love,
helping you rise above
old fear,
egoic perceptions can 
cloud the sky,
you wish to see with
eyes now so clear.

The world is challenging
in its duality,
as human you see life
as this or that,
you will continue to 
make choices here,
knowing Love is Here 
as you travel your path.

May you release what 
comes up to be loved,
body stores experiences 
to be on alert,
reassure and comfort
with tenderness,
Love invites you child 
to heal and Love 
past hurts.

Many things in life 
you cannot control,
but the Peace of Love
is always Here with you,
as you clear clouds that
may be blocking sun,
may You now bask in 
Love’s Light shining 
through!

in the world,
you have lived through 
many chapters dear,
no one lives in isolation,
the effect of one has
many ripples here.

You may think the world
is a heartless place,
but it is your heart 
that is needed now,
may the hearts of many 
connect with each other
to build compassion in the
world somehow.

Humanity is a living 
entity
that has its own 
collective heart,
all that is asked of you
in any moment 
is to share Love and 
Be Who You Are.

Rise up to any forces 
that seek to silence

as One,
One Voice,

This Truth,
shares the rhythm
