A wind that’s calmed,
the heat turned on,
the sun that rises on
an earlier dawn,
look around,
what do you see –
find Love’s miracle today.
A friend reaches out,
you do so too,
checking on loved ones
as winter roars through,
a ribbon of clouds hug
snowy mountain tops –
behold Love’s miracle today.
Collective grief ushers
in healing,
together, forward
is the way,
see another’s Light,
find Home in your hearts,
dear ones –
You Are Love’s miracle
today!

Life events that numb
and shock
may have you sinking
toward despair,
the heavy weight of strong emotions
seems equal to how much
you care.
Humanity needs your
caring heart
in a world that is
quite mad,
honor all of your emotions –
be they rage, disbelief
or sad.
There are myriad paths
that you may take,
allow guidance to
come to you,
with Love take hold of
your caring heart
and ride any storm
that passes through.
Emotional struggle is not
a weakness,
it Is the Strength
of your heart,
in a world where
up is down,
your caring heart reminds
Who You Are.
Tune into every emotion,
what does your heart
have to say,
Hearts of Humanity are listening
dear one,
Beat as One,
together,
always!

Strength and Joy,
though ego wants you
to think so,
these are innate aspects
of You,
your super-powers housed
in your soul.
You may have felt This
as a child,
then what to do in
a tumultuous life,
sometimes to feel safe
in a scary world,
aspects of you needed
to hide.
Reclaim This inner child’s
super-powers,
trust in your soul,
the heart of You,
Love and adore who
has been hiding,
come out, come out and
Be Joy once more.
May you stitch together
All parts of You,
Loving the tapestry
that you weave,
your journey Home is
your remembrance –
I Am forever Love
and Love is me!

Follow the stillness
of your breath,
you need not project
your mind to try,
might you find Here
are your answers –
they flow in as if
on high.
Listen to your
inner body,
it is not made up
of separate cells,
yes you know All
are connected,
but listen to what
it wishes to tell.
You may find there
is resistance,
what can you comfort,
Love and soothe,
when you allow,
accept and listen,
might body tell you
what to do?
You need not struggle,
find your flow,
where there is friction,
let Love smooth,
move from Love
instead of fear,
Here is Peace –
in the still of You!

Return to earth,
return to nature,
when humanity is
a fitful ride,
when any one of
you realigns,
does this not help
to turn up All Lights.
You may not see the
cause and effect,
trust humanity’s connection –
it is All Here,
knowing your Self as
the Love you seek
is a powerful purpose
and needed everywhere.
Life heightens discord between
brothers and sisters,
does this not mirror what
is within at times,
one side of you knows
innate Peace,
another part of you
is ready for a fight.
You need not bully
either side darling,
Love and honor what
you feel inside,
practice loving you with
no strings attached,
sending Loving ripples
to All in this life!

As human emotions
are powerful,
honor all feelings in
life’s chaotic ride,
your heart breaks open
as you witness pain,
divisions form lines –
what is wrong or right?
The human psyche strains
under this weight,
suffering in the linear world
seems everywhere,
even when change is wanted –
it may take time,
what to do when the heaviness
feels too much to bear?
Dear One,
you do not do anything
alone,
look for small miracles
all around you –
stars so clear,
sunsets that take
your breath,
seeing your surroundings
with fresh Gratitude.
Funnel your emotions
to action as you need,
also ground yourself
with roots that go
so deep,
stay in your heart,
it is your greatest
Strength,
remember Who You Are –
returning as you breathe.
You may do myriad
things today,
but one beautiful Truth
is to Be Who You Are,
your heart beats the
rhythm of You so strong,
your Light shines as brightly
as the stars!

The word “should” is
ego’s favorite,
second-guessing you
in life,
then does judgment
not come quickly,
parsing who is wrong
or right.
As human when “should”
comes calling,
look again with
clearer eyes,
question reactions that
are automatic,
clear any disdain with
Love’s healing Light.
In the soup of life’s
experiences,
you may like some
seasonings and others
not,
you never know what
all works together,
you need to keep adding
things to the pot.
As you walk the path
of Project Life,
be gentle with you –
this is not pass or fail,
in life great cooks often
make a mess,
as soul exclaims –
All is Well!

Keep your heart
open and tender,
it beats the rhythm
of Eternal Life,
human hearts may break
but come back even stronger
filling cracks with Light.
Power in life can feel
quite daunting,
but your soul has a
wellspring dear,
open up to the
Power of Love
that beckons Strength
to dispel fear.
Impatience grows when
there is suffering,
but bigger shifts take
time in life,
Be a building block
for a foundation strong
so hand in hand –
All can shine their Light.
You need not wait
to do something
to bring hope and Light
in a world so dark,
turn up your Light –
marvel at your
bruised but open
fierce beautiful heart!

Do not old fears
rise up to cloud
your mind when
ego does not
feel safe.
You have a lifetime
of memories,
many from your
younger self along
the way.
When these come up
allow all of your
feelings –
as you have tools
now to help out.
Observe with new eyes
and with no judgment –
ask what this fear
is all about.
Your analytical mind
works best when clarity
comes forth without
the fog of fear.
But you can nurture
and listen closely
to provide comfort to
your little self dear.
You need not find
perfect resolution,
focus on releasing what
has hid from view.
Embrace your little self –
loving, comforting

this beautiful you!

melt into heart,
Here is where Love
is always found,
you need not a season
or holiday,
you need not wait
for it to come around.
Align to This with
intention clear,
belief may get you
part-way there,
know your Truth
as a Child of Love,
then see it in
Everything,
Everywhere.
Yes in the world
there is tragedy,
but even here
find courageous
hearts,
connect with All Hearts
of humanity,
magic exists in All
That You Are!
