Angels and guides
are at This Table,
your soul is part
of an eternal Team,
You Are the Universe

as far as you can

Be You welcome at
This Table,
share it with those
you Love here or
there,
in This Truth you
All beat as one heart,
Love connects you
in This Everywhere.

ego’s need

why or how.
Here is your
Peace,
where Grace

may you trust.
Allow answers
to come in their
own time,
as you release

open your heart
and behold –
Here is your
Light.
Here Peace returns,
it has never left,
Love has been Here

unconditional Love,
reminding you what
you are made of,
in duality life has
its ups and downs,
but know that angels
are always around.
Surrounded by This Love
sense your Strength,
know This beyond what
you may think,
no matter the obstacles
you may perceive,
in the Love of angels
you can believe.
Receive This Love
that is Here with you,
may it Be part of all
that you do,
with the promise of
angels by your side,
rise up with Strength
and shine your Light!

is it not a chaotic
swirl of humanity
that is searching
hard,
in a world of duality,
it is easy to forget
Who You All Are.
From the perspective
of the ego,
survival is the
bottom line,
rise above to
You as Soul –
Here is where you
expand and thrive.
Welcome ego to
share its fears,
these have been with you
since your youth,
now with awareness
of You expanded,
your soul as Love
can comfort and soothe.
You need not solve
all the world’s problems,
center and anchor with
This Truth –
as you honor and
release your fears,
Love’s Light illuminates
the Whole of You!

choose Love.
You may have knee-jerk
reactions,
but as awareness of
judgment grows,
you need not walls
to separate,
as One of All –

As you release your
many layers,
what is Here always
to Be,
Here You Are
always, forever –
you choose your Self
when you

Love is Here always

though ego may
slow it coming
through.
Is not the struggle
when you try to
talk the ego
into This,
shift perspective,
Be This Love,
surround dear ego
with loving bliss.
All want Love,
yes humanity and
all of your parts
crying out,
be not a fixer,
Be This Love,
This is what Love
is all about.
You Are Loved
in every moment,
do not wait for
This to appear,
Here You Are
in Love’s embrace,
forever cherished,
honored and dear!

Love all parts that
make up you
in the world where
you reside,
seeking wholeness in
the body can feel
quite challenging
inside.
Love these parts
and yes the body,
with the Love that
flows through You,
resist the urge to
make quick fixes,
with no conditions
simply observe.
With compassion and
with Grace,
soothe and Be Here
for what you feel,
old paradigms and
core beliefs may wish
to be seen, heard
and heal.
Ego can help with
what to do,
but Be-ing You is
where to start,
with forgiveness
and with Love,
immerse yourself with
your Whole Heart.
Wholeness is your
natural state,
This resides in You
as soul,
reassure your beautiful
body –
We Are One,
forever Whole!

take my hand
we are together,
no doors are ever
closed.
Be it here or there
Love is Everywhere,
we know This in
our souls.
Yes you feel the
separation,
it is the human
way to be,
but with Faith
have Trust and
believe your heart,
when you sense me
so closely.
Let us bridge
this gap together,
it is only an
illusion, dear,
Love invites us
to carry on –
hearts together,
forever,
