How do you show Love?

It may be by doing,
list-making,
checking off what
is complete,
to give another
of your effort,
your time,
your help,
can feel so sweet.

You may listen,
be affirming,
taking in what
one gives out,
time can be spent
together,
sharing,
it matters not
what the doing
is about.

With time,
with trust,
can you not get
to where your hearts
connect as One,
when you can get
beyond the stories
that may cloud up
the connection some,
can you let go
of the struggle,
that comes when
expectations rule,
can you tune in
to the clearer
channel,
where it is only
Love that comes
through?

This can take
an instant,
or maybe years,
but when the
opportunity is there,
can you look in
another’s eyes
and really let them
know you care,
when your heart
can do the talking,
where you need
not win or lose,
in these moments,
can you follow
what your heart
is telling you?

How do you show Love,
can you move
to how to Be –
in this loving space,
might you open
your heart
to see,
with loving eyes
can you see another
way,
to show,
to share,
to Be,
your most loving self
today?

Be Love,
let Love
show you how.
Take a look at
your expectations,
then simply
Love,
accept,
allow.

Can you feel the lift
of the winds of Hope,
when Light shines
its beam,
on what may have
been dark,
what you may
uncover
has been there all
along,
waiting to integrate
into one Loving Song,
fear may think
you are separate,
but do you not belong
to Love,
and does not Love
always prevail?

Breathe deep
from fresh air
that gives you
the will to fly,
may your soul
soar,
may you reach out
beyond the sky,
Love is not out
of reach,
you may only need
to look with new eyes,
might you let your Light
show the way?

With feet firmly
on the ground,
are you not also
Everywhere,
what does your heart
tell you,
can you listen
with great care,
clear out a space,
to let You
show you a way,
to be One with
Love,
that is with you
everyday.

You have the power,
you are amazing,
let your creativity
soar.
You Are Light.
You Are Love.
Let the world see You
and hear you roar!

Is laughter not
a letting go?

When you need
to disengage
from the day to day,
when taking yourself
too seriously
keeps you attached
to the fray,
can you not find
humor,
be it silly
or part of play,
to help you surrender,
let go,
letting laughter
have its way?

If not a laugh,
it may be tears,
they too can
stop you in your
tracks,
but releasing is
a balm,
that can bring your
focus back,
demonstrating you are
to feel,
to Be,
in this present moment
now,
fully human,
but not just
“me”,
a part of
Everything,
somehow.

Let laughter or
tears,
open you up
when your mind begins
to numb,
or your heart
feels closed,
or you are ready
for some fun,
it can be exhausting,
being human,
sometimes you feel
you need a break,
can you let laughter
or tears flow,
separate or together,
for your sake?

Let go,
let it Be,
let yourself
off the hook –
succumb to
Be-ing You,
perfectly human,
yet always wrapped,
in your Magnificent
Divinity.

Co-exist.

And as your human selves
may work out
how to live together
on earth,
are not your souls
interlocked for purposes
that may be hard
to see at first,
when there are challenges
do you not grow,
are there not choices
that you make,
no choice is right
or wrong,
does it not help
you choose
which road that you
may take?

You are here to experience
life,
to live it fully,
to stretch and grow,
you co-exist with
others who are playing
their own roles here
as well,
when you limit taking
things so personally
as an affront to
who you think you are,
if All Are Love
at the soul level,
are you not all linked
with the Arms of Love?

Co-exist.
Your souls already
understand,
your human selves
see so many differences
and there is much
differentiation
across the land,
remember you are
experiencing duality,
though in your hearts
you beat as One,
feel your human emotion,
but extend an
extra step to see –
your heart can extend
Love to a fellow soul,
even as human,
you may disagree.

Co-exist.
You Are One
with Who You Are –
the Light of God,
the Divine Spark,
You All Are Light,
Love Is Who You Are.

Healing Is Here

Healing is here.
In the comfort
of angels,
in the heart
that may feel
broken,
with Love and
words spoken,
healing is here.

Healing brings together
what separates you,
when you are brought
together
with Love,
is it not the Love
that unites you,
healing is here.

When you feel
you are separated,
from loved ones,
from You,
does Love not
bring you together,
healing is here.

Let Love gently
surround you,
let Love fill your
beautiful heart,
You Are Whole
in This Presence,
healing is here.

Healing is here –
in the comfort
of angels,
in the heart
that knows Love,
You Are One
in Love’s perfection,
healing is Here.

What comes to Light
is asking for healing,
it may be one
or countless more,
emotions run high,
there is much anguish
as a society
opens once closed
doors.

Though you rise
and fall
when in these
choppy waters,
can you turn up
the Light
that is always
in You,
can you be an anchor
in calmer water,
can you find balance
in the Strength
that is You?

You need not turn away
completely,
though sometimes you wish
to find a place
to hide –
when hurt and pain
arise
is this not a searching,
for Love to show
another side?

You will see so many
stories
in the tangled web
of Life –
and though the answers
may take some time,
can you not instantly
turn up the Love
and Light?

Be a Light
when the world is
hurting,
yes, you may feel
this pain as well,
but as Love knows
no boundaries,
add Love and Light
in your story
to tell,
you may not be able
to change the story,
its ending may not
be clear to see,
but as Love is
Everlasting,
can you Be a bright
Light
in a stormy sea?

Be a beacon.
Anchor with Strength.
Love knows where
it is needed,
go within
and shine
your Light!

The Language of Love

There is a universal language,
one that you need
not only speak of,
you are made up
of this vibration,
do you not communicate
with the Language of Love?
You know this Essence
before your birth,
yes, it continues
when this earth
you leave,
at your core,
it is what you are
made of,
are you not all
native speakers
of the Language of Love?

As a baby
you are fluent
in Love,
you draw in strangers
even on the street,
pure Love is like
a magnet,
like drawing in bees
to something sweet,
when Love is unconditional,
is it not freeing
to all who give,
and when you receive
pure Love,
does it not expand Love
in the life you live?

Be a reminder
for another,
of the native Language
that All know of –
can you all not speak
from your heart,
your Essence,
for is not your Essence
Eternal Love?

In your eyes,
through your heart,
find a thousand ways
to communicate,
infuse your words,
with what is in
your soul –
All understand
the innate
Language of Love.

Be the one,
who looks for Love
just for fun,
even if you are
not in the mood
for this,
now find it
in yourself,
it is hard
to miss –
is it not a
lighter vibe,
can you not
feel it rise up
inside,
when you let go
and feel a smile
appear,
are you not
in the Flow of Love,
as Love’s mirror?

Is Love
not in any moment
you may choose,
better yet,
can you be open
and let Love
choose you?
You need not be
so serious,
Love can be deep
or be frivolous,
you know
when you are
in Love’s flow,
are not time and space
the first to go?
Yes, Be One
with the Love
That Is You.

Be the One,
who shines Light
on everyone,
do you not shine
to see your Light –
shining back
to You?

Be One
with Love.
See the Truth
of Who You Are.
Shining,
reflecting –
like a star.
Star light,
star bright –
You Are.

Let Love Heal

Let Love heal.

Does not the body
begin to heal
when a cut or
bruise
on the skin appears,
there may be pain
that signals
all come here –
surround this site
and begin to heal.

And is not Love
the greatest Healing Balm,
if you cry out in pain,
are you not asking Love
to come,
when you are in need
of some
rejuvenation,
is it not Love
that lifts you up,
surrounding you
with healing Love?

Let Love heal –
be it your body,
mind
or soul,
do not all work
together
under the umbrella
of the Whole –
sometimes it may be pain
that helps direct
Love’s healing flow,
let Love show you,
let Love guide you,
yes, Love knows where
to go.

Trust Love to care for
and comfort wounds
that wish to be
seen –
let Love in,
let Love guide,
let Love heal.

Love can fill an
empty space,
it matters not
the why
or where –
Love Is There.

Love creates,
Love is the thread
that stitches
the pieces together
again,
Love is healing,
bringing comfort –
Love Is There.

Wrap yourself
in Love’s healing
quilt,
feel the assurance
that All Is Well,
in the quiet,
in the still –
Love Is always,
always There.
