Believe in what Love

knowing Love wholly

Stand in your 
authenticity,
look within beyond 
ego’s blocks,
Here You Are – 
able to Be your Self –
accepting Love wholly
Loves you.

Love invites you 
to this party,
One with Source,
why not share too,
Be empowered by
your Strength of Heart –
proclaiming You wholly
Love you.

In This Wholeness
are you not Home,
your seeking journey 
always ends Here,
Here You Are always 
where You belong,
in Oneness –
Love wholly is You!

Reset to Return

Rest, reset 
recalibrate,
consistent tuning helps
your engine go,
make it fun,
treat yourself to 
whatever you need 
to nurture and grow.

The pulse of life is 
an ebb and flow,
as human discern 
where energy is spent,
as soul you have access
to Love’s wellspring
that is ever-flowing 
to top off any tank.

Take care of body,
soothe the ego 
mind,
your Light is needed as
life shifts and moves,
rejuvenate from Love’s
eternal Source,
allowing you to remember
the Whole of You!

Teammates

Is your journey not
one of teamwork,
relationships are 
center to this life,
this is not always 
to be smooth sailing,
life loves to set up – 
who is wrong or 
right.

But as you are 
not alone in this 
process,
bouncing off another 
is a reflective act,
your souls may be 
working together,
teammates as guides 
do also have your
back.

In this season of reflection,
see your Self wholly,
Be amazed at what you
have been through,
you lift up others as
you have been lifted,
part of Love’s Team is
This Magnificent You!

The Tender One

Sometimes your journeys
through the past
bring to light old patterns
you wish to shed,
might you first sit 
with them, with you – 
the little one whose
stories you have read.

Lean into the emotion 
that still exists,
the body and memory 
hold on so long,
might you create beloved
sacred space,
so this tender you
knows where they
belong.

How creative is this 
you so fierce,
building up protections 
in life to get through,
life’s chaos and egos 
that constantly collide
are a lot for anyone’s 
“little you.”

Integrate and honor 
this Courageous You,
do you not walk a path for
Wholeness to come Home,
release ego’s labels that
no longer serve – 
reclaiming the Strength 
of what you’ve always 
known!

This Collective Growth

Your Heart of Courage
sees revelations,
in this expanded 
collective release,
the more you see 
what is behind life’s
curtain,
the more you long 
for Grace and Peace.

Dear ones, 
you need to look 
no further,
you carry Love’s Peace
within your soul,
as you awaken to 
This Truth,
your Light adds to 
This Collective Growth.

Ground your self 
in nature’s essence,
walk bravely as
life’s mirage fades,
the path is often 
uncomfortable,
as egos clash along
the way.

Even in discomfort
You Are Love’s Dream,
in the “I don’t know”
is a clean slate,
Be Love’s Artist –
bring what You know 
to express what your
heart wishes to create.

Extend your hand 
to help another,
soften your heart 
to also receive,
as ancient structures 
fall to the wayside,
Be Love’s new growth – 
shining brilliantly!

 

Your Warrior Within

With fearlessness,
dive in deep to 
what your heart 
wishes to heal,
may moonbeams help
with this loosening,
you are cradled,
safe to reveal.

Your body’s energy
holds on tightly
to strategies it 
thinks it needs,
as you are continually
healing, evolving,
honor what now longs
to be freed.

Your little self has
been a warrior,
open and learn from 
this one, dear,
now integrated
you dance together,
with purpose and
Courage, 
wholly free of fear!

With Compassion

Is there not Strength 
in compassion,
is this not what Love
is all about,
your heart is a bridge 
between separation,
a healing bond to bring
inside out.

You see each other as
separate beings
in a world of 
this or that,
Be a Light with 
Strength and Courage,
illuminate compassion
and bring it back.

Love’s spark ignites in 
hearts awakening,
as compassion rises to 
be seen,
with the Strength of your heart –
beautiful Light,
see Love’s Light shining 
in All fellow Be-ings!

A Whispered Truth

You seek to find
the answers,
You Are Love’s 
answer – 
Here and now.

You Are a beacon,
shining brightly,
trust and believe – 
release the how.

Yes life is complicated 
with twists and turns
that you would not
so choose.

But Love is beyond 
choice –
it is your True Nature – 
this expanded You.

Find your grounding 
in beloved pets,
a walk in nature,
a simple meal.

Part of a Collective,
you are needed,
building a Web that 
connects to heal.

What do you need
to bring to this 
party,
there is no list 
for you to read.

Continue following 
your guiding heart,
Love whispers gently 
as you breathe!

 

Allowance

There are those who try
to control outcomes,
as a way to know what
will be,
there are others who feel 
at the mercy of life,
which may produce 
angst and anxiety.

With egos bouncing off 
one another,
is it not a miracle that
anyone feels Peace,
what is ever truly in 
your own control –
is this not a perfect time
to release?

Every one has a unique
life journey,
with directions and roads
to choose,
in life there are many 
intersections allowing 
for exchanges between 
“me” and “you.”

As you do not know another’s 
bigger picture,
or why you may be playing
a part,
ego loves to take everything
personally,
to create stories with 
dramatic plots.

Let others experience their 
own journeys,
bring acceptance and allowance
to this play,
if an experience pings something 
in you,
dive in to see what it 
has to say.

Will your day not be 
a lighter experience,
when you release all 
that you think must be,
may allowance in life’s 
constant unfolding be 
your super-power that
sets you free!

but are these not 
experiences externally,
This You within is 
Here a-waiting – 
surrender to the Wonder 
of Who You Are.

Many roles you play 
in this incarnation,
join the number of roles
experienced in all lives,
This You within is
ever-present,
surrender to the Wonder 
of Who You Are.

This You is Love 
connected Wholly,
you need not find it 
somewhere else,
lean into This for 
Love and comfort – 
surrendering to the Wonder 
of Who You Are!
