During times of change,
transition,
be so patient with
your self,
you as human like
a roadmap,
you are used to action
with no lull.

When your foundational
structure changes,
you wish for footing
solid and firm,
my dear your Whole Self
supports you always,
might you give This Self
now a turn.

Your human mind is
used to deadlines,
time pressure is how
it gets things done,
might you release from
productivity thinking
and allow yourself some
grace to have fun.

You may hold on to
egoic identity,
You Are always
This Whole You,
your Essence is Here
no matter what experience
you may choose to do.

Be aware of doing
and Be-ing,
may you delight in
having time to Be,
embrace life as Love
supports you to create
as You Are always free!

Honored and Cherished

May you receive what
Love has to offer,
this is your soul’s
love letter to you,
soak up this Truth –
You Are beloved,
honored and cherished
through and through.

As human, life does not
always provide the
nurturing and comfort
that you may need,
my dear, your soul
as Love is always Here,
you can trust This
and believe.

Ego is loud and is
incessant,
but as you fill your
tank with Love,
even ego loves this
new-found Grace
that comes from the
angels above.

Your heart is a Source
of Strength,
it beats with the rhythm
of This Truth,
as you reacquaint with
your tender heart,
remember Love is always
Home in You!

Needed

Realign when Peace
is needed
to bring some balance
to the upside-down,
you may not find peace
in the world,
but You Are the Love
that makes it go ’round.

The ego expresses itself
as behavior,
reactions are a part
of human-ness,
shift to your soul
perspective to find Peace
and see Love’s Light
that forever exists.

As human you will
judge bad behavior,
but You as Soul hear
a common cry,
might you share Light
with another as the
All of You in this
challenging life.

You need not be silent
when earth’s laws
are broken,
share your voice on
what you believe,
and as a Light that
shines for Love
include All brothers
and sisters in need!

A Vessel Precious

Your body is a
vessel precious,
listen to what it
has to say,
emotions, feelings
get expressed –
what might you do
to honor these
today.

Past paradigms may
still be running,
working so hard
to keep you safe,
allow your breath
to reassure,
comforting your little
child always.

With Gratitude thank
your human body
that accompanies you
throughout this life,
You as soul need
body to experience
All of Itself as
Love and Light!

This Healing Space

Use your breath to
clear out daily,
you have within
the tools you need,
life is a lot and
can push buttons
that keep alive
old past beliefs.

Dive down deep and
ask to come up
any sensation that
may feel old,
as a child navigating
life,
you may have believed
what you were told.

Your present breath is
your secret weapon,
it holds All Truth and
Love with no strings,
create a safe space
for your little self
who may be still afraid
of some things.

In the Arms of Love
now dear one,
bathe All of You
with tender care,
your breath initiates
this healing space
that is Here and
Everywhere!

An Effortless Flow

Your Strength is Here,
Love says with promise,
it is within your
every breath,
you need not travel far
to find it,
Love knows as human
you may forget.

Ego’s harsh words and
its judgments
are working hard
to keep you small,
life can make you
feel invisible,
but your soul longs
to answer Love’s call.

May your burdens
begin to lift,
your Strength is not
to take it all on,
as you reclaim your
beautiful Voice,
do not the angels
sing along.

May Love’s Presence
fill up spaces that
you thought life
had carved out,
there is no-thing in
you that’s missing –
All Love is in
This Moment now.

Love flows effortlessly
through you dear one,
much like the fish
in an ocean deep,
you naturally move
with Love’s energy,
You Are All of This
and free!

Your Compassionate Heart

the wind to calm,
to find the Strength
to carry on,
expand beyond the
world you see
to remember
You Are infinity.

Find your balance in
a world so harsh,
express your Light
be it in words or
art,
Love’s ripples flow
in the every day,
as you listen to
or help one find
their way.

Share your compassionate
tender heart,
This is the Strength
that Love is all about,
Be the counter-balance
to a world on edge,
say yes to Love to be
so gracefully led!

Nature’s Strength

Draw Strength from
nature all around
you –
majestic tree or
a tiny plant,
beloved mountains
rise to greet you,
a forest path is
heaven-sent.

Even in cities
Mother Earth is
present,
materials come from
Her here,
technology may shift
how She presents,
but All come from
what is gathered
Here.

Life can create a
feeling of disconnect,
but Know that You
are part of This Whole,
you with nature are
creations of Benevolence,
of Love that is One
with your soul!

Your Brave Heart

Let Love heal your
wounded heart,
relationships can begin
at birth,
your younger self may
have some scars
that can affect how
you live and learn.

Energy has a way
of cycling through,
might you allow it
to let you know –
now is a perfect time
to release what has been
keeping you from
your flow.

Check into beliefs
that no longer fit,
ego loves routine
and habits made,
but as You Are a
creative Force,
know your soul says –
come let us create.

Be You proactive
instead of reactive,
you need not wait
for a perfect time,
link arms with all of
your past selves,
your brave whole heart
is now ready to shine!

Your Strength and Courage

Your Courage rises
from within,
always accompanied
by your Strength,
you need not create
or earn these qualities,
as You Are Love –
these are innate.

You view your self with
the eyes of human,
judgment has roots
deep in the mind,
but with discernment
see You as Soul,
centered, complete,
wholly Divine.

Soak up This Truth,
it is so healing,
sense the closeness
of loved ones near,
your new-found wings
now fully opened,
are ready to soar –
free from all fear!
