Beyond belief or
earthly story,
does not your soul
speak through your
heart,
as human you long
for loving connection,
compassion is a beautiful
way to start.
You may be persuaded
to choose this or that,
but go beyond the
choices here,
begin with Love,
your heart’s true
rhythm synchronizes
with Truth my dear.
This is not ignoring
earthly needs,
This is to find clarity,
may the Strength and
Courage of your heart
beat with compassion
and empathy!

See your Self in
those around you,
begin this small
and then expand,
you need not jump
from you to the world,
try this on for size –
do what you can.
Might you choose
compassion over
judgment,
begin with you,
yes this may feel
hard,
does this not assist
in your life’s purpose –
to fully remember
Who You Are.
Oneness is so hard
to understand
in a world that
separates,
begin with you,
look in the mirror –
send Love to This One
and reciprocate!

Truth in the world may
shift and scatter,
truth as belief may
evolve and change,
Truth that you seek
may not be found in
what you hear or read
on a page.
Does not compassion
open the doors
to what Truth is
all about,
looking out for one
another – is a way
to Be One within,
without.
The world may say empathy
is a weakness,
but is this not a
limiting view,
do you not sense the
Strength of Love
when heart to heart,
kindness shines through.
You need not agree
with everyone’s beliefs,
Truth is not about
who is wrong or right,
as human you stand up
for your convictions,
as Soul in Truth –
for All You shine your Light!

You may long for
creative connection,
is this not a way to
be heard or seen,
the human experience
is sometimes fulfilling,
but are there not times
you wish to fit in.
Is there not a calling
for All Lights,
the world now needs
to hear your Voice,
you need not have a
bully pulpit –
Be-ing you authentic
is a perfect choice.
Begin by connecting
with your soul,
what lights you up,
what fills your tank,
a creative endeavor pulls
in imagination,
which is key to the
You that says,
yes I can!
Sharing experience helps
others see themselves
and feel they are not
alone,
Be You wholly,
simply,
authentically –
you are the purpose
of your soul!

You may feel small
in a world so big,
but you are not
only you alone,
your heart connects
to Loving Oneness,
precious child you are
always Home.
Does fear not drive
passion and discord,
perspectives that differ
cannot see eye to eye,
and yet a deep dive
to fear’s source finds
ego using fear to
divide.
You may think the
gaps between you
and others,
are a chasm too
wide to cross,
but as all wish to be
heard and valued,
might your listening ear
build the bridge you
walk.
Might you set aside
expectations and
outcomes,
maybe pause justifying
your point of view,
might small exchanges
finding common ground
be the seeds of hope for
connections to bloom.
Beliefs in life work to
stake out sides,
build awareness on
how you cling to this,
as You Are also a soul
may your heart
remain open to
Be-ing Love’s Bridge!

Turbulence is energy felt,
be it from the skies
or earth below,
fear can appear with
this unrest –
as human fear can
disrupt one’s flow.
But my dear all
is not hopeless,
disruption can create
a response so vast,
you may ask – where
is loving kindness,
has compassion been
buried in ash?
Behold Love is the
Phoenix Rising,
Love is the first
flowers of spring,
after fire in a forest,
the nutrient-filled soil
grows Everything.
Discomfort is difficult
by day,
it may keep you awake
at night,
but as an awakened,
powerful soul,
beam rays of kindness
with your Light.
Remind your neighbors
of compassion,
a polarized world may
have forgot,
hurting hearts need
these reminders
to realign to what
feels lost.
Here hope and your
Strength returns,
This is a purpose that
you can share,
in a world that has
forgotten,
shine with compassion
your heart that cares!

In the world there
are differing views
on how peace should
show up on earth,
power struggles cause
sparks to fly
as the world is focused
on power and worth.
You may take sides
when there is
us or them,
as competition is
a human view,
here is no judgment
on what you judge,
but might you also see
as the Soul of You.
With the Eyes of Spirit
Here is true Peace,
This may be elusive
in the world you see,
if all people knew
This Truth,
would not Peace then
arise organically?
Yes the world is not
a Place of Peace,
but this need not
dampen what flows
in You,
you as human are
engaged in life
and You as Soul
have Peace flowing
through.
Your awareness of
your perspectives
will help you find
your Place of Peace,
in life share your heart
of compassion,
as Soul remember
You Are this Peace!

the wind to calm,
to find the Strength
to carry on,
expand beyond the
world you see
to remember
You Are infinity.
Find your balance in
a world so harsh,
express your Light
be it in words or
art,
Love’s ripples flow
in the every day,
as you listen to
or help one find
their way.
Share your compassionate
tender heart,
This is the Strength
that Love is all about,
Be the counter-balance
to a world on edge,
say yes to Love to be
so gracefully led!

Love flows freely
through your heart,
all that you seek
is Here within,
your Presence fills
all human spaces,
with no beginning
and with no end.
This Infinite Flow
is your foundation,
a place where you
can safely rest,
Here is where you
belong dear one,
there is no test that
you must pass.
Angels, guides and
spirit flow through
you –
trust that they are
Here now,
you can stop trying
oh so hard to
figure out the
why and how.
Here is Home always
within you,
sense This Peace that
you do know,
re-attune to Who You Are –
always a part of
This Infinite Flow!

Let Love heal your
wounded heart,
relationships can begin
at birth,
your younger self may
have some scars
that can affect how
you live and learn.
Energy has a way
of cycling through,
might you allow it
to let you know –
now is a perfect time
to release what has been
keeping you from
your flow.
Check into beliefs
that no longer fit,
ego loves routine
and habits made,
but as You Are a
creative Force,
know your soul says –
come let us create.
Be You proactive
instead of reactive,
you need not wait
for a perfect time,
link arms with all of
your past selves,
your brave whole heart
is now ready to shine!
