Listen as your body 
talks to you,
where do you flow or
might you constrict,
fear or anxiety may
give you clues
for you to dive in 
deeper yet.

With no judgment 
now set a table,
invite in what wishes 
to be seen,
parts of you that you
think are shadow,
now seen in Light are
what sets you free.

Ego is a master at
keeping secrets,
it wishes to hide 
from you what 
You Know,
these parts of you 
that you think are
shadow,
is ego hiding the Truth – 
You Are Whole.

There is no way to 
break up your 
wholeness,
use Love’s Light 
to see This is True,
with loving eyes,
see what you thought
was hiding,
now in This Light,
welcome the 
Whole of You!

Uniquely You

Be open to minor 
re-adjustments,
or maybe a major one
comes through,
honor the body-soul 
connection,
a miracle of This 
incarnation of You.

Embrace your quirks
that express uniqueness,
you are not a rubber 
stamp,
you may have scars  
from some life struggles,
honor their journey
as you,
I Am.

Give the gift of 
rest and restoration,
your vessel is grateful 
when you do,
fully charge up 
dear beautiful Light
and share this unique
expression of You!

Wholly

Believe in what Love
believes in you,
Love is what you 
can trust,
oh the mountains 
you can climb – 
knowing Love wholly 
Loves you.

Stand in your 
authenticity,
look within beyond 
ego’s blocks,
Here You Are – 
able to Be your Self –
accepting Love wholly
Loves you.

Love invites you 
to this party,
One with Source,
why not share too,
Be empowered by
your Strength of Heart –
proclaiming You wholly
Love you.

In This Wholeness
are you not Home,
your seeking journey 
always ends Here,
Here You Are always 
where You belong,
in Oneness –
Love wholly is You!

Your Palette of Love

What might you create
with your palette 
of Love?

Expand your senses,
tune into these,
Be creative and 
set yourself free – 
what might you create
from your palette 
of Love?

The world needs color 
to help it see,
make contrasts beautiful,
so everyone sees “We,”
be amazed at what 
is created from a
palette of Love.

The angels love your
creative flair,
loved ones delight as 
you know they 
are there,
This Love you sprinkle 
throughout the day,
flows from a never-ending
palette of Love!

The Tender One

Sometimes your journeys
through the past
bring to light old patterns
you wish to shed,
might you first sit 
with them, with you – 
the little one whose
stories you have read.

Lean into the emotion 
that still exists,
the body and memory 
hold on so long,
might you create beloved
sacred space,
so this tender you
knows where they
belong.

How creative is this 
you so fierce,
building up protections 
in life to get through,
life’s chaos and egos 
that constantly collide
are a lot for anyone’s 
“little you.”

Integrate and honor 
this Courageous You,
do you not walk a path for
Wholeness to come Home,
release ego’s labels that
no longer serve – 
reclaiming the Strength 
of what you’ve always 
known!

This Collective Growth

Your Heart of Courage
sees revelations,
in this expanded 
collective release,
the more you see 
what is behind life’s
curtain,
the more you long 
for Grace and Peace.

Dear ones, 
you need to look 
no further,
you carry Love’s Peace
within your soul,
as you awaken to 
This Truth,
your Light adds to 
This Collective Growth.

Ground your self 
in nature’s essence,
walk bravely as
life’s mirage fades,
the path is often 
uncomfortable,
as egos clash along
the way.

Even in discomfort
You Are Love’s Dream,
in the “I don’t know”
is a clean slate,
Be Love’s Artist –
bring what You know 
to express what your
heart wishes to create.

Extend your hand 
to help another,
soften your heart 
to also receive,
as ancient structures 
fall to the wayside,
Be Love’s new growth – 
shining brilliantly!

 

Rooted Change

Soften your heart for
deeper connection,
with reverence,
allow your heart 
to lead,
if there is disconnect,
return to roots,
tend to your garden – 
nourish and weed.

In times of change 
and energy shifting,
does this not stimulate
new-found growth,
you may not like discomfort
but do you then
not long for flow?

Move forward and 
not backward,
resist the urge to 
stay the same,
ego frets when things
start shifting,
but as Love’s creation,
embrace This change.

May you create sacred 
space through your 
heart,
You Are surrounded 
with Love my dear,
may This Womb of Love
bring comfort 
through all change and
transformation here!

Believe in You

What do you believe in?

Believe in Love,
believe in Peace,
believe in Truth,
believe in You.

Believe in compassion,
kindess, empathy,
include All of This
in All you do.

Believe in Spirit,
believe in humanity,
these are intertwined 
in this life.

Believe your heart – 
that is oh so needed,
as well as your most
brilliant Light. 

Believe in joining,
coming together,
Be an answer to 
the question  – Who?

Believe in Love,
believe in miracles,
but most of all – 
believe in You!

Your Warrior Within

With fearlessness,
dive in deep to 
what your heart 
wishes to heal,
may moonbeams help
with this loosening,
you are cradled,
safe to reveal.

Your body’s energy
holds on tightly
to strategies it 
thinks it needs,
as you are continually
healing, evolving,
honor what now longs
to be freed.

Your little self has
been a warrior,
open and learn from 
this one, dear,
now integrated
you dance together,
with purpose and
Courage, 
wholly free of fear!

With Compassion

Is there not Strength 
in compassion,
is this not what Love
is all about,
your heart is a bridge 
between separation,
a healing bond to bring
inside out.

You see each other as
separate beings
in a world of 
this or that,
Be a Light with 
Strength and Courage,
illuminate compassion
and bring it back.

Love’s spark ignites in 
hearts awakening,
as compassion rises to 
be seen,
with the Strength of your heart –
beautiful Light,
see Love’s Light shining 
in All fellow Be-ings!
