be heard,
honor all emotions
gathering,
so Love may
witness unspoken
words.

In your mind
you need not
figure out
all questions you
may have,
Love accepts,
allows and
nurtures,
Love is beyond
all good or
bad.

Love creates space
for exploration,
in this world
you experience,
now look with Love
beyond your
judgments,
set yourself free
so you may
dance!

Dance with Love’s
blessed forgiveness,
may this flow bring
Grace and ease,
Love holds out its hand,
accept it,
hand to heart,
Here is Love’s
Peace!

What comes up
for your inspection,
when past thoughts
come up to heal,
look at all without
judgment –
Love what you see.

Your critical eye has
years of practice,
do you not practice
on your self?
Invite Love to blend
with your vision –
Love what you see.

As human,
you weave a
unique story,
as soul you use
thread made of
gold,
find what glitters
in you,
in others –
Love what you see.

Lay down fear with
all its judgment,
may you rest
in knowing This,
you need not fix
what is not broken,
dear one,
Love what you see.

A Willing Release

Is there not growth
in transformation,
when you unhook
from what you think,
be aware of your
own labels,
that may be limiting
what you see.

The Universe creates
within you,
to express how vast
All Is,
the human mind may
have a hard time,
understanding You Are
All of This.

With Joy,
with flow,
may you begin
to integrate
perceived parts
of you,
integration is the
knowing,
All Love is the
Whole of You.

Let Love help with
transformation,
what might you
willingly release,
Love is Here
with You always,
flowing,
joyfully,
as Peace.

Fresh and Clean

announce rebirth,
You Are what Love
creates each day,
breathe in the hope
of morning’s song,
may the dew sparkle,
as Love shows the way.

Let go of yesterday’s
dilemmas,
tomorrow’s path is
not yet seen,
bathe in the sunlight’s
glint of promise,
as This beginning
is fresh and clean.

As the sun’s rays
clear what is foggy,
Love’s Light is always
Here for you,
give to Love what
once was heavy,
Love’s Light transforms,
heals and renews!

There may be static
in the signal,
as life’s issues
come to the fore,
you have the tools
to realign,
to see more clearly
than you did before.

From this perspective
of your True Be-ing,
might you gaze with
eyes so soft,
with compassion,
with loving patience,
might you let go
of what you once
fought?

Let Love build a
bridge to freedom,
you have already
arrived,
it is Your own hand
that reaches for you,
to remind Love is
always by your side.

May you gaze upon
your human self,
seeing Love’s innocence
in you,
with loving eyes so clear
with wonder,
All of Love perfectly
aligns in you!

Are not All hearts
beating as One?

This makes no sense
in a world
that celebrates
separateness,
but even as the
costumes change,
All hearts are beating
as One.

Hurt and pain
may feel unique
to one’s story
as it unfolds,
but what unites
in shared compassion –
All hearts beating
as One.

Ego sets up many
struggles,
pitting “us” against
“them,”
might you begin
to see beyond –
where All hearts
beat as One.

Release the need
to know all answers
to questions that
honor separateness,
share your Light,
embrace This Truth –
All hearts are beating
as One.

Be a beacon of
compassion,
spread Love as
a healing balm,
may Grace remind you
Here is Peace,
as All hearts beat
the Truth of One.

Relax and breathe
into Love.

You may resist this
as your ego
wishes for you to
stayed stirred up,
there are times when
life’s rollercoaster
makes you say,
that is enough.

You have tools at
your fingertips,
for you to use
with ease,
you find balance when
you invite Love
to remind,
yes, Here is Peace.

Extend compassion
for your journey
and all who join you
on this path,
are you not all
seeking the same thing,
though you may sometimes
feel attacked.

Be aware of your
defenses,
Dear One,
there is no-thing
to defend,
ego wishes for a
fight,
Love gently reminds
to go within.

Relax and breathe
into Love,
what might you remember
in this release,
Be the Peace
that you are seeking,
within This Truth
is Grace and ease.

One With Love

Here I Am,
your soul says
gently,
and This is True
for the Whole of
You,
the perceived walls
you think you see,
dissolve when you blend
into the One of You.

As you clear out,
releasing what has
weighed you down
upon your way,
healing,
cleansing is simply
returning to Who You Are,
eternally,
always.

This Presence
is not elusive,
you need not jump
through hoops
to see,
your soul,
connected to
the angels,
wishes for you
to know Joy,
Love and Peace.

Here I Am,
This is Love’s
Presence,
let this knowing
fill all space,
align with This
throughout your Being,
being One with Love
is Love’s experience,
always!

is this not a chance,
to feel,
to heal,
so you may
understand.

Life’s pain may show
a way to see
what needs,
some Love,
deep care
that asks now
to be seen.

Allow This Love
that surrounds you
Here,
to remind your
heart,
loved ones and angels
are near.

Be healed,
Be touched,
Love says tenderly,
You Are connected
always,
with All you cannot
see.

Love’s healing balm
knows always what
to do,
release,
let go,
Love’s arms
are holding
you!

In Life, So Loved

In life, yes there are moments
when you feel pushed,
pulled,
left behind,
you may feel grateful
or frustrated,
depending on your
place in time.

Change within ego’s
experience may have
you looking for more
clues,
but might you look
where you are changeless,
the soul within,
the Whole of You.

Life’s struggles may
be painful,
they may not make
very much sense,
the world is a daunting
classroom,
as you look to regain
your balance.

What do your emotions
tell you,
which direction do they
point?
What is coming up
for healing
that a loving balm
may anoint?

You have all you need
within you,
look no further
for This Truth,
beyond the story,
Here is Forgiveness,
You Are so Loved,
This Love is You!
