but All are the same.
See Love’s glory
in your Self,
this may be difficult
at first,
the human ego has
another purpose,
to keep you small,
questioning,
not heard.
See and hear Love’s
harmonic melody,
fill This out with notes
from All,
sing Love’s Song
as it bubbles up,
live from This Truth
answering Love’s call!

have you spinning around,
when the deepest Peace
cannot be found,
release, unclutch
from what you hold
so tight –
return with Love
to your infinite
heart.
Here is the flow
that helps you
to breathe,
you may uncover
so much more
to see,
with Grace and space
Here is clarity –
return with Love
to your expanding
heart.
You need not suppress
what is uncomfortable,
let it pass through
upon Love’s sweet
flow,
does not emotion invite
you to breathe –
returning with Love
to your compassionate
heart.
Your heart is Love doing
what it does best,
transmuting,
transforming what needs
to rest,
Here is your center,
This is Who You Are –
return dear child
to your Home,
your heart!

unconditional Love

If there is struggle
that is ego’s way
to keep you small
battering you each
day,
open your heart and
breathe in Truth –
saying hello to the
Love in You.
Try on This Love,
it will always fit,
Love tailors Itself
to You, to This,
embrace your Strength
to see this through,
Love rejoices and says

know This is True,

you are always
together,
souls wholly united
are forever,
journeys may vary

Love is in your heart,

remind that Love
is never done,
a bright Light never
can grow dim,

pattern of Love
that exists in everything
you see,
You Are an antenna that
can sense This,
but sometimes your filter
has other needs.
Do not wait for
the external
to reveal This Vibration
that exists,
Be it to see it,
believe then feel it,
You hold the key
to All of This.
May Love be your
sacred filter,
might you imagine
how this may be,
sense All Love that sings
within your heart,
rejoice with Love in

Trust in Love.
You read this much,
you know This Truth,
but you may balk when
it comes to you,
as You Are All
That Is –
Trust in Love.
The world is chaotic,
upside down,
you wonder why
you are around,
no matter where
you think you are –
Trust in Love.
Your presence speaks
to other souls,
you need not understand
what your soul knows,
with perseverance,
with acceptance –
Trust in love.
Love validates at times
to show you,
but ride Faith’s wings
when you are not sure,
believe to know,
know to believe,
trusting in Love
is
trusting in You!

though egoic thoughts
can make it close,
with awareness and
realignment,
it naturally reopens
integrating flow.
With attention and
intention,
this opening happens
in a snap,
you need not study
to find out how,
simply breathe in
and You Are That.
This is not a guarantee
that life will unfold
in a certain way,
but with an open heart
of Love,
is there not possibility
in myriad ways?
Be heart-centered,
keep it open,
it is so much stronger
than you know,
