As you are grounded
in mother earth,
your roots grow deep,
surrounding,
holding on
to rocks and dirt,
do you not sense
the history of
ancestral lines,
experiencing life,
connected by these
roots so strong –
is there not Strength
that rises up
from the very dirt
they walked upon?
And like the tree
that rises up,
as you look above
and feel yourself there –
beyond the stars and moon
that you see,
beyond the bright blue sky
and shining sun,
do you not sense the presence
of familial ties
connected by
the Power of Love?
Is your heart not
a bridge,
much like the strong
trunk of a tree,
an intersection
between ground and sky
and do not the branches
of this “family tree”
spread out and encompass
so much more?
As you are part
of the Family of Love,
are you not connected
to All That Is,
from the ground
you walk upon,
to the air that you breathe,
from each tree that sways
in the unseen wind,
to the energy
that breathes you
with Love you cannot see,
but feel within
your very Be-ing,
do you get a sense
of the Love That You Are –
part Here,
part There,
and fully Love?
Be Strength
as an intersection
of Love.
Be Courage
as you walk
upon the earth.
Be Love
as You Are part
of All That Is.
Wholly.
Holy.
Love.
You Are Love Now
