A filtering fog that 
slowly clears
as morning sun 
rises on cue,
now you can see 
with clarity – 
how does Love 
show up today?

You may get teary
from worldly strife,
a weariness felt in
the heart,
reach out and tell 
another you Love 
them – 
Love shows up 
in You today.

Do not let pain 
and anger be 
the only emotions
shared or seen,
life is All colors 
of the rainbow – 
express a color
of Love today.

Love is not Here  
to be suppressive,
feel all you feel and
know This Truth –
Love finds a way 
to rise
cutting through 
the fog of life – 
Love shows up 
Always!

Your Whole Self

Listen to what 
body needs,
from foods you eat,
a deeper breath
to breathe,
give yourself 
a rest,
a break,
release any judgment 
or blame you take.

Any day or moment
is fresh and new,
you start to think – 
what next to do,
let this day unfold 
on a clean slate,
as an Artist of Love,
what might you 
create?

This lighter you may
wish to explore,
what do you let go,
what do you want more,
listen with body and 
your soul –
have faith, believe in
what your Whole Self
knows!

Choosing

Choose Love.
Embody Love.
Embrace Love.
Be Love.

Lend a hand to 
your neighbor,
you are part of
a community,
a simple smile is
a connection,
beginning here helps
humanity.

Hatred and fear are
false connectors,
though in the world 
they have a stage,
might Love be a 
rallying cry
to build a network,
lighting the way.

Tribal instincts are 
humanly inherent,
you may be looking for 
where you fit in,
take Love’s hand and 
join All Fellow Lights –
in any moment,
choose Love again.

In a world full of 
Love and fear,
with eyes wide open
you will see both,
honor all emotions
stirring,
Be steadied and guided –
You Are Loved so!

Building With Love

The world may seem 
on fire,
but Love is cooling
as it soothes,
No-thing can take away 
your compassion,
let it be your Strength 
from the heart of You.

Point of view may 
at times feel limiting,
Love invites you 
to expand,
yes your story has 
identification,
but are You not 
Everywhere across
the land?

It is human nature 
to push against,
but extend your arms 
to open wide,
the human experience
may require some 
boundaries,
but keep compassion 
and empathy alive.

Allow all emotion to 
flow like water,
now cleansed,
return to your 
inner Strength,
when walls feel like 
they may soon 
crumble,
might a new foundation 
be what Love makes?

With building blocks
of Love and compassion,
are You not a builder 
of what is True,
the world cries out for 
Love and Comfort,
Love’s Carpenters are 
All of You!

Burning Off

When a virus appears,
the story is to fight,
body seems to put up
a good defense,
might you view fever
with body aches,
as fuel for transformation 
in the body dense.

Even when the body 
is uncomfortable,
is it not a miracle – 
this vessel of You,
honor, pamper it 
with kindness as 
you flow together 
in all that you
go through. 

In most cases,
yes this too 
shall pass,
give your body all 
the Love you can,
lean into what needs
to burn off,
body creates anew 
to house This – 
I Am!

Freedom

Let Love lift what 
may feel heavy,
may angels show you
how to fly,
belief and faith
in Love are powerful,
you need not even
try.

Open your heart,
open your hands
from what you clutch 
and hold on tight,
the flow of Love 
is not containable –
it cannot help but
take flight.

As you release what 
is not true,
Here is All 
that you need,
buoyed by the Love 
of angels, loved ones,
believe This Truth – 
dear, You Are free!

Shining

Your human stories 
weave many layers 
in your tapestry 
of life,
you can start over 
or rearrange,
you work so hard 
to get it right.

Dear one,
behold your beautiful
colors,
take in the richness 
of your life,
you are not here 
to be perfection,
but to experience 
a full spectrum 
of Light.

And with the Light of Love 
do you not see the 
beauty that you 
create,
to see your vibrant colors
look with the Eyes of Love
and truly be amazed.

Your I Am presence 
is always You,
no matter the tapestry
you wear,
Be compassionate,
Be forgiving,
your Rainbow of Colors
shines Everywhere!

Infinite

Are you not all in
many ways connected,
yes some by birth,
others with free will,
but as You are an
expanded Be-ing,
do not these connections
go further still?

Is this not how 
the Power of Love 
soothes and heals 
more than you may 
have known,
why not send 
unconditional Love
through an infinite loop
that always returns 
Home.

Not all beings on earth
will awaken,
but All Souls do hear
this call,
as you open to receive 
Love wholly,
know the healing of One
is the healing of All!

In the season of 
letting go,
gaze with Love upon
what needs released,
there may have been
a time and place 
for what you realize
you no longer need.

Old stories,
loose ends from 
experiences past
may return to mind
as you reflect,
review,
now with Eyes of Love
and no judgment –
send Love to All 
and dear,
include you.

Behold the fall leaves
returning to their 
brilliant colors,
behold This return 
to You,
as layers lift 
may you sense
your lightness,
as your own brilliant
colors shine through!

 

 

Grounded and Clear

Human reaction and 
emotion
are part of life’s 
merry-go-round ride,
allow these to come
and move through you,
once they pass now 
you have a quiet mind.

And in this stillness,
this clarity,
without trying – solutions
drop in,
This is You connected 
to spirit,
to the flow of Love
that is Here within.

This is not to admonish
reaction,
but is this not usually 
a reaction to fear,
believe and trust in 
your intuition,
has this not guided you
so many times, dear?

Do not suppress or 
repress emotion,
allow it to move through –
it need not stay,
now You in grounded
and clearing resonance
will handle all that 
comes your way!
