There are those who try
to control outcomes,
as a way to know what
will be,
there are others who feel
at the mercy of life,
which may produce
angst and anxiety.

With egos bouncing off
one another,
is it not a miracle that
anyone feels Peace,
what is ever truly in
your own control –
is this not a perfect time
to release?

Every one has a unique
life journey,
with directions and roads
to choose,
in life there are many
intersections allowing
for exchanges between
“me” and “you.”

As you do not know another’s
bigger picture,
or why you may be playing
a part,
ego loves to take everything
personally,
to create stories with
dramatic plots.

Let others experience their
own journeys,
bring acceptance and allowance
to this play,
if an experience pings something
in you,
dive in to see what it
has to say.

Will your day not be
a lighter experience,
when you release all
that you think must be,
may allowance in life’s
constant unfolding be
your super-power that
sets you free!

of Who You Are.

There are times in life
that are not wonderful,
but are these not
experiences externally,
This You within is
Here a-waiting –
surrender to the Wonder
of Who You Are.

Many roles you play
in this incarnation,
join the number of roles
experienced in all lives,
This You within is
ever-present,
surrender to the Wonder
of Who You Are.

This You is Love
connected Wholly,
you need not find it
somewhere else,
lean into This for
Love and comfort –
surrendering to the Wonder
of Who You Are!

Breathe Free

Breathe Free.

May your freedom
be a loosening
of beliefs you once
held tight,
thank the old protections,
release them now as
you no longer need
to fight.

Breathe Free.

Be patient with
this loosening,
you need not know
the when or why,
trust in the process,
trust your energy,
it re-aligns with
earth and sky.

Breathe Free.

Simply Be Here now,
showing up as You
in present moments,
dear,
sense Love’s support,
walking with you
arm in arm and
with each step
Here.

Breathe Free.

Freedom is remembrance
of Who You Are –
with new eyes now
you see,
surrender to This Truth,
trust in Love, Beloved
and Breathe Free!

Authentic Belonging

Open gently to
your self,
layers of life
your body holds,
emotions tucked
away are looking
for a chance not
to be ignored.

With the Wholeness
of your soul,
held by the angels
who Love you dear,
invite these emotions
to bubble up,
to be seen and felt in
This safe haven Here.

You belong,
dear child of Love,
Here is always room
and space to Be,
as a child you may
have worn a mask,
but Love sees You
authentically.

You need not hide
from you,
your little self wants
to come out and play,
as you bask in This
Light of Love,
see your Self whole
and wholly Loved
always!

Aligning

Use resonance to find
the sweet spot,
when not aligned
you feel this too,
if something doesn’t fit
ask guidance to shed
more Light to
enlighten you.

You may shift perspective
to see more angles,
not everything in life
is meant to align,
as you are an ever-
evolving Be-ing,
you will feel the ups
and downs of time.

Be gentle with your
inner critic,
transmute any wounds
that arise to heal,
resonance with Love
is your guiding Light,
align to This with your
steadfast Will!

Beyond Fear

Draw your friends
and family close,
extend your hands
and listening ears,
build your support
and be supportive,
listen to what
another fears.

Fear weaves itself into
belief systems,
it is the fuel power
loves to use,
Be an antidote
to this –
Be Love, compassion
dissolving fear’s ruse.

You are one
and One with
many,
shine your Light –
help another to see,
beyond fear –
Here is Home,
I am You and
You Are Me!

Forever Seen

There are many things
in life
that can trigger
emotions felt,
you need not hide
these in a box,
wrapped with a bow –
don’t ask, don’t tell.

In a world with
many voices,
sometimes those screaming
are the ones heard,
listen beyond what
is projected to you,
Truth often exists
beyond all words.

Gather with like-hearted
people,
lift each other up
in times of need,
do not let Love
take a back seat,
All Be-ings are sacred,
asking to be seen.

Speak with One Voice
and share your heart,
may compassion Be
your guiding Light,
link arms and hands –
no one is forgotten,
You Are seen Beloved,
forever in Love’s Sight!

Rest and Release

Peel off the layers
one by one,
with Gratitude,
thank every one,
it matters not why
they are there,
look upon them now
with loving care.

What defenses do you
think you need,
protection goes with
the ego’s creed,
release the armor
you built when young,
has it not obscured
your view of You
as One?

Be gentle,
Be kind,
with you my dear,
you need do no-thing –
Love is always Here,
rest and release into
Love’s sweet arms,
dear child,
see You as
the Love You Are!

Remembering Light

Sometimes Light can
cast a shadow,
do not fear this
or run away,
life is full of contrasts
beloved,
Love is Here
for you always.

Be a spark to Light
another’s space
that is not dark,
only forgetting Light,
might your spark
be one of remembrance,
does day not dawn
always after night.

See Love’s Light in
All you see,
let it wash and comfort
All in its Truth,
life is full of mirrors
so All may remember –
what shines in Me
forever shines
in You!

Like Water

Life unfolds in
myriad ways,
some things you choose,
some you wish to change,
the egoic mind sees only
cause and effect,
it wants control and
rules to beat the
game.

The world revolves around
this or that,
like a pinball it bounces
from here to there,
Be like water as
the Flow of Love,
moving around obstacles
life puts everywhere.

In This Flow find
forgiveness dear,
in life you do the
very best you can,
there may be things
that you would wish
to change,
with self-compassion
allow Love to flow
again.

Life is not a test
to pass or complete,
in This Moment is
All you need to know,
Be kind to you and
send Love to All,
Be as water,
saying Yes to Flow!
