Here You Are.

Here I Am.

And from This Truth 
your power flows,
helping you to 
rise again.

No matter what life 
throws at you,
behold your Strength 
and your resolve,
as you look for 
a clearer path,
stoke up your Light 
when darkness falls.

You may sense the friction
of “us or them,”
this is how life 
unfolds,
and beyond the notion 
of right or wrong
is your Truth –
asking You 
to Be bold.

This is not a call 
to bury your head,
this is a call 
to lead with 
your Heart,
stand up for what 
you believe in,
sense where energy 
is ready to soar.

Dive into 
Here I Am,
with new resolve 
see where This 
takes you love,
free of the chains 
that life uses to 
tie you down,
Here is your purpose 
you have been dreaming
of!

walk with Love.

When fog rolls in,
the path is hard 
to see,
you wish for Light 
to shine,
Here You Are
with your Light glowing –
return to and 
walk with Love.

When life expanded 
makes you weary,
nature is a respite 
near,
what brings you 
wonder in 
This Present –
return to and 
walk with Love.

Find clarity within 
your soul,
you need not understand
the world,
Be Love’s Light
where there is 
darkness – 
return to and 
walk with Love!

Breathe Love in –
This is your Nature,
you need not wait 
for an outcome Here,
Love is Always present
and does not diminish
as Love is All my dear.

These Waves of Love 
that are experienced 
ripple out in 
myriad ways,
you may want results
in the world,
but This Love flows 
no matter the day. 

Take time today 
to see brothers 
and sisters,
share your heart 
expanding out 
in Truth,
think of Love as 
One Umbrella 
that unites and shelters
All aspects of You!

Celebrating You

Know Who You Are.

The egoic life 
can apply pressure,
what should you like,
what should you do,
a melting pot creates
exquisite flavors,
Be your Self,
know Who You Are.

Compare and contrasting 
are life’s experiences,
but You Are not only 
this my dear,
stand tall and Be 
your authentic self,
breathing in Love,
know Who You Are.

Life comes with stress,
with celebration fleeting,
but Love celebrates 
All of You right now,
Love is the common thread 
connecting,
beloved dear ones,
rejoice in Who You Are!

Be Well

Be well today.

Smile for no reason,
shed a tear when
tenderness calls,
do a random 
act of kindness,
take all in stride and
Be well today.

You need not follow 
an agenda,
Be You wholly 
as Love Here,
laugh so deeply
when you get 
tickled,
Be authentic,
Be well today.

Step away from 
perceived control,
do your best is 
all life asks,
hand the wheel 
over to your soul
who reminds you – 
All is Well today!

When life takes turns 
you do not expect,
when rivers rise 
and trees fall down,
you may feel unsteady
and out of breath,
your human self may
feel frail and worn.

Does not humanity 
rise to the top,
All souls and angels
make themselves known,
tender hearts grow
strong together,
sharing stories of 
Strength and kindness
shown.

Miracles abound,
the smallest blessings
too,
Gratitude becomes 
a way of life,
All tapestry is made 
of single threads,
woven as One 
in Love’s eternal 
Light!

Gliding

In times of turmoil
ego rises up and
begins to thrash
about,
ego wishes for control
and is ready to fight
to work things out.

There is another
perspective that
can help to keep
the Peace,
ask Source to remind
that You Are This,
fire up This connection
for Grace and ease.

Life is not easy,
but You as spirit
can flow with support,
with Love,
with Grace,
when you are connected
to a Higher Purpose,
does This not create
a smoother space.

With greater discernment
all parts of you
can work together
as One Whole,
see the miracles
that bubble up
as you glide
effortlessly in
Love’s Flow!

You need not fight
your ego or
try to talk it
into anything,
Your Awareness
is always watching,
return Here to see
what Love brings.

It is hard to change
someone’s mind
and you are no different
from everyone else,
a subtle shift is
all that is needed,
to shift perspective
and bring Love close.

You know the futility
of ego versus ego,
but You are more
than this you see,
save your energy,
be it you or another,
meet in Love’s Field –
here is Harmony!

Connected

There are many ways
to be connected,
as human you are
wired to seek this
out,
technology helps to
cross some bridges,
when this is gone –
face to face
wins out.

It matters not
how you seek
connection,
but dive in deep
to what connection
means,
listen to another
with compassion,
see Love’s Light in
every human being.

Power grids
light up towns
and cities,
but You Are a Light
in Love’s connected
web,
no matter the state
of infrastructure
around you,
You Are All connected
and infinitely led!

Love’s Balm

Tend to the body
as it calls,
release emotion,
let it express,
Love’s wellspring
of energy,
is Here to comfort
heal and bless.

May your heart 
find who to hug,
what hands need 
holding,
eyes to be seen,
even as hearts are
always connected,
your humanness
seeks reassurance,
Peace.

May Love be a 
healing balm,
does not every human
wish for this,
apply Love daily 
as you can,
to you,
fellow Lights,
all are so 
cherished!
