in the world,
you have lived through
many chapters dear,
no one lives in isolation,
the effect of one has
many ripples here.
You may think the world
is a heartless place,
but it is your heart
that is needed now,
may the hearts of many
connect with each other
to build compassion in the
world somehow.
Humanity is a living
entity
that has its own
collective heart,
all that is asked of you
in any moment
is to share Love and
Be Who You Are.
Rise up to any forces
that seek to silence
All Hearts that beat
as One,
One Voice,
One Heart that knows
This Truth,
shares the rhythm
beating as
One Love!

the world seems
loveless,
reach out, connect
with other Lights
to see,
there may be despair
in a world of form,
but your Heart of Love
is a safe place to Be.
Your heart sustains you
when roads are rocky –
with compassion, kindness
and empathy,
you may steel yourself
to weather times of
struggle,
but tenderness is what
the world so needs.
You Are This Love,
no-thing can take
this,
This is your power,
your Truth,
your Light,
rest Here surrounded
by Love,
so cherished –
then share This Love
as you walk through
your life!

You are a kaleidoscope
of color,
so many layers
make up you,
honor all paths that
you have travelled,
hug yourself –
believe in you.
Judgment follows
in life’s footsteps,
cut this tether of
critical thought,
dance and relish in
new-found freedom,
see you wondrous –
believe in you.
Life is full of
imperfection,
how else can you
try things on
for size,
keep what delights
and satisfies,
amazing human –
believe in you.
See your self in
one another,
All working hard
to stay afloat,
Love is the ocean,
buoyant, supportive,
always and forever,
Love believes
in you!

Set your intention to
shine your Light,
believe that Love knows
where to go,
are you not mending
Humanity’s Web,
helping to reinforce
any rip or hole.
There may be sides
in the human story,
life in the world is
either this or that,
but heart-based Lights
are always connected,
beyond beliefs that
do not always last.
Ego scans for fear
and loves to fight,
yes you as human
will stand for belief,
but You as soul know
a bigger picture,
surrounding All with
Love eternally.
Set your intention on
compassion, kindness –
energies that make
Humanity’s Web strong,
may All feel this support
and Love,
so All may know
every One belongs!

Reconnect with one
another,
sisters, brothers,
neighbors, friends,
ego whispers thoughts
of separation,
Love says let us take
each other’s hand.
Beliefs are not as
solid as they seem,
might you find bits
of common ground,
everyone has struggles and
wishes to feel safe,
may connection help to
soothe this now.
May hearts find ways
to come together,
letting go of trying to
change minds,
begin to build new
paradigms of Be-ing,
hearts together know
how to shine!

Beyond belief or
earthly story,
does not your soul
speak through your
heart,
as human you long
for loving connection,
compassion is a beautiful
way to start.
You may be persuaded
to choose this or that,
but go beyond the
choices here,
begin with Love,
your heart’s true
rhythm synchronizes
with Truth my dear.
This is not ignoring
earthly needs,
This is to find clarity,
may the Strength and
Courage of your heart
beat with compassion
and empathy!

those around you,
begin this small
and then expand,
you need not jump
from you to the world,
try this on for size –
do what you can.
Might you choose
compassion over
judgment,
begin with you,
yes this may feel
hard,
does this not assist
in your life’s purpose –
to fully remember
Who You Are.
Oneness is so hard
to understand
in a world that
separates,
begin with you,
look in the mirror –
send Love to This One
and reciprocate!

Truth in the world may
shift and scatter,
truth as belief may
evolve and change,
Truth that you seek
may not be found in
what you hear or read
on a page.
Does not compassion
open the doors
to what Truth is
all about,
looking out for one
another – is a way
to Be One within,
without.
The world may say empathy
is a weakness,
but is this not a
limiting view,
do you not sense the
Strength of Love
when heart to heart,
kindness shines through.
You need not agree
with everyone’s beliefs,
Truth is not about
who is wrong or right,
as human you stand up
for your convictions,
as Soul in Truth –
for All You shine your Light!

creative connection,
is this not a way to
be heard or seen,
the human experience
is sometimes fulfilling,
but are there not times
you wish to fit in.
Is there not a calling
for All Lights,
the world now needs
to hear your Voice,
you need not have a
bully pulpit –
Be-ing you authentic
is a perfect choice.
Begin by connecting
with your soul,
what lights you up,
what fills your tank,
a creative endeavor pulls
in imagination,
which is key to the
You that says,
yes I can!
Sharing experience helps
others see themselves
and feel they are not
alone,
Be You wholly,
simply,
authentically –
you are the purpose
of your soul!
