What do your patterns
teach you?

In this world of duality
where cause and effect,
action and reaction,
may make you stretch,
struggle,
grow,
does your soul
not also expand,
as you try out new ways
to choose,
to see,
to break free
from patterns
that have put blinders
upon your human eyes?

Is it not when you
let go
of what “should” happen,
based upon the past
or the future expected,
then might you trust
your intuition,
the language of your
benevolent soul,
who is always with you,
cheering you on,
lending a hand,
to help you up
when you are ready
to stand,
ready to fly?

And with the non-judgmental
eyes
of Who You Are,
can you see that your patterns
have brought you to
this moment now,
every scrape,
every bruise
that you can lovingly
tend to,
with an expanding heart
that continues to get
stronger,
for hearts do not stay broken,
even when battered,
do they not get stronger
when healing comes –
when you open your heart
to the Love That You Are?

Can you send Gratitude
to your patterns,
your story,
your path
that you walk upon?
You Are Here –
but alone you do
not travel –
your soul,
your loved ones,
your guides,
and angels
are always with You,
whatever the labels
that your story prefers.

There is Love and support –
you are never separate
from the Love that beats
within the Heart of You.
You are always
connected
to Love.

Let your beautiful heart
remind you now –
that You Are Love.

Love Reigns

Love reigns.

When caught up
in the turmoil
of who is right
or who is wrong,
when comparisons are made
or judgements rule,
when fully human,
wondering this or that –
can you not see
the Light
come peeking through?
Love reigns.

As life is a pendulum
to show you movement
from here to there,
how does any experience
feel to you?
If there is not enough
Light
to see the way here,
might you explore
and check in on
how you feel there –
when you check in
with your heart,
where does Peace reside?
Love reigns.

There is learning,
there is growth
when you are open
to see,
what rumbles beneath
the surface,
what comes up
to breathe,
does your Light
not invite opportunities
for you to shine
on what is there –
what may be looking
for Love,
what wants to see
if Love cares,
but Love does not
work on conditions,
is it not always there?
No matter the circumstances,
Love reigns.

What do you do
with this Love?
This same Love flows
within all of You,
there are choices,
there are experiences,
when you may ask,
“where is the Love?”
But does not this
question
mean that you will
look again –
and in that searching
with your Light
turned on –
there It Is!
There is Love.
Yes, Love reigns.

Shine your Light
on corners dark.
When you look
it is Love
that you will find.
There is no winner,
there is no loser
as Love simply Is.
Love reigns.
Love Is.
Love.

Fully Love

As you are grounded
in mother earth,
your roots grow deep,
surrounding,
holding on
to rocks and dirt,
do you not sense
the history of
ancestral lines,
experiencing life,
connected by these
roots so strong –
is there not Strength
that rises up
from the very dirt
they walked upon?

And like the tree
that rises up,
as you look above
and feel yourself there –
beyond the stars and moon
that you see,
beyond the bright blue sky
and shining sun,
do you not sense the presence
of familial ties
connected by
the Power of Love?

Is your heart not
a bridge,
much like the strong
trunk of a tree,
an intersection
between ground and sky
and do not the branches
of this “family tree”
spread out and encompass
so much more?

As you are part
of the Family of Love,
are you not connected
to All That Is,
from the ground
you walk upon,
to the air that you breathe,
from each tree that sways
in the unseen wind,
to the energy
that breathes you
with Love you cannot see,
but feel within
your very Be-ing,
do you get a sense
of the Love That You Are –
part Here,
part There,
and fully Love?

Be Strength
as an intersection
of Love.
Be Courage
as you walk
upon the earth.
Be Love
as You Are part
of All That Is.

Wholly.
Holy.
Love.

Expressing Love

There are many ways
to express yourself –
by your words,
with what you wear,
what do you surround
yourself with –
what do you create
in your life
that reflects the
uniqueness of You?

And as you express
outwardly,
do you not also
soak up,
receive,
what might be new,
what feels familiar,
what resonates within
your soul?

And is there not
a constant dance,
as you evolve
both inside
and out –
are there not times
when one aspect of you
is catching up to
Where You Are,
is it not difficult
at times
to express the You
that you are
beginning to Know?

And do you not seek
to feel the flow,
to be in sync
with Who You Are –
as you step into
your authentic self,
does it not feel so familiar
and yet so new?

Might you feel
the urge
to express yourself
in a different way,
discarding what
no longer fits,
you may strip away layers
that once let you hide,
but as you are seeing
and loving You –
are you not ready
to shine your Light?

As You Are an expression
of All That Is,
as you turn up the Light
within your soul,
you may not recognize
yourself,
when you first glance
in the mirror,
but when you see
the Light of Love
in your eyes –
is that not when
you see yourself
as Who You Are –
and with Love,
welcome your-self
Home?

Express the Love
That You Are.
Love Is authentic.
Love Is amazing.
Love Is You.

A Quilt of Love

Love it all.

Being human can be like
a rollercoaster ride,
with emotions that are felt,
sometimes up
and sometimes down,
at times intense,
sometimes you are numb,
you may feel Joy
or deep regret –
what a spectrum
of experiences
that can vary
in a day,
in a life –
Love it all.

You wish to understand
as you travel upon
this Journey,
searching for meaning,
to know why
did you do this
or they do that –
have not all of
your experiences
brought you to
where you are
right now –
Love it all.

You are unique
as you are human,
with experiences
just for you,
but when you look
a bit more closely,
do not others
feel this, too –
can all not learn
from what is different,
makes you take notice,
then do you not find –
at your core,
do not all seek Love
and in the looking –
Love it all.

You weave a tapestry
of color,
but are you not part
of a bigger quilt,
each section tells
a story,
are you not a beautiful
part of the Whole?
Is there not comfort
in the Knowing
that this quilt
is made from Love –
Love is what connects you,
it is what holds you
all together –
Love it all.

What you see
in another
is a reminder
they are You –
can you open
up your heart,
to Love them
and Love you, too –
you can change,
you can remain,
but there is healing
when you see,
all of your experiences
bring you to You,
so you can
Love it all.

You Are Precious.
You Are Loved,
wrapped in the
Quilt of Love.
See the Love
in Who You Are –
Love it All.

Love Heals

Love heals.

Yes, hearts can break,
feel sad,
can mourn,
but can not
your beautiful heart expand
to tenderly,
lovingly,
fill each crack
with the healing balm
of Love?
Love heals.

In the human duality,
yes, the heart can play
many roles,
going through cycles,
feeling full,
feeling loss,
as it is the center
of your Be-ing –
but do these experiences
not give you the
opportunity
to see beyond
what is
or is not?
Love heals.

With Gratitude,
does Love not fill you,
lift you up,
filling in the spaces
you thought were empty,
healing wounds
you thought were ignored –
does Love not see you
as You Are –
a magnificent Be-ing
of Love expressed –
when you see You
through the Eyes of Love –
Love heals.

Yes, your human heart
may sometimes
feel worn and battered
from the ups and downs
of the experience of life,
but with Strength and Courage,
can you not expand
the heart and soul
of Who You Are –
to experience the Love,
the Heart of You,
that nurtures,
that cradles you
in its loving arms –
is this not when
the healing begins?
Love heals.

See you
with the
loving heart
of You.

Love fills.
Love soothes.
Love heals.

A Comfort Place

Comfort.

Where is your comfort place?
You may find it
where you lie
on a bed so firm
yet soft,
pillows, blankets
add to the comfort
when you are lovingly
tucked in.

There is comfort
in the food
that helps you
feel safe,
makes you feel warm –
bringing up
treasured memories
of food that was
made with Love.

You find comfort
in the presence
of friends or family
who love you so,
there are those
who you trust,
when you can be You
and can let go.

Is it not the giving
and receiving
of love that takes you
to your comfort place,
it can be a physical experience,
but is not Love
in your heart,
not just your mind –
can you bathe
in the Love
that wraps you up
and keeps you warm –
is there not comfort
in Love,
can you let Love
comfort you?

There is Love
all around you,
you are wrapped in
the arms of Love –
as it is Love
that breathes You,
when you open up
your heart –
can you feel the warmth
spread over you
like a favorite
bowl of soup,
as You Are Love,
can you accept comfort
from You?

Let Love be your comfort,
may you find comfort
in Love –
you may need physical
reminders,
to help soothe
the body that
works so hard,
but does not Love
soothe the soul
and as it resonates
with Love –
is Love not your comfort place,
as you trust, allow
and then let go?

Find the comfort
in the space
where Love finds you –
There You Are!

Always wrapped
in the loving
Arms of Love.

A Healing Heart

Hearts heal.

Yes, a heart
can heal,
if it feels broken,
tired,
or bruised,
but is that not
a human heart,
does not the heart
of your soul,
the heart that
carries your
beat of Love –
is it not
your Heart of Love
that spreads the
Healing Balm
of Love,
to soothe,
to mend
whatever is
asking,
looking,
for Love?

Hearts heal.
Does not this
phrase give
you hope –
that if carrying
a burden
that weighs
on your heart –
can Love not heal
and lift it up,
is it not
your own
healing heart
that leads you to
your Place of Love,
that beats
inside of You?

Hearts heal.
And your Heart of Love
is never broken,
needs no repair,
is strong,
is Whole –
as human, yes,
experiences may challenge
the human heart –
but do you
not turn to
Hearts of Love
to remember
that you, too,
are Strong
as You Are Whole?

Shine with your
Heart of Love.
Be lifted with
the Beat of Love.
When you give,
when you receive –
hearts heal All.

Begin With Love

for circumstances
to be “right.”
Can you turn up
your Light
and initiate Love?

You see how Love
could help,
you wish to make
a change,
how to let Love
heal and soothe,
would not Love
bring Peace to
the world –
but does it not
begin with you,
yes, can you
initiate Love?

Is Love not a
grassroots cause,
does it not grow
from within
until it cannot
be contained –
Love is not something
you make another do –
does it not include All,
as Love flows from you –
as you initiate Love?

Can Love begin with
you?
Can you Be the
Presence of Love?
Can you turn off
judgements
of who deserves
Love,
as Love does not
pick and choose?

Do not wait
for the time
to be “right.”
Do not wait
for a change
to occur.
Be a Voice for Love,
can Love not
create change,
might you start
by initiating Love?

With Love
do you not
find Peace?
Can you Be Peace
where You Are?
As you
and you
and you
Are Love,
Are Peace –
is this not
how you
initiate Love?

Be the movement
for Love.
Let Love flow
from You.
Let Love guide you,
Love with show
you what to do –
begin with You
and initiate
Love.

Unwrapping Love

Unwrap,
unfold
the story
that envelopes
you –
as you smooth
the paper out,
every crease,
each word,
has led you to
what you are
here to learn,
but can you remove
the identifying wrap,
that can act
like armor strong
and be vulnerable,
being open,
Be-ing Love?

Do you not wrap
yourself in fear
that you may “expose”
who you are,
does not that word
bring up the
false need
for safety
or defense,
does not vulnerability
bring up the image
of a need for protection,
but is not vulnerability
a shedding of what
you no longer “need?”

Is not your Shining Light
stronger than any
type of armor,
when you wrap yourself
so tightly
in whatever you think
is shielding you
from your fear,
your doubts,
yourself –
do you not see
your Strength,
your Courage,
when you unwrap,
unfold,
whatever you have
placed around you –
in your vulnerability,
do you not see –
you are always
surrounded by Love?

And by the
Grace of Love,
of All That Is –
can you let
that Love shine,
from your center,
from You –
no wrapping
can contain
the Love You Are
that burns within,
can it not burn off
any layer
that is dimming
your Bright Light?

Be open.
Be exposed
as the Shining Light
You Are.

You Are Light.
You Are Love.
Let It Shine.
