can be a lot,
tossing you about
on endless waves,
you need not push
these back inside,
you need not analyze
why you feel this way.
Set human judgment
to the side,
body offers up what
it no longer needs,
observe and honor what
you have hid so long,
allow emotion to help
you release.
Your prickly parts may
wish to be heard,
asking for Love and
reassurance too,
Love with no strings
is You as Source,
comfort and cherish
the little child
in you!

It is okay to take
care of you,
this is a most Loving
thing to do,
refresh, recharge
be it rest or play,
what nurturing things
might you do today?
Your innate presence knows
what you need,
listen to the still, small
Voice – take heed,
when ego pushes at
the wrong time,
is it not harder to
flow and align?
Send Love to body that
works so hard,
give mind a rest from
problems to solve,
trust in your soul
that has a finger
on the pulse of
All That You Are!

in your bones,
echoing through you from
generations past,
your eyes are open to
their past struggles,
but is it not Joy that
forever lasts?
Sort through the memories,
what comes up for you,
forged through the pressure
that life can bring,
honor all journeys as you
walk through yours –
do not Love and Wisdom
flow through Everything?
Sense Love’s echoes throughout
you now,
one vessel in a collective
that is infinite,
laughter and tears are
the alchemy that
connects you tenderly
to All That Is!

walk fearlessly forward

sense your innate
Strength and Courage,
shadow is no match
for your Light.
Honor what comes up
to be noticed,
some things from past
or something new,
transformation is
the theme of the
Universe flowing
through you.

You Are stronger
than you know,
you know not what
the future holds,
but trust in the
Power of your Soul!

Listen with your heart.
Mind races ahead with
many stories,
based on beliefs from
experiences past,
to slow this down and
tap into Knowing –
listen with your heart.
When fear grips you
with helplessness,
when angst appears
for things unknown,
to calm ego’s roar and
find clarity –
listen with your heart.
Heart may not have
all of the answers,
but it knows you
so very well,
align with Peace in
this present moment –
quiet and listen
with your heart.
Faith and hope are
needed as human,
reassure the little child
deep in you,
place your hand upon
your heart,
Love answers –
I Am always Here
with you!

Listen to body,
does it not tell you
what you need and
what to do,
the egoic mind may
make up stories,
not wanting to listen
to the inner You.
Impatient ego wants
all the answers,
every problem solved,
every reason why,
might you take time
to Be timeless,
allowing life to unfold
for timing more Divine.
Be aware of your resistance,
yes you will still do
what you need,
but check in with
your reactions,
see where they come
from,
now release and breathe.
You cannot make life
go faster,
you can’t change
past already done,
breathe into This
Present Moment,
body, mind and soul
flowing as One!

experiences here,
you are not here
to be the same,
different does not mean
something is wrong,
winning or losing is
not the end-game.
The Thread of Love
weaves through you
All,
in life it may be
hidden from view,
as you draw Strength
from within your heart,
might you trust that
Love flows through
All of You?
Yes take action in a
world of pain,
this is not a call to
turn a blind eye,
but when you can,
see that pain is often
a calling out,
a longing cry.
You need not change
another’s view,
but Be You grounded
in Love and Peace,
the soul of humanity
knows of This Truth –
your Light is a beacon,
a remembrance to Be!

When you unclutch

Life unfolds right in
front of you,
Be grounded and breathe
as it passes through.
Life is challenging
until it’s not,
as human this can feel
like quite a lot.
Let go,
release what is
struggle, dear,
in This surrender
may All become
more clear!

check upon a
friend,
see Light in one you
disagree with –
they may be doing
the best they can.
Life comes at you
moment by moment,
actions are needed
to live here,
fully engage in your
experiences
with compassion and
kindness near.
Turn up your Light,
reach out to others,
Lights together are
oh so strong,
Light dispels any
perceived darkness,
illuminated –
You All belong!
