Relax and breathe 
into Love.

You may resist this 
as your ego 
wishes for you to 
stayed stirred up,
there are times when 
life’s rollercoaster
makes you say,
that is enough.

You have tools at 
your fingertips,
for you to use 
with ease,
you find balance when 
you invite Love 
to remind,
yes, Here is Peace.

Extend compassion 
for your journey
and all who join you 
on this path,
are you not all 
seeking the same thing,
though you may sometimes 
feel attacked. 

Be aware of your 
defenses,
Dear One,
there is no-thing
to defend,
ego wishes for a 
fight,
Love gently reminds 
to go within.

Relax and breathe 
into Love,
what might you remember
in this release,
Be the Peace 
that you are seeking,
within This Truth 
is Grace and ease.

 

One With Love

Here I Am,
your soul says
gently,
and This is True 
for the Whole of
You,
the perceived walls
you think you see,
dissolve when you blend
into the One of You.

As you clear out,
releasing what has 
weighed you down 
upon your way,
healing,
cleansing is simply 
returning to Who You Are,
eternally,
always.

This Presence 
is not elusive,
you need not jump 
through hoops 
to see,
your soul,
connected to 
the angels,
wishes for you 
to know Joy,
Love and Peace.

Here I Am,
This is Love’s 
Presence,
let this knowing 
fill all space,
align with This 
throughout your Being,
being One with Love
is Love’s experience,
always!

With Tender Care

When old wounds open,
is this not a chance,
to feel,
to heal,
so you may 
understand.

Life’s pain may show 
a way to see
what needs,
some Love,
deep care 
that asks now 
to be seen.

Allow This Love 
that surrounds you 
Here,
to remind your 
heart,
loved ones and angels
are near.

Be healed, 
Be touched,
Love says tenderly,
You Are connected 
always,
with All you cannot 
see.

Love’s healing balm
knows always what 
to do,
release,
let go,
Love’s arms 
are holding 
you!

In Life, So Loved

In life, yes there are moments
when you feel pushed,
pulled,
left behind,
you may feel grateful 
or frustrated,
depending on your 
place in time. 

Change within ego’s 
experience may have
you looking for more 
clues,
but might you look 
where you are changeless,
the soul within,
the Whole of You.

Life’s struggles may 
be painful,
they may not make 
very much sense,
the world is a daunting 
classroom,
as you look to regain
your balance. 

What do your emotions 
tell you,
which direction do they 
point?
What is coming up 
for healing 
that a loving balm
may anoint?

You have all you need
within you,
look no further 
for This Truth,
beyond the story,
Here is Forgiveness,
You Are so Loved,
This Love is You!

Hope Arising

Does new growth
not arise,
when fertile soil 
and sun combine,
wind sweeps away 
what is not needed,
so there is room 
for what may rise.

Some plants are delicate,
others are hardy,
in eco systems they 
cohabitate,
majestic tree is host
to lichen,
or shelter for what 
might need shade.

Check your surroundings, 
what may need care,
what fertile soil might
you create?
You do not live 
in a vacuum,
you and Universe 
indeed collaborate.

Cleanse the palate,
clear your slate,
begin anew with 
the hope of spring,
be open to all 
possibility,
what new growth makes
your heart and 
your soul sing?

Love’s Forever Bridge

Your loved ones 
see your Light,
heart to heart 
you will always be,
sometimes in this life,
difficult experiences
make it hard to see.

And though your heart
may feel broken,
it is the driving force 
for you –
you know there is 
more than this life,
as your soul guides you
to this Truth.

Remember,
reunite,
with All you Love
and hold so dear,
they are not lost,
you are together
with a forever bond
that draws them
near.

Love builds this 
forever bridge,
connecting you always
in your heart,
forgiveness paves 
this eternal road,
as you remember
Who You Are!

Finding Balance

balance when on
rocky seas.

In the depths,
below the surface,
you flow effortlessly
and free.

Expand your focus,
even as ego draws
your attention to 
distract you.

You Are whole,
You Are complete,
life’s situations 
do not define you.

From core of earth 
to beyond sky,
You Are This and 
All in between.

You Are Source 
presence
in expression,
what do you wish 
to express today?

Call upon Love 
within your core,
regain your balance
with Grace and ease.

Sense Love’s limitless
presence,
whispering to you –
Beloved,
Here is Peace!

Remembering Peace

Are there not times 
living out your story,
when ego adds a chapter
you may not wish to 
read,
you may rail against 
a problem
or situation that you
do not need.

As human in this world
there are things
you would rather not
experience,
it may be difficult 
to find Peace,
when your surroundings
do not make sense.

Dear one,
the angels sense 
your struggle,
and though situations 
can be fraught with 
hurt,
might you allow Love 
to flow through, 
any experience 
you are going through.

Release the struggle
to find Peace,
you need no defense 
to stand in your
Truth,
identify with your soul
to find Peace eternally 
is with You.

Yes, life can unfold 
with some harshness,
but know that Love 
is always around,
angels, guides and 
loved ones dear,
cradle you as loving 
arms surround. 

Here is Peace,
may you breathe 
this in,
as you allow Love 
to flow through,
beyond your story 
is your Truth – 
may Love with Peace
bring this remembrance 
of You!

Loved You Are.

Your soul knows 
This Truth about 
you,
invite your body 
to receive,
this loving gift 
has not an ending –
Loved You Are.

As your awareness 
opens to this,
might you release 
judgments tightly
held,
sense your Peace 
soaring in this freedom –
as Loved You Are.

You wish for healing
but precious child,
in This Truth,
whole and healed 
You Are,
Be This Presence,
return to Joy – 
so Loved You Are.

Release what does 
not match This Truth,
with Grace,
may you now 
truly see,
Love’s Light illuminates 
your knowing –
forever, 
Loved You Are.

All Is Well

Winds of change may 
stir seeds of doubt,
you may feel ungrounded 
and tossed about,
might you ask to see 
another way,
so you may stand 
in your power today.

When your external shifts
in front of you,
might this be an opening 
to change your view,
Be the Presence of Peace,
does not chaos dissolve,
when you let go of what 
you wish to resolve?

Yes, as human, life can 
be a whirlwind,
at your center sense 
your Peace within,
have faith through 
every step Love will 
show –
Love walks with you,
All is Well within your 
soul!
